MARIA DEL MAR (1/5): - Ubicación Parece que alguien rompió el seguro de la puerta de la terraza. No fuimos nosotros pero nos han cobrado 100 € para arreglarlo. No podemos demostrar que no fuimos nosotros. Tengo la sensación que ya estaba roto y nos lo habn cobrado a nosotros.

Drazen (1/5): Ispod proseka - Lokacija, pre svega. Takodje, osoblje na lokaciji gde se preuzimaju kljucevi ljubazni, fantasticni. Terasa, koja nije otvorena, ne izgleda kao na fotkama. Zagusljivo je u stanu zbog toga, jer vrata i ako se otvore, ne pooravlja se situacija mnogo. Poplava u kupatilu kad se tusira covek.

Pe jos nu este parchet ,este (nici nu stiu cum se cheama) beton pe care ultima data l-am vazut acum vreo zece ani in hale industriale In living o canapea obosita vai de ea ,pe marginea de metal praful de un an plita electrica ,aragaz,cuptor ,masina de spalat ok. La baie curgea apa in cap de la vecinii de sus baia nu are usa ,avea un rahat de perdea la intrare Peretele despartitor de camera din lemn care se plimba dintr-o parte in alta. Intimitate ZERO Geamul dadea intr-o asa zisa terasa la care avea si apartamentul de jos iar placa terasei de la etajul superior era la jumatatea geamului nostru. Jaluzelele nu functionau adica eram expusi ca la stadion Daca nu aveam doi copii si nu as fi ajuns la ora 23 refuzam cazarea cu riscul de a pierde banii

Mustapha.m (1/5): ATTENTION ARNAQUE - NE RESERVEZ SURTOUT PAS - Location mensongère : La présentation de cet appartement est une arnaque et escroquerie, elle ne correspond pas du tout aux photos ni à la description qu'on peut voir dans BOOKING. l'appartement se trouve dans un SOUS-SOL, l'accès se fait via un escalier en verre qui descend sur au moins 3 mètres, Odeur d'égouts et d'humidité, AUCUNE FENÊTRE, les murs sont fissurés, le sol est dans un état catastrophique, présence d'outils ( échelle et autres), on dirait que c'est toujours en travaux, impossible d'imaginer ses enfants marcher sur ce sol, aucune sécurité pour les enfants, il y'a des trous géants dans une grande pièce couverte par un gazon artificiel puant. Aucune hygiène, lavabo sale, humidité dans la salle de bain, l'espace à vivre est coupé en 2 par le grand escalier. L'appartement se situant dans un sous-sol, le téléphone ne capte pas le réseau, vous devez sortir dehors pour utiliser votre téléphone.
Katya (4/5): Except the small price and good staff there is nothing good - The staff was very kind It is planned and built in very strange and uncomfortable way. There is no door to the bathroom, u just enter the bathroom from the kitchen area so there is no privacy at all. The shower is tiny and very uncomfortable, there is no way to pass if you are little bit fat. The bedroom is tiny, u just cannot pass to the other side of the bed, u should climb on the bed to get to the closet. The kitchen is awful. U cant stand to make the dishes because the upper part of the cupboard is big and u always kick the head of it. The location of the place is far away from the place you collect the keys. It wasn’t mentioned during the order.

David (1/5): not recommended - - Have to go first to an office to pick up keys, wich is a bit far from location. - The shower is a nightmare, don't even have words to explain the system they invented and call that a washroom/wc. - The staircase to the second floor is way to small and if you're a big person you will not fit. - Appartment was not well cleaned and smelled like moisture. - The kitchen was not equipped for cooking or even eating inside the appartment. - I told the managers that the apartment was not clean and lots of stuff were missing or broken, didn't event received a sorry note. - I've been asking for an invoice for 2 months now, haven't received it yet.
Νατασα (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located in a great neighbourhood! Everything was near, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and the train/metro station (5min walking). It was sufficiently clean but with some issues. The communication with the reception and service team was good enough. The place was really comfort and quiet! A window key locker that it didn’t work, the ice in the refrigerator and the water coming out from the shower( every time we had a bath we were using a mop, that was ok for us). The service team although did everything to fix this problems but without any result. I hope that all of these problems will be solved for the next guests.
Anonymous (6/5): I would not book this place again. - It was affordable and larger than I had initially expected. I didn’t realize the patio was shared with the downstairs apartment & the remote was either broken or out of battery and we could not close the shade for privacy when sleeping. When I tried to use my blow dryer it popped and started smoking & the light & AC went out. This also happened to our steamer prior but we didn’t realize it was the apartment because the lights didn’t go out. We called and they told us which switch to flip & said to not use our hair products while running the AC. That’s fine but my $200 blow dryer is broken & my steamer. It also smelled like urine next to the window when we got there so we sprayed our perfumes.

