• Afonso (8/5): - Boa localização, comodidades do apartamento (cozinha equipada com tudo o que foi necessário) e disponibilidade dos funcionários para responder e resolver qualquer questão. O chão apesar de aparentemente limpo, estava algo sujo, mas disponibilizaram-se rapidamente para reforçar a limpeza. O sofá-cama estava visivelmente sujo. Tivemos de aguardar entre banhos para evitar tomar banho de água fria (a água é suficiente para 2 banhos mas não 3).

• jacqueline (10/5): - Apartment was central to everywhere, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay,and was nice to have 2 bathrooms. Sofa was a little uncomfortable to sit for long,and also we didn't have remote control for television, reported it and were told to search all cupboards, which we did and still not found.

Pulito e confortevole. Nonostante il check in fosse alle 16 ci hanno permesso di entrare già alle 12 Un ringraziamento speciale va alla Sig.ra Elena disponibile e cordiale che prontamente ha risposto ad ogni nostra domanda/esigenza.
• Arnt (7/5): Centraal gelegen appartement in het centrum zonder buitenruimte - - De locatie is top; dicht bij het centrum. Diverse bezienswaardigheden zijn op korte loopafstand. - We reisden met een bevriend echtpaar; het was fijn dat we ieder een eigfen slaapkamer en een eigen badkamer hadden. - er is geen balkon of buitenruimte. Je moet dus de stad in om buiten te zitten. - het servicebureau meldde dat de borg (die je moest betalen via je creditcard, dus geen reservering) op de dag van vertrek zou worden teruggeboekt. Ik heb hier meerdere keren om moeten vragen en heb zelfs een klacht bij Booking moeten indienen. Ik heb het daarna pas na anderhalve week teruggekregen.
• Monika (6/5): Nevrátíme se. - Určitě oceňuji lokalitu, jste téměř v Centru. Komunikace s pronajímateli byla v pořádku. Celkově je apartmán dost vybydlený a zasloužil by si péči. Rozbitý věšák, držák na sprchu, utržená tyčka u sušáku, postele nepohodlné, smetí a prach na několika místech, požádali jsme o nové povlečení, byly tam vlasy a chloupky. Do pokoje nejde denní světlo. Na mikrovlnku teče voda z bojleru.

Cisza, a mieszkaliamy przy ruchliwej ulicy. Pralka Bardzo dużo usterek w apartamiencie a kaucja pobierana. Kiepski kontakt. Dlugo oczekiwałam za zwrotem kaucji. Materac w duzej sypialni się zapadał. Z pieca kapała woda na mikrofale. Brak płynu do mycia nauczyn. Dla mało wymagających, fajny apartament

Customer service was fantastic andvi was contacted on a regular basis yo make sure everythinh was ok. Highly recommend and particilar thanks to Elena, Trinidad and Javier for all their help
• East London Journeyman (8/5): Good location - Location was excellent. Near to everything. Very comfortable bedding and mattress etc. having two showers was very useful. Very secure property. Messages to staff dealt with fast and efficiently. Good support. As all windows face an inner courtyard, we couldn't have curtains open as we would then be on view to neighbours on other side or passing our door. This made the apartment a bit dark during the day.During the night, in one bedroom we were constantly woken by outdoor security light . The blind just didn't cover window sufficiently. Would recommend some shutters or maybe black out blind. This is my only slightly negative comment.
• Tanja (10/5): Top Unterkunft, top Lage! - Das moderne Apartmenthaus liegt versteckt hinter einer historischen Fassade und damit sehr ruhig. Dass wenig Tageslicht in die Wohnung fällt, hat uns nicht gestört, weil wir im Grunde nur zum Schlafen da waren. Wichtig war uns die günstige Lage, denn es sind nur wenige Schritte zu einer Reihe von Restaurants und ins historische Zentrum Málagas. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig, die Aufteilung der Zimmer gut und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und die Vermieter sind stets erreichbar. Die Schlüsselabholung war ein bisschen mit Hindernissen, weil mir die Zugangscodes zu Tür und Schlüsselbox fehlten. Dachte ich zumindest, weil die ganze Zeit die Kommunikation über WhatsApp verlief, die Codes aber über booking.com geschickt wurden. Das war ein bisschen irreführend. Allerdings wurde mir telefonisch problemlos geholfen und insofern war alles kein Problem.

• glen (5/5): Avoid Victoria 13 - Location was great We stayed Victoria 13. In need of repair and a good clean . Door handles falling off . Rusty bins . Damaged flooring . Wardrobe doors falling off . Second bedroom ceiling faulty - kept flickering on and off . Had to keep turning it on and off . Filthy floors . Supposed to be 2 double bedrooms . One is , the second is a single size with a "small double bed" squeezed in against a wall . One person can't get out one side , and electric light socket touching your nose in bed . Head of the bed under the blind and everytime someone entered the courtyard the lights woke you up . Yellow sheets . No pillow protectors . Thin see though pillowcases . Dogs barking from apartment below . One night we couldn't get out the main building door , even one of the residents couldn't get out . Electric opener not working . Someone has to prise and pull the joining door to get out of the building . Not safe at all . Check in process not great . 15 minute walk from collecting keys in a secret location to the apartment with suitcases . Very unfriendly holidays 2 Malaga staff member in the main office when we asked for help . Bombarded with emails and WhatsApp from booking stage to the end . Way too many . And morning after we arrived we were asked what time we were checking out ! Only just arrived for goodness sake . If I was the private owner of this apartment - I wouldn't want my place to be managed and cleaned by them . If we hadn't had a full on 3 days of activities booked for our short stay , we would have travelled to the office to highlight . But based on the frosty reception we received the first night - we thought it would be useless . Have plenty of videos and photos .

