La vicinanza del quartiere a luci rosse non è stata assolutamente un problema nonostante due bimbi piccoli. La mancanza di una scopa o un aspirapolvere e di uno straccio per pavimenti si è un pò fatta sentire con due bambini
• Kat (9/5): Stunning designer flat with sunken bath and big windows - Bright spaces easy to black-out. Intriguing designs between bathroom and master bedroom. The shower and bath were lovely to use. We couldn’t work out what the smell is in the bathroom. We had the remote for the fireplace but were asked not to use it. The side table had a leg missing and we hadn’t realised was unstable (caught the China that nearly fell!)
• Philipp (10/5): Perfect apartment for our short one week stay in Ghent. - Staff was always available and always replied in a couple of minutes. The instructions were always clear and easy. The apartment is filled with light from the big windows, it’s cozy, and it’s nice overall.
• Loreen (9/5): - There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom that I think had to do with the drainage of the shower. The location was great but it was a bit noisy at night.
• Tatiana (10/5): Clean, bright, and calm vacation vibes - It definitely felt like a vacation with this property, it is very well renovated — modern, clean and bright. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need (olive oil, salt, pepper, cups, plates, utensils, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc). The bathroom feels spa like with a huge tub and rain shower head. It is also very accessible to the main areas and attractions in Gent. The hosts provide clear instructions on how to check in and out contactless and quickly answer via the booking chat. Great property and experience!

• Amanda (6/5): Mediocre stay in Ghent - The location was great, walking distance to the Christmas market and lots of shops around. The beds were comfy and apartment was clean. It has a lift but the door entrance was rather steep and not pram-friendly/disability friendly There were lots of noise from 11pm, people in flat above were stomping through and noise didnt settle until 1-2am… this happened for all 3 nights we were there. The apartment felt cold and no thermostat to control the temp. We requested a cot prior to our arrival but this was not set-up - host asked us to go down basement to find this ourselves. The design of the bathroom is rather silly, and there was an awful foul smell from sewage. Kitchen tap doesnt have hot water… Beware!!! There isnt any doors between living room and bedroom so it felt more like a studio!
• Aleksandra (9/5): Odlično,priporočam. - Apartma je zelo lep,prostoren,v kuhinji je vse kar potrebuješ, tam je bila tudi tablete za pomivalni stroj,kava,sol, poper in olje, toaster,avtomat za kavo,grelnik vode in super pečica. Čisto in udobno ter par minut hoje do samega centra. Res odlično. Morda bi bilo dobro,da bi bila v apartmaju kakšna navodila za termostate za gretje.
• María Alejandra (10/5): Un espacio muy acogedor y maravilloso - Un espacio muy acogedor, organizado y limpio, nos sentimos como en casa, muy cómodos y tranquilos. Recomendaría que tuvieran elementos para secar el baño porque al ser un solo nivel, el piso siempre está mojado, y también que se pueda graduar la temperatura del ambiente.
• Bickle (4/5): Bit smelly and a bit cold: Provide hot water bottles folks if you wont let occupants control temp. - Locations was great To control the temperature in the apartment you need to reach out to the host! The city suffers from sewerage venting problems: this made the flat smell like the sewers.
• Ayan (9/5): Great town, full of energy - Very nice and clean apartment. Location was good. Comfortable bed and has air conditioning The bathroom shower without a curtain was weird to me. The floor always seemed wet.
• Marlies (7/5): - De locatie was top. Ook de ruimte is precies zoals je op de foto's ziet. Heel ruim en mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was een continue rioollucht die vanuit de afvoeren uit de badkamer kwam. Ook na aangeven aan de host dat dit het geval was, was de oplossing doorspoelen met heet water. Helaas bleef de lucht steeds terugkomen waardoor het heel onprettig was om in te werken.
• NinaRome (10/5): We would be happy to stay here again next time!!! - We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is right in the city center, getting the keys was very easy, and the instructions were clear and helpful. The apartment was clean and pleasant to stay in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the fridge was large and convenient. For those traveling by car, keep in mind to check in advance on the City of Ghent mobility website (https://stad.gent/nl/mobiliteit-openbare-werken) to see if your vehicle is allowed in the central zone and make sure to register it. This apartment is very comfortable for couples. For four people, it’s good to note that the sofa bed is located in the hall/kitchen area and there is only one bathroom. Both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable, and the linens were of good quality. The only minor point is that the pillows could be improved. The staff are very polite and always ready to help. We would be happy to stay here again next time. The only minor point is that the pillows could be improved.

• Justin (7/5): Goede uitvalsbasis in Gent - De ligging naarbij centrum. Het appartement was voldoende ruim en bedden en badkamer waren prima in orde. Schoonmaak was niet in orde. Een vieze geur bij binnenkomst. Een defecte kraan.
• Olga (10/5): Comfortable, stylish and well-located - Great communication with the host and clear check-in instructions. The flat is modern, clean and well-maintained, with quality bedding, good kitchenware, and a stylish bathroom. We loved the big windows – lots of light and a touch of romance. The windows are excellently soundproofed, which makes the stay very comfortable. Air conditioning works perfectly – just keep the windows closed at night and there are no issues with mosquitoes. The building itself is lovely, with a beautiful façade and a convenient lift. The location is excellent – just a short and pleasant walk to the historic centre, so everything is easily accessible on foot. We’d definitely stay here again!
