- Tanya (9/5): I would reckon this hotel. Affordable and clean. - Rooms were spacious, clean, and affordable . I thought there would be more options for breakfast since it is an event space as well. Just bagels, muffins and cereal. However I would still stay at this hotel.
- edgardo (10/5): Excelente - Limpio
- Theresa (8/5): -
- Allan (5/5): For the money, I would expect an up to date hotel - Location was good and convenient Property is outdated and needs major upgrades. TV’s are tiny and no lights that aren’t lamps

- Roger (5/5): Not going to come back, sorry - room was clean, the reception on the second floor the parking lot very icy and my wife fell twice and i was told its's winter which i'm well aware of as I live north of toronto & never asked how my wife was!???I told him to get some salt or sand before you get sued but he said he would right away & nothing changed by morning????Will never be back & already spreading the word, sorry! Well they could have told me it was away from restaurants as we were coming in late & no restaurant on site! The man at the front desk could barely be understood& only offered uber eats instead of directions but Google is what I think I heard & my wife understood the same!
- Carlo (3/5): Disappointed - Friendly staff and massive hotel rooms Dirty, not properly cleaned, mold in bathroom
- Gia (10/5): -
- Brian (7/5): -

- Edward (3/5): It was not up to our expectations. - Nothing. No smoke detector. Very little towels. very little pillows. Lights did not work by the switches. Musty smell. Breakfast was sub par.
- Lew (2/5): Never again! - Breakfast was meh. Light switches were odd. Room was dark. Furniture was cheap & unsteady. Traffic in area was horrible.
- Anna (6/5): The front desk staff did accommodate are check-in and they were amazing - Rooms were spacious The breakfast could use some work. Not enough seating. Can’t take it back to your room. The creamer should have ice in the tray same with the yogurt should have ice to keep it cool.

- Cherese (3/5): Very basic hotel with poor check-in service - The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for me attending a concert at the Roger’s Stadium Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, however I arrived at 5pm and no rooms were available! My daughter and I had to change clothes in the lobby restroom to get ready for a concert we were attending that evening! They finally gave us our KEY to the room (with was literally a single key to a turn key lock) but the housekeeper was still in the room cleaning it up! The room doesn’t have a safe so I didn’t trust to leave any of my valuables in the room with the housekeeper still being in there, so instead I had to lock my belongings up in my car & the whole time I was at the concert I was worried about if my car was safe. The room is very basic with (what looks like) a 19 inch flat screen TV (very small). And the continental breakfast was sub-par. They offered waffles (LEGO-my eggo) and bagels without any butter to spread on them (among other items, cereal, muffins, etc). But overall if it wasn’t for the convenience of the location and free parking I would have rated this hotel much lower!

