Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. - We will require you to sign check-in forms and provide an image of your government-issued ID and a photo holding your government-issued ID for security purposes. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We keep 3% service fee. This is strictly a no party house. It’s in a residential area, please respect the neighbours. - A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The property charges this, days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. - This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
