• Meiling (4/5): Disappointing, dirty accomodation - Great location, very close to the train station and food. Bathroom was covered in mold. Contacted property and was told they were arranging to clean it for a number of days and then told they couldn’t make it until the second last day we were there (7 days total) so we’re not coming at all. Ended buying a bottle of bleach and a scrubbing brush to clean the shower so we could some what shower.

• ibrahim (1/5): terrible - I wouldn't recommend it at all, except for its location. There are three nightclubs below it, and it gets noisy at night. There's a significant amount of cigarette smoke. • Anis Suraya (6/5): Do consider other accommodation - Really close to metro station. Super convenient. Has an elevator. Self check-in and out. Heater works fine. Small fridge. Electric kettle. Great neighbourhood. Loads of restaurants and convenient stores. No curtain in master bedroom balcony. People can literally see us in the room. Incomplete bathroom accessory. No place to hang towels and clothes. Small bath towel provided - can only wrap abdomen. Has washing machine but no detergent. Inconvenient drying area. Dining table too huge for a small space.

• Carrie (1/5): Do Not Stay Here! - Could not find the property, it does not exist No communication from property owner. Do not book here!
• Indraneel (8/5): Very good - The location was 1 min walk from Akasaka Mitsuke station. It was in the middle of the street with multiple restaurants, bars and convenience store. But there was no noise inside the house. This is the single biggest reason to stay in the location. The outside balcony area with the washing machine was very dirty. The drying area on the other balcony was difficult to access.
• João (4/5): If you don’t mind dirty, the spot is good for the location - Location is good! Close to the metro Well, cockroaches everywhere, the bathroom you really need to see for yourself. The rooms had clean sheets and towels, but apart from that, the facilities are really not good. A lot of room for improvement

• Adam (9/5): hit the town - location close to subway and all.the bars... close to all the bars. happily only Thursday night got loud. otherwise it was fine.

The hotel manager didn’t tell me how to check-in in advance, I thought it was a real hotel until I was standing in front of the apartment door. The apartment is very dirty, ashes are everywhere, spider webs hanging under the bed; the cockroach is bigger than a match box, moving on the floor rapidly. The apartment says not allowing wear shoes inside but the floor is full of dust and hairs, i must buy a pair of slipper. The bathroom is terrible, shower water can suddenly become cold when using it.
