• desjardins (9/5): Nous avons aimé notre séjour. - Logement très propre et bien situé. Nous avions une auto et le stationnement souterrain privé a bien été apprécié. Les propriétaires ont répondu rapidement à nos besoins et nos questions. A notre arrivée une personne est venue nous rencontrer et il a été facile de récupérer les clés de l'appartement. Le WIFI fonctionne très bien. Il y a un parc à chien juste de l'autre coté de la rue. Il pouvait arriver que les propriétaires de chien les laisse japper sans intervenir et du logement on pouvait entendre les jappements.
• Karin (8/5): goed - Appartement is mooi en goed uitgerust, moderne inrichting, fijne bedden. Iets buiten centrum, stuk een heuvel oplopen. Bijgelegen hondenveldje gaf soms overlast, honden geblaf en fluitjes. We verbleven in januari, dus niet gebruik gemaakt van het mooie terras, maar had anders wel wat irritatie gegeven.
• Alex (7/5): - De ligging is perfect, dichtbij het oude centrum. Het appartement is ruim en proper. Ons terras, waar wij normaal gezien graag op vertoeven voor en na onze uitstappen...keek uit op een drukke weg, een schooltje vlakbij, dus druk verkeer en een hondenweide, dus rust kan je niet vinden op het terras. Geen ligzetels aanwezig en als je zelf eens wil koken, heel basic equipement ...

• Stephen (10/5): Apartment review July '25. - Big open space, living room was very nice, fine furniture, couch, table and chairs, and a coat stand. Fine size balcony with table and chairs. The bedroom was sizeable, with a great ensuite. The pool was excellent and easy and safe access in and out of the building. It was a full kitchen with a hob, oven, dishwasher, and a very large double fridge freezer with plenty of space in the fridge. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery, pots, and pans. Short walk to old town from complex and very easy access to the town of Estepona. There is a local dog park nearby overlooking the balcony. Some evenings at 9pm when people were bringing their dogs for a walk, it got very noisy from the barking. The street we were on, it's a main road leading out of the town and was a busy street during the day. However, as the apartment is well soundproofed, it wasn't a major problem, and it was not busy late nights or early mornings.
• Tracy (8/5): Really enjoyed but small improvements would help. - Location and quality of the apartment was fantastic. Really nice touch to have water and Prosecco in the fridge chilled. There was not enough toilet roll provided to last 8 days. There should have been provision to change towels mid way through the stay, when you are in the sun and showering daily it’s a big ask to last 8 days. We had an issue with shower drainage so I requested fresh towels but had to chase after 24 hours. Would have much preferred sun beds next to the pool area rather than lying on towels.
• Niamh (10/5): This apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy. It had everything right down to first aid kit which came in handy. The - The cleanliness of this property was of a very high standard. Everything I needed and more was supplied.
• Merel (10/5): Super nice apartment for a long vacation or a city trip, definitely recommended because the location is very nice. We fe - The light and space, the apartment is new construction so also luxurious and modern and especially the large balcony and the location! We have no points of improvement, we had a super nice time!
