• Gladys (8/5): Sería fenomenal sino tuviera el bar - Ubicación excelente ,atención personalizada de la recepcionista Decoración del hotel ...lindísima. La sinceridad de la dueña antes de pagar porq me dijo de q era un bar El ruido en las noches pero si pude descansar porq el volumen aceptable Nunca me limpiaron la habitación en 4 días

• Nikola (6/5): - You can use the kitchen all the time for hot water for tea. We booked 3 nights (thursday, friday, saturday), but left after one night. But they returt money. I am sorry to tell, but it is super loud in the room till 2 o clock at night. Its restaurant downstairs and they play the music until 1-2 o'clock at night.. VERY LOUD - we could not sleep at all. They told us there will be the music - but that was not the music, that was party - very loud music. so if you dont like to party all the time while staying, dont choose this accomodation :)

• Kirby (1/5): - This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The lay out is shocking, with no privacy at all. Highly recommend not staying here.
• Alejandro (1/5): Would NOT come again. - The staff were very friendly! Very nice people, and helpful throughout my stay. My bathroom window was broken allowing people to see inside. It’s not only a hostel but as well a restaurant which is directly next to you. It’s extremely loud constantly and you will not be able to get any sleep. There is also a bar next to the hostal that stays open till morning and blast music. Not only that but the hostal itself also blast music.

El personal es súper amable, siempre con una super vibra, y el lugar en sí es lindísimo. La relación calidad-precio está brutal, de verdad que vale cada centavo. La comida del restaurante… ¡uff, deliciosa! 🔥 Ideal para venir con un grupo de amigos, divertirse y disfrutar sin preocupaciones. 100% recomendado, yo sin duda volvería. 🙌

En plena calle de bares, vayan listos a la fiesta . Hay que tomar en cuenta el clima... Para ir preparados.

• Claudine (10/5): An amazing stay! - The rooftop with zen zone & the possibily to wash and hang clothes. The staff, the price, the AMAZING location, the kitchen, the art everywhere. Everything is well thought for travelers. There is a lot of care and attention put in details. El Jardin de Escondido is a party hotel. I wish it would have been clear on booking (adding it to the name of establishment?). If there is a party event organized, you will sleep when it ends only (2am). Still, with the 3 nights I spent there, knowing how this place is amazing, I would have still booked.

• Marco (7/5): Good - The beer garden is nice and I would come back as a visitor for that. It's noisy due to the beer garden. If it would have been weekend, I were out too and that wouldn't have been a big deal. However, i stayed during the week, so not much going on in Baños but a lot of noise from the beer garden. Also, when I checked-in, they didn't tell me the basics just as what's the WLAN password etc.

The location is excellent, very close to the city's main attractions. The garden area is a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day full of adventures. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility in Baños."
• Doriane (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and clean room, hot shower, beautiful setting (you can see the sunset from the top balcony too). The restaurant on site is really good (veggies options available), the artwork on the walls are gorgeous. They play (really good) music until late (they will send you a message about it after your booking) but it never was crazy. The staff was really nice as they offer another more quiet room location. I'd 100% recommend the place. It's close from everything (terminal, shops, center)

• Tj (10/5): A very well located hostel - A nice and clean hostel/hotel in the very center of Baños. The Wi-Fi works great, the showers are really hot and they have a bar downstairs with nice food and craft beers. Can be a bit noisy at night (the place is advertised as a party hostel), but I had great sleeps there.
