• Aisha (10/5): Everything was great! - The property is very well located in a safe area and very comfortable! We had everything we needed and the host made sure to pay attention to every single detail to make us feel just like at home! Definitely will be back in the future!
• Sharon (8/5): Nice little apartment walking distance Colosseum - Sellf check in was easy, host sent instructions and info for restaurants and transport in local area. It's reasonably central about 20 mins walking to Colosseum. Restaurants in the area are non touristy and so better food and lower prices. Metro A is 7 minutes on foot. Has good connection to Ciampino Airport (15 mins Metro A + 20 mins bus 520), you can use the Rome travelcard to get there. Would stay there again. Road is a bit noisy so bring ear plugs
• Carlos (10/5): Excellent value for money, very well located in a typical Roman neighborhood. - It is an excellent apartment with a very adequate price-quality ratio and it is very well located. It is very clean and has everything you need for a good stay as well as comfortable beds. I would fully recommend it and I would come back again with my family to explore the neighborhoods of Rome. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, not touristy which is appreciated because you learn to live like a Roman. Everything touristy is within a 20 minute walk or much less time by public transport. Although it was our mistake, we should have left the elevator doors properly closed the first time we used it, as a neighbor could not use it properly. In other countries they are not used to a type of elevator with “three doors”, so it is appreciated to insist more on the instructions of the floor, but I reiterate it was our mistake since the elevator itself indicated the doors.
• Philip (9/5): Nice apartment great location - Location is great for public transport, both getting there and getting around Rome and nearby towns. 20 minute walk into the historic centre. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Nearby shops and restaurants are very convenient and good. The road outside was a little noisy at times.

• Maxim (10/5): Overall really content about our stay; super friendly owners with good communication! - Overall we where really content. The location was perfect, not to far from all the visiting points off ancient Rome. Everything was in the neighberhood; Shops, supermarket, multiple restaurants/café/bars on walking distance. The appartement was great, big living room and sleeping room. The a/c came in handy when it was hot. For a 'citytrip' like vacation would 100% recommend. If I had to say 1 thing I would say the bathroom; it has everything that you need but its really close to each other. For us it was not an issue.

• Thomas (10/5): An ideal place to stay for exploring rome. - The apartment was very clean and smelled nicely. Our host was helpful and flexible. It's possible to stay with a couple and an additional person. San Giovanni is a great base for exploring rome. Nice bakeries, acfes and supermarkets are available in close vicinity. It's outside of touristic hotspots, but you can easily get to the historical center by bus or metro. The bathroom is a tad small. The space of closets available is rather limited. If you travel with more than two people or stay longer than a week, you might not fit all your clothes in the closets.
