Mariana (8/5): Bem localizado e bom custo benefício. - O loft fica ao lado de um hotel, parece que dos mesmos donos. Peguei as chaves na recepção do hotel e me receberam muito bem. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável, também tinha uma pequena estrutura de cozinha. A região é muito boa, segura e tem muitas opções de bons restaurantes. No check-out, pude deixar as malas na recepção até o horário do meu retorno. O banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar. O box não tem porta, apenas cortina, e o pessoal da limpeza deixa uns materiais no banheiro, não tem um armário para isso.

Owen (10/5): Brilliant stay - The staff and hosts were really nice. Helped us check in and told local attractions to see. Rooms were big and tidy. Would recommend to anyone Out of the control of the property but there is a car modification garage over the road which is extremely loud .

LAURA (1/5): - El mismo día me cancelaron la reserva, según ellos que hubo un problema con las tuberías...no me creo nada, me dijeron que me iban a mandar la foto de la habitación que hasta el colchón estaba mojado ...sigo esperando..ni foto ni nada... Y sigo esperando la ayuda de Booking también..llegamos a las 12 de la noche a Medellín y quedamos tiradas... Intenté contactar con Booking para solucionar el problema y fue misión imposible, tuve que buscar un hotel por mi cuenta

Lau Alpzr (9/5): - Ubicación, trato del personal de recepción, limpieza. Se tardan un poco en responder. Tomen en cuenta que es una zona en la que pueden haber cortes de agua y no avisan, aunque es algo fuera de control del alojamiento nos dimos cuenta cuando requeriamos usarla, hubiera sido útil que del alojamiento avisaran así hubiéramos comprado.
