• Lukas (9/5): - Pointou domu je 180 stupňový pohled na moře. Úplně vpravo je sice vidět přístaviště a teplárna, ale nijak neobtěžují, v noci hezky svítí. Dům dobře zařízen pro 2+1. Sice je to nejméně hezká část ostrova, ale po 5 minutách jste na dálnici, po níž dojedete kamkoli. Přejezd centra ostrova kolem sooky přes lávová pole je fascinující zážitek. Auto je nutné. U domu se koupat nedá, ve vesnici je použitelná pláž. Ale 10 minut autem je El Médeano a tam je skvělé koupání i nákupy.

• Andra (8/5): Si quieres paz y tranquilidad es la casa ideal - La casa está muy bien posicionada al lado del océano teniendo unas vistas preciosas lo único que hay que coger el coche para todo la casa está muy bien equipada con todo lo que necesitas para la cocina la verdad que es muy agradable llegar y encontrar todo. Las camas súper cómodas Para restarle algo sería un poco el tema de la limpieza me hubiera gustado que tengan más cuidado con tema ventanas,cortinas, suelo pero en general estaba todo bastante bien.

• Erica (10/5): The kids and I loved it! - The location is amazing! And the apartment has everything we needed. I was happy to have that parking spot read and waiting for me. And Steff was super helpful with everything. We want to come back! It was perfect.

• Robert (2/5): Avoid this accommodation, strong odours ruined our holiday - Avoid this accommodation – strong odours ruined our holiday! We do not recommend staying at this accommodation. During our one-week stay, a terrible odour outside the apartment made it impossible to use the terraces or even open the windows for four days (the first two days and the last two days). The smell was so bad that it significantly affected our holiday, making it stressful and unpleasant instead of relaxing. The property is located just 1,400 metres from the Granadilla Power Plant, which burns diesel and heavy oils, and 2,000 metres from a waste processing facility in Tajao. While these are not mentioned in the facility description (the power plant ruin the terrace view, see the attached photo), they appear to be the probable source of the odour, particularly on windless days. Though this might not be an issue in days with constant winds, we experienced four windless days during which the smell was unbearable. The host even admitted in our communication that odours from Tajao can "sometimes be noticeable" but then inconsistently denied any issue in the same conversation. We contacted the host early during our stay to raise our concerns and ask how often this problem occurs. Despite claiming to be nearby, the host neither visited the property to assess the issue nor offered any meaningful assistance. The response we received was dismissive, disorganised (switching between three different languages), and unhelpful. This lack of professionalism made the situation even worse. When we escalated the issue to Booking.com, the host's reply was shockingly unprofessional, accusing us of exaggerating and making defamatory remarks. He even falsely claimed we left the property in a mess, despite the fact that a high cleaning fee was included in the cost and paid in full. We are still trying to resolve this matter with Booking.com. This was the worst holiday accommodations we have ever booked, and we strongly advise others to avoid it.
