• Davide (8/5): Il punto in cui si trova è più o meno ottimo 10 minuti a piedi dal centro , zona pulita e con bar e cervezerie nelle vic - Fatta bene , utile per 4 persone , buona posizione , ottimo l’ingresso . Pulizie buone ma da rivedere , cialde del caffè mancanti.

• pieczka (7/5): Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji i dobrej cenie, ale..... - Plus za żelazko, piekarnik, zmywarkę (chociaż wychodząc się wyłączała-odcina prąd), ekspres do kawy i parę kapsułek, dużo papieru toaletowego;-) czyste pachnące ręczniki, grzejnik (chociaż mógł być większy), duża szafa w jednym pokoju. Wystarczająca ilość naczyń. Lokalizacja ok, niedaleko przystanek. Mieszkanie bardzo zimne w lutym, wilgoć jest wyczuwalna, zapach w pokoju niestety nieprzyjemny, jest też grzyb na ścianie. Brakowało działającej klimatyzacji w wersji ogrzewania. Wszystko wilgotne po 1 dniu. Folia na jednym łóżku to jakieś nieporozumienie, budzi człowieka przy każdym poruszeniu się. Dużo podróżujemy i nie spotkaliśmy się z czymś takim. Brakuje stolika w salonie. Sofa w salonie niestety śmierdziała (może to przez wigloć), za szafką w pokoju leżały stringi;-) także minus za sprzątanie...My osobiście już byśmy tu nie wrócili. ALe nie było tragedii. Można dużo zmienić inwestując trochę w czystość i ogrzewanie (grzejnik), może wilgoć nie byłaby tak wyczuwalna wtedy.

• Anna (10/5): Eccezionale!! - Bellissimo appartamento, pulitissimo ben arredato e c’erano anche libri e giochi per bambini (che sono stati utilissimi!!) super assistenza dall host! Non è al centro ma con un bus si arriva in pochi minuti

• Jetmir (9/5): Sehr guter Aufenthalt; empfehlenswert - Sehr nah an unser Zielort, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Der Inhaber könnte sich sehr gut aus der Ferne einschalten und immer, wenn notwendig helfen und Lösungen finden. Nur am Anfang der richtige Eingang zur der Wohnung etwas nervig, fernschaltung und Erklärungsversuche des Inhabers etwas schwierig, aber er blieb stets ruhig und freundlich.

L’appartement au rez de chaussé Le check in est vraiment compliqué, nous ne venons pas de L’Europe alors nous sommes pas en mesures de recevoir des appels, et le check in devait se faire par téléphone ou via booking, j’ai pris la peine d’écrire pour aviser qu’on partait de la gare et qu’on arrivait dans 35 min. J’écris pour aviser de mon arrivée nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes avant d’avoir une réponse, on voyageait avec des bébés. Il faudrait penser à changer la façon du check in. Si vous quittez l’appartement l’électricité est coupé avec la clé ce n’est pas nécessairement pratique. Il y a une laveuse mais aucun séchoir pour suspendre les vêtements, l’appartement est humide très difficile de les faire sécher. J’avais fait une demande pour un lit de bébé il n’était pas là quand nous sommes arrivés, par chance quelqu’un est venu nous en porter un le soir même. Le ménage est bien fait mais les meubles devraient être déplacés il a énormément de poussière sous les lits et derrière les meubles .
• BARACCA (8/5): Sono stato davvero bene in un ambiente semplice ma confortevole - appartamento molto carino arredato a nuovo. Sebbene non situato vicino al centro esso è adiacente ad una via piena di bar e ristorantini oltre a diversi piccoli supermercati Noi eravamo in due e in due ci si stà a meraviglia. Non mi sembra ampio abbastanza per quattro persone sebbene abbia due camere da letto
• Otilia (9/5): - Nos dieron la opción de dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check in. El alojamiento tenía de todo, incluso juguetes y cuentos para los niños. Muy cómodo. Si volvemos a Sevilla, repetiremos.

