• Volodymyr (9/5): Only good emotions knotted with staying in this apartment - Francesca was very friendly to us and gave us many useful advices. In the apartment were the most important travel necessities. Everything was great 👍🏻 The apartment located a little bit further from Vatican that it seems on the map, but there are train station and bus stop about 3 minutes walk

La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse extrême (elle nous a tout expliquée personnellement, fait même un petit classeur avec photos de tous les monuments à faire, des meilleurs restaurants et des plans pour les bus). Tout à été parfait. A 2 pas du Vatican et à 100 m des arrêts de bus pour aller en centre ville. Honnêtement, on aurait pas pû avoir mieux. Encore merci à elle. Rien, c'était au top

• Filip (10/5): Znakomity - Pani zarządzająca obiektem odebrała nas ze stacji następnie objaśniła jak poruszać się po Rzymie oraz gdzie warto zjeść, mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, łóżko wygodne, łazienka bardzo schludna. Mieszkanie było w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, a na dodatek w bardzo cichej okolicy. Polecam z całego serca

• Joy (10/5): Pleasant quiet stay close to St Pietro station and The Vatican City! - Owner was very pleasant and there to assist. Bed was so comfy! Room was as described online. Safe area for walking at night. Next to the train station. Room was actually very quiet at night and had a washer! Very lovely. No lift. Owner helped me with my carry on up the stairs. :) I have mobility problems so I should have checked for a lift. My fault. But it was worth the stairs!
• Daniel Catalin (10/5): One of the best apartaments I ever booked! - The apartament was very clean and we had all the utilities necessary at our disposal. Francesca, the host, was very polite and she helped us with information about places to visit, restaurants, the public transportation and many more. It was one of the best locations we could find in Rome, easy to get to and quiet. I totally recommend this apartament and would love to stay here again in the future!
• jun (10/5): 功能强大罗马公寓首选 - 住房在梵蒂冈周围一处宁静又安全的区域，免费停车位很多，穿过一条地下通道就能到达火车站很容易购买到纸质车票，仅10分钟就能从家坐上64路或62路大巴，去罗马市中心很方便。房间内设施齐全又舒适处处体现人性化设计。房东也热情严谨详细讲解了周边的交通和餐饮给予了很多好建议。我们觉得入住两晚太少了，下次要多定几天，期待下一个罗马假日！ 很棒，非常人性化

• Tracy (9/5): Idéalement situé et confortable - L’emplacement idéal à deux minutes a pied de la gare et des bus. On rejoint le centre ville très rapidement ! L’appartement est très bien rénové, la Clim fonctionne parfaitement. De la place pour se garer sur le parking gratuit dans la rue. Machine à laver, lave vaisselle, rangement parfait. Il faudrait un four à la place du micro-onde. L’emplacement est dispo ce serait bien plus utile ☺️

• Magdalin (9/5): We were happy with the apartment. - It was very organized and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Clean. It is same as shown in pictures. I liked everything in the apartment. Some general things to know is that the main door of the building is quite narrow.So XL bags may be hard to push through. The apartment was on 2nd floor and no lift. So again those with big bags may find it difficult. But I think most of the buildings in Rome are same.The closest entrance of the Roma S Pietro is closed for some Construction work when we visited.

• Maxim (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely the happiest stay for our whole family (2+1). The apartment seems not that big, but very cosy and smartly designed. But first of all equipped with a full attention to details. We had all needed for 10 days stay feeling like at home. The area is very quiet and silent, which is hard to imagine given that it is just 10 minutes walk from Piazza St. Pietro. Railway station just 5 minutes walk, Rome center with other attractions are easily accessible by buses. The owner is very nice and friendly. Francesca not only cares about your convenience but can also give nice tips about excursions and restaurants. We had some difficult situations which were solved with her help and patience. Transfer from both Rome airports door-to-door can be also arranged by owners. PS. By the way the flat was owned by Dutch actor Peter Boom, he lived in Rome here and you can find his foto portrait on the wall

• Manefeldt (9/5): Lovely stay - Nice feminine touch. Bottle of cold water in fridge.(very welcoming in heat ) Packet of biscuits and sweets on table. Aircon was a big plus. Pick up from station and drop at airport(at a fee) by Fransesca was also of great help.
• Konstantinos (10/5): superb! - Amazing -newly renovated- apartment, great location if you are visiting the Vatican and an amazing host. Francesca offered us a ride from the airport as well which was highly appreciated. Lots of attention to details, such as having coffee available and preparing a whole booklet for nearby restaurants, shops, tips, how to get around, everything you will need. A big thanks for a great stay! Nothing to report; only to point out that there is no elevator (in case that matters to you)