• Clare (10/5): We would book this again, particularly for the very comfortable bed. - Very central location. Great apartment. Elena and Paula at Holidays2Malaga were extremely helpful with any questions. Getting the key from the key box on our arrival at 3am went very smoothly (nb our pre-booked airport taxi charged us a supplement of €15 for this extra stop en route to the apartment). Iron, washing up liquid, towels, shower gel and soap provided. Very comfortable bed (we were in the larger of the 2 rooms). Good quiet aircon. We really enjoyed our stay there. Overlooking a quiet courtyard, but not much soundproofing between apartments. Our neighbours were pretty quiet though.
• Roxana (7/5): Great location, clean apartment but... - - great location (Malagueta beach, city centre, Alcazaba all in walking distance from apartment) - apartment was clean - friendly and speedy replies from host - supermarket, taxi stand and public transport all literally around the corner - many terraces around the corner - very bureaucratic check in. Too many details need to be provided and that created a lot of stress and frustration before I even left for my holiday. - apartment needs some fixing (coach, door to the trash bin, clothes hanger, curtains hanger). Considering you also pay a deposit I expected that everything is in good condition. I got the deposit back, but these things still need to be fixed and I reported them to host - 2nd bedroom feels very claustrophobic for 2 adults. I hated sleeping in that very small room.
• Epp (6/5): If you are not very demanding, the apartment is OK and the best of it is the location - The location was the best Too many broken kitchen facilities (the hood above the stove, broken door under the kitchen sink, broken coffemaker). The sofa in the living room was not comfortable to sit. There was only 1 kitchen towel in the apartment and if we requested for more they asked us to visit their office and take them from there? Also we requested a new coffemaker, but they said that we have also the small italian one, ok we managed with it, but there was 4 of us so it took time. Also we expected the apartment had a window (windows) to the street, but there were only windows to inner, closed courtyard. They should show some pictures from this area also in their website

• Sophie (8/5): Beautiful place in perfect location for families - The best thing about this little apartment is the location, really perfect for a visit of Malaga. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and cosy, with everything needed. It was spacious enough for our family, and well arranged, even the building with its inside courtyard and rooftop to hand laundry to dry. We had a fantastic time in Malaga and enjoyed being in this apartment. The price was reasonable for what we got, with two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and the big couch that served as a bed as well. Little things were missing such as salt and oil for cooking. Some of the things such as lamps and chairs felt very fragile and on the verge of breaking , if not already broken, which made things feel cheap but also gave us a bit of stress knowing the big deposit they ask you to give in case something is broken. I can understand the need for deposits when things are of good quality but when cheap and fragile things are chosen I find the very high deposit to be a bit of a fraud. Another thing that made us also a bit nervous is the messy communication with the people in charge of managing this place. First they ask for a lengthy check in process online and prior to arriving on some app that is not that straightforward to use and asks a lot of things including photos and signatures, which can be tricky for people not used to this type of system to manipulate, and can also look a bit dodgy if you care about your data. If you miss one of the things to upload, like a photo for example, you cannot sign the contract online, and therefore they don’t give you the code to open the box to get the apartment keys. If I can understand the reasoning behind such processes, it actually felt pretty stressful to us as sometimes the uploads were not working and we would be stuck since we were 6 people to check in from different parts of the world. In the end we had the code for the key rather last minute and the whole thing was not a nice smooth experience as it can be. Also it was really confusing that each communication phase was dealt by a different person, signing under a different name, and it seemed that these people were not communicating between them and not following very well the conversation as they would often ask me the same thing twice or repeat to me the same things, as if they did not check the previous messages sent.
• Deborah (6/5): Great location but not very comfortable and dark. - Great location. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. 2 bathrooms really useful. Air conditioning/ heating very efficient. Not much noise. Efficient WiFi. The couch wasn’t very comfortable to sit on- you kept sliding off. There were no English channels on the TV. The food preparation area was really small, making it difficult to prepare breakfast in the morning. There is practically no natural light as it’s a courtyard. If you opened the living room curtains everyone could see in. A welcome folder would be useful, explaining how things worked and recommendations for restaurants etc. If all you want is somewhere to sleep,it’s fine. However, if you are hoping to spend a bit of time relaxing after a busy day then go elsewhere. The lack of comfort and light really spoiled it for me. It felt like living in a cave.
• P (9/5): Unbeatable location in Malaga, spacious and comfortable. - The location was fantastic -- unbeatable. The beds and the shower were very comfortable. It was quiet at night, with the windows facing a. Interior courtyard. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The apartment was very clean, despite the incident described below. Would have appreciated courtesy detergent for using the washing machine. Heads up: you have to pick up the keys in another location and they charge you 50 Euros if you ask them to bring you the keys. The apartment was very clean, however when we entered we found a roach, which was unfortunate because it was eveident that the apartment had been recently cleaned and disinfected.

• Razvan (1/5): I wish we would have chosen a different accomodation - The location. The apartment was generally clean, except for the fridge and microwave, which were rusty. The second room cannot be considered a bedroom for 2, since it has a single-bed. The second bed is under the first and needs to be pulled out from under it. This means you have to sleep practically on the floor and there is no space left for anything else in the room. The company administering the property says nothing about the deposit the guest must provide for the stay. You hear about it only after they cash in the money for the room so you are stuck and have to accept paying the deposit. The regular beds are uncomfortable, you have to sleep with your head to the light switch and next to the electricity plug in the wall.
