• Alison (8/5): - The location of the apartment is great, right in the centre, albiet up a small hill but still easy to walk to and from town. The apartment itself had plenty of utensils and we did eat in one night which was perfect. We were quite dismayed by the lack of information regarding transfers to and from täsch, until we asked. We understood that there are no cars allowed in Zermatt but please make note that transfers from Täsch can be very expensive and they only take you to the taxi stand, you then need to get an electric taxi to the apartment for a further cost (the apartment do give you a taxi voucher but this can only be used on taxis up until 1am). Communication can sometimes be slow but we found whatsapp to be easier for comms.
• Sharon (8/5): Good stay for family - Spacious, good kitchen facilities and clean Pillows too soft, limited supplies (i.e no refill for toilet paper, kitchen towels), staircases down to the apartment
• Jeremy (10/5): Lovely Place - This was our favorite stay of our Swiss Vacation. Host provided a free taxi voucher for a ride from the train station which was great! There was also one for a departure ride, but we chose to walk. The apartment itself is super clean and modern, great balcony view of the valley. Beds were very comfortable and it was great to be able to cook food in the kitchen. The location was great and just a short hike to the gondolas or to town. Management was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!
• Erin (10/5): Exceptional - The Zermatt Holiday team was extremely helpful in setting up our lift tickets and giving tons of helpful information on where to get ski rentals, restaurants, and other activities in the area. The property itself was very clean and in an ideal location, with easy access to the ski lifts and town. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Zermatt!