Hannah (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend to anyone - The bed wasn’t too uncomfortable They stated aircon and then told me they were getting it fixed and then never replied to my message. They then told me on the last day it had been broken for months and needed replaced. So the person I talked to lied. The stairs are breaking off the room. The room we got was none of them shown. The shower filled the whole bathroom and part of the bedroom when you had a shower and very expensive late check in fee, should just be able to leave the key.
Manuel (7/5): Amazing location, nice style, but I think they should fix the bathroom and at least give the deposit back with in 5 days - The location -The bathroom, the shower had an inconvenient design, and water would get everywhere and u can see and hear from the bedroom as the wall between is made of glass. -The 400 euro deposit is quite a lot after spending so much for the apartment itself, considering also that u have to wait 2 weeks to get it back

Paul (3/5): Poor - Not much, it was ok-ish clean They are renting a whole building split into apartments, but they are not the same. We got to stay in an underground apartment smelling like an underground place... obviously. Also obvious is that you have no phone signal and they didn't give us the password to the WiFi and even when I asked them, they gave us the wrong password. The worst thing is that the bathroom had a completely clear glass door and clear glass walls also something was drippring from the bathroom ceiling. It doesn't end here there were some small windows close to the ceiling that I am sure are accessible for the people staying above and they can see inside the apartment and most likely in the bathroom. After all of this I still wouldn't write a review until now because I have yet to receive the damage deposit from them. After more than 24 days from the checkout after emails and dms at which they didn't bother to reply, I am still waiting for it.

Hans (4/5): Mixed Experience - The location is amazing. No bathroom door – should be mentioned upfront. Apartment is worn. No high chair despite being listed; rental costs €20/day. Check-in is 20 minutes’ walk from apartment – inconvenient with luggage. Very poor beds. Kitchen was dirty – we had to clean it. No hand soap. Deposit was charged, not held – refund took 19 days.
Jena (2/5): - I was really unhappy with the apartment. The apartman wasn’t ready for us. Shower head was leaking from the ceiling when you turn on the water. Bathroom flush was broken.The house had a small like sewer from the bathroom.Couch was broken from the leg which we coudn’t even ait. Pots were really bad ( not ok condition to use) most of the pots broken or in bad condition. Fridge was frosting and leaking. Some of this was fixed when I complaced, but it should have been fixed prior to our entry.It wasn’t good experience
Vikki (2/5): Avoid… - As a family of 2 (with 2 teenagers) we thought the family apartment was going to be a great idea… To start, I contacted the apartments 5 days before we arrived as our flight didn’t arrive til 8:30pm. No responses. On the morning of our arrival we called and spoke to someone, sent check in info via WhatsApp. Had to pay extra €50 for late check in. On arrival had a message to say we hadn’t told them when we were checking in. (Even though had a WhatsApp convo that day!) and was told that as we were a last minute booking (we weren’t, booked months ago!) then we may have to wait as they had other people to check in!!! Once checked in (man was lovely) the apartment was in the basement, very tight entrance and the bathroom was a glass box in the middle!! No privacy at all- not ideal with 2 teenagers! Anyway, tried to shower and within 30 secs the whole bathroom was flooded. Back doors also didn’t lock. Contacted 24hr line…no answer. WhatsApp …no answer. Finally got someone after about an hour of trying, said would send someone. Didn’t. Apparently had no record of our call. Finally moved us to a new apartment (we could finally shower) only enough hot water for 2 of us, 2 had to have cold showers and the bathroom leaked in to the bedroom and living room. No one seemed to care. The apartments felt unfinished and lots of problems. Would absolutely not recommend or stay there again.

Pao (10/5): - La zona en la que se encuentra ubicado es muy buena, ya que te permite tener acceso al transporte.
Gina (6/5): - This apartment was good value for money, it had most of the basic necessities although was lacking in utensils and baking trays etc so we were unable to use the oven properly. It did feel as though the apartment was ‘unfinished’ as such due to the harsh flooring and ceiling which we personally could look past but could definitely be improved on. overall we had a good stay and it was exactly what we needed and is directly opposite a small convenience shop.
Begona (8/5): - Overall it is very convenient the only drawback is the shower. It has very low water pressure and is located as you enter the bathroom. If someone takes a shower to use the toilet you have to walk on the wet floor. Also the sliding door to the bathroom did not roll easily making it more inconvenient.
Hannah (2/5): - Don’t book this accommodation. Towels and bedsheets have stains, overall it does not look clean. The apartment is in a cellar without windows, and the air in there is really bad. Soon I discovered why the air is that bad: the bathroom was incredibly moldy. The accommodation didn’t send me check in details, I had to call them so they would send me the checkin details. The wifi password is nowhere to be found in the apartment, it took me 15 calls to have the agency behind the apartment pick up and tell me. The emergency contact they gave me I also called, the lady there said she would look for it, after 2 minutes silence I asked her if she is still there, she answer I need to wait one more moment and after another minute she hung up and blocked my number. Never have experienced more unprofessional service. The mold situation in the bathroom was so bad that I had to change accommodation after one night. Do not stay at this accommodation.