- David (8/5): Old but very good place - Much better than expected! Area is not THAT industrial- Eg theres multiple small food and drink places X the street. Place is “old school” in a good way - it’s an INDEPENDENT hotel! Metal key, plastic laminated hotel guide, good service, ice box w a big ol scoop, old but clean and well maintained rooms, etc. Good sized gym w decent amount of equipment. Feels like the place was the best back in the day - and now is doing a good job maintaining- tho not updating it Better signage to where the main entrance is.
Protein at breakfast, but that’s ok.
- Julie (8/5): -
- Jocelyn (8/5): - Free laundry, quiet, breakfast included Location,no grocery shopping within walking distance; bed too hard; very few security cameras
- Matthieu (8/5): -
- Amy (8/5): - Proximity to the venue
- Bradley (9/5): Just needs better signs. Otherwise, great value for money. - It was a clean room. Continental breakfast had good variety. Location and price of the hotel were quite good. The signage could be better about where the front desk was. I walked around for a while before I found a sign directing us to the front desk.
- Amy (9/5): -
- Shereen (7/5): -
- Monica (5/5): -
- Jordan (5/5): Was fine. Could have been better. - It was a place to stay close to the venue. Its just an old hotel. Needs major updating. A microwave and a fridge would go a long way.
Better signage for the entrance would be nice.
- Francois (3/5): - Très vieil hôtel…
- Tracie (2/5): - Found cockroach in the room
Breakfast - almost zero options to choose from, it was terrible No cockroaches in the room
Better breakfast included
- Christine (8/5): Good stay in the Downsview area. About an 8 minute walk to subway - great. - Near the Titanic Exhibition.
Room was like a one bedroom apartment.
Liked the TV room. Shower in a tub - it was a really high tub.
- Gia (10/5): -
- Jasmine (8/5): -
- Soraya (8/5): -
- Namaga (10/5): -
- Cecilia (8/5): It was ok - It is located in a very nice location. It was too hot in the room
- Seungchul (5/5): - 직원이 친절했으며 가성비가 좋았다 너무외지고 오래된 호텔이란느낌이 들어오면서 느껴짐
- Fernanda (10/5): -
- Ashley (4/5): Would not stay again - Staff is friendly, hotel is very quiet, room size is good, couch is comfortable, nice counter space A bit confusing on how to get into the lobby, bed was uncomfortable and hard and the bed frame moved quite a bit, breakfast is very basic
- Crystal (10/5): -
- Clare (8/5): -
- Shannon (1/5): Staff is absolutely rude and them along with the managers at this property are all liars. All they care about at this es - Nothing. Everything. Especially the staff.
- Gia (10/5): -
- Shaelynne (9/5): -
- Stefaniia (8/5): A comfortable and affordable stay in Toronto - The hotel is very close to subway which makes navigating Toronto pretty easy. The room was well equipped with a fridge and a microwave. It also had a bathtub. The bed was nicely firm but could squeak sometimes. The breakfast although quite basic was free and was sufficient for me. You can’t open the windows in the room and the aircon is very dated, loud and not effective (I kept it turned off relying on the ventilation). So the room could get quite stuffy. That’s the only thing that needs to be changed, in my mind.
- Sierra (4/5): -
- James (8/5): -
- Inkpen (8/5): - Staff was responsive and accommodating. No frills hotel experience. Rooms we're dated. Main entrance was difficult to find.
- Miranda (5/5): Great location for Rogers Stadium goers. Old fashioned hotel that’s slightly musty. - It was VERY close to Rogers Stadium (about a 15 minute walk). It was easy to check in. There were a couple food places next door that were easy access. The AC in the room was stuck on one setting and it wasn’t very cool. I asked for a fan from front desk and they brought one up that was broken. I didn’t feel comfortable asking for another. The rooms are old fashioned but clean. Slightly smelly. The continental breakfast was sad - do not count on it to get you full. We ended up going to Coffee Time next door instead.
- Dave (8/5): - Location Dated
- Steven (8/5): - Clean, good location Toilet didn’t flush well.
And breakfast was disappointing. If you don’t expect much you’ll be fine
- Stephen (8/5): - Breakfast was literally cereal and bread products. For the price, they could easily manage something hot.
- Twitchell (5/5): You can sleep and shower comfortably there. - Clean. The staff seemed friendly and I feel like the price was right for the room. The bathroom was good and breakfast was standard fair. Very good location for walking to events or taking the subway downtown. Older furniture, pillows were pretty bulgey, like unintentional "my-pillows". I found the industrial rug a little dingey and the faucet hot-cold was backwards on the shower... took a minute to figure that out. When it rained the window leaked a ton. Didn't effect my stay.
- Lindsay (7/5): Our stay was pretty good, good job montecassino. - We stayed here to go to a concert at the Roger’s Stadium and this hotel is right across the street from the venue so it was perfect place for that. The staff was pretty friendly, nothing above and beyond but still great. The room was clean and well maintained and comfortable. There’s no fridge or microwave in the rooms so you have to go down to the lobby to heat food and store your food in a communal fridge which doesn’t seem safe. The elevators also take forever to come so having to bring your stuff up and down is longer than just a couple seconds.
- Sly (7/5): - Location
Ease of parking Continental breakfast was poor
- Frederique (6/5): Okay for a last minute booking - Finding a room in the middle of the long weekend after my original booking canceled on us last minute. I like the coffee in the room. Very loud people in the hallway that were so echo. Guest should be reminded they aren't the only ones there, kids could be on different floor, I found it so expensive for what we actually got. Something was better then nothing tho. I really wish our rooms would have been somewhat sound proof...
- Birsen (7/5): -
- Cody (5/5): Over priced for what you get. - Close to venue AC didn’t work, hot in room, power outage in the morning
- Charles (7/5): Pleasantly surprised and perfect for walking to concert. - Best and only hotel within walking distance to Rogers Stadium. Surprisingly big rooms. Staff was very polite and helpful. Not the hotels fault, but there was a scheduled power outage the next day starting at 8am. So elevators were out of commish and was difficult packing the dark. I wasn’t aware of the scheduled power outage when we got there so it was a surprise to find out. Would recommend asking the hotel ahead of time (I’m not sure how often this happens). Other than that detail (which wasn’t hotels fault) perfect location for Rogers Stadium concert.
- Rhian (6/5): -
- Grieves (8/5): - I really enjoyed the view, I really enjoyed the bath and the bed I enjoyed It was very nice and very nice staff. My TV remote wasn't working and the living room TV didn't even work but over all was amazing
- J.X.X. (7/5): - Helpful staff - I was upgraded for free. Breakfast
- Jean-Francois (6/5): Massively over priced. Will bring my own sheets if I return. - The location to Rogers Stadium. Amazing to be able to walk there and back.
The bathroom and towels were very clean The furniture looked shabby and the one chair provided was wobbly and not very clean.
The bed seemed clean however I woke up in the morning covered in bites on my arms. Bedbugs!!!!!
- Katherine (10/5): -
- Michelle (5/5): - How close it is to Roger’s stadium. Shower and bath was great Obviously older building and could use a lot of updating- elevators, check in process, using actual keys instead of key cards. You can hear everything in the halls and the staff likes to start cleaning at 830am- just a heads up
- Natalie (8/5): Close to Roger’s Stadium.Clean rooms - Close to Roger’s Stadium
- Isabelle (8/5): -
- orit (10/5): -
- Zoey (7/5): -
- Amarachi (8/5): -
- Ian (7/5): Great place to stay for a night if you're in the area. - Room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was an event at the nearby Rogers Stadium, but the parking situation was monitored with clear directions. Had to travel back down to the lobby for ice - would be great to have more ice machines available. Decor is a little dated (but not offensive). Surprising to have to keep track of a physical key to get into our room!
- Gia (10/5): -
- Melissa (6/5): - It was convenient to the tennis tournament we were attending.
- Sylvain (9/5): -
- Olga (5/5): Would stay only if necessary - Proximity to Roger’s stadium and easy access by subway Old, dated, not very clean, old heavy keys, breakfast was terrible, no water for a few hours, coffee maker was filthy
- Salam (7/5): Location was very convenient for my purpose - Staff Room and bathroom condition. Carpet condition was very poor
- Margaret (10/5): Exceptional -
- Solajes (8/5): Very good -
- Saeeda (5/5): Passable -
- Mose (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (8/5): Convenient for ColdPlay - Very convenient for ColdPlay concert at Roger’s Stadium and free car parking. Booked room was not available at check in time, so we got a free upgrade to an “apartment-style” room with 2 bedrooms - that was nice. Free breakfast was poor (bagel, jam, coffee, banana- but no cheese or meats etc.). It would be embarrassing to ask for payment, so understand why it was free !!
