• Raphael (1/5): Not good - Not really a lot, tv is a plus. Wall are so thin you hear airplain every 30minutes, people talking outside, and a rooster, serious y the worst night i have been to, i slept 2 hours. I Bouhot a hotel room last minute not to sleep in this place.

• Julio (7/5): Good for the price. - The privacy, silence and microwave and fridge available Its more like an Airbnb. Lots of communication by the app. The appearance is not so good, with dirty walls and stains on some furniture. Lot of mosquitoes inside the room. Lots.

• Rosanna (6/5): Best equipped for short stays but improvements needed - Quiet neighbourhood a 7 minute walk from bus stops. Access to Netflix etc. Responsive host. As a registered nurse, I take cleanliness and sanitation seriously, so I was concerned by several issues during my stay. I encountered a large cockroach in the unit, which raised questions about pest control effectiveness. I was informed that the apartment is sprayed monthly; however, the presence of a cockroach suggests the treatment may not be working adequately. Additionally, there was poor ventilation, and strong odors from the neighboring apartment (including cigarette smoke and alcohol) entered the unit and permeated the bed linens. This created an uncomfortable and unsanitary sleeping environment. The kitchen and dining setup was also extremely minimal, and tableware consisted of only one fork (with bent tines), one knife, and one tablespoon. Hot water was inconsistent. I hope these health and sanitation concerns are addressed to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for future guests.

• Céline (8/5): - Le studio. Petit mais très fonctionnel, bien équipé et propre pour moi qui voyageait seule. Quartier calme bien desservi par les bus. Allapatah est un quartier authentique. En dehors du côté touristique. Pour vous plonger dans la real life de miami (qui n'est pas qu'océan drive et south beach 😉) Hans, l'hôte. Tout se fait par mail mais il est très réactif et à l'écoute. C'est appréciable RAS. Je ne vois pas de points négatifs.