• Javier (9/5): - El apartamento está muy bien tiene todo lo necesario. Un detalle el tener juguetes y libros para los peques, jugó mucho con ellos. La única pega que le puedo dar es el olor a humedad que tiene el apartamento, sobre todo una de las habitaciones. Hay q estar ventilando la casa continuamente y en verano con el calor es un poco complicado.

• Paolo (7/5): - Bagno spazioso e finestrato. Muffa in cucina ed anche su alcuni piatti lavati male. Inoltre formiche. Manca l'aria condizionata nelle due camere. In cucina non c'è la zanzariera ed è fornita in modo poco equilibrato con 12 piatti ma neanche una tovaglia. Le camere sono molto buie in quanto attaccate ai cortili interni del palazzo quindi o dormi al buio o chiunque può vederti da fuori. Nonostante la camera non fosse prenotata per il giorno dopo e noi abbiamo espresso il bisogno di tenere le valigie in camera qualche ora in più lo staff non ci è venuto incontro.
• Almudena (10/5): Piso céntrico - Todo en general, el apartamento muy limpio y bonito decorado, ubicación estupenda y a un paso de todo. Le pedí salir un poco más tarde y me dejaron sin problema.

• Frank (7/5): Family friendly but not on a rainy day - Clean and spacious appartment, family friendly in a nice neighborhood. Sadly, there was an unpleasant odour in the appartment due to moisture that spoiled our experience. Also our umbrellas were destroyed by some of the neighbours while left in front of the door to dry. Not enough daily light.

• André (6/5): Pleasant - Good clean, kitchen very good with all you need to do meals, bathroom also clean. Noise from 1st floor, a lot of screaming by the family of first floor, the mattress not so comfy, and one of the rooms are very small. A bit far away to the center, about 30 minutes walking
• Ann (8/5): A great get away for a family celebration! - The property was amazing. Location remote but just what we needed as a family holiday. Views stunning. Pool would be a welcome addition in the warmer months. Outside space welcoming. Lovely walks available. Bedrooms each with own bathroom facilities such as bonus. The last part of the journey to the apartment- roads had lots of potholes needed caution when driving. The lounge had a permanent smell of smoke. The fire was on for our arrival which was lovely but we could barely breathe for the smoke coming back into the room. Trail and error to get it to work. The kitchen had all the appliances needed for our family of 6 adults and a two year old but needs a revamp and modernisation. No light in the pantry just wires on the wall. A few other issues reported and we were thanked for bringing these to the attention of the manager.
• George (10/5): Good value and quiet neighborhood - The apartment is cozy, well equipped, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very supportive and waited for us during our very late check-in.
• Kyrylo (9/5): Superb - Friendly host, comfortable beds and good quality of furniture. Good place to stay with the whole family. Difficult to park the car
• Harry (6/5): Some improvements needed. - There were books for my son to play with. There were a few ants in the kitchen, only 1 towel to dry the cutlery and the plates had been put away wet so they smelt bad. Also, the front door is very low quality, didn't lock properly and had no metal support on the wooden frame.
• Nur (9/5): Superb - Well equipped for a family. They even provide some english books, colouring books, and toys that my toddler was really happy about. Beds were comfy and place was clean. The host would ask everyday if everything was alright so that was nice too. There is an aircond with heat setting in the living room, but no additional heater in each bedroom. We slept with the room door open a little to get the heat. It wasn’t too bad at night under the covers but having a small heater may have been nice. The shower drain was draining a little slow, maybe some drain cleaning will fix this.
• Martha (10/5): We would recommend this property to any of our friends who might come and visit. It was truly a wonderful stay. - It was very well apportioned. We had everything that we needed. The hostess was very responsive. Sometimes the hot water would run out, but it would quickly fill up again. I think this may be a feature of Seville and no reflection on the property owner.
• Jing (10/5): Exceptional - The place, it was very convenient, clean and we are very comfortable with our stay. We enjoyed our stay as the host is accommodating and the apartment is very clean, cozy and the location is near the center of Tourist spots. We definitely recommend the apartment for those visiting Sevilla 😀. I am trying to edit the smiley ☺️ icon to show we are happy with our stay but it appears to be a sad icon!Can't edit it
