It is a bit further than I would like it to be from the train station and accessing the balcony to dry clothes is a little bit difficult.

- Darrell (3/5): No Human On-Site Support could Lead to Problems - Modern facility with cook ware in place. Thin walls means you hear guests above you stomping around. Retrieving the key was unexpectedly difficult and took me about an hour to figure out. Attempts to reach management during this time also took around an hour, which added to the frustration. In the end, the actual key pickup process was simple but unique to Japan, and travel fatigue made the instructions easy to miss or misunderstand. Having some on-site human support, or clearer, more traveler-friendly guidance, would have made this much easier.
- Darrell (1/5): Watch your belongings - I don’t usually write negative reviews, but in this case I feel it’s warranted. After checking out, I realized I had left some expensive leather travel boots in the shoe cabinet near the front entrance and immediately informed the property. The owner responded and said they would check the next day, but it appears the cleaning staff was never contacted, or if they were, no proper follow-up was done. The following day, the manager told me that no items were found, which I knew was not true, and my further messages were ignored. My boots were clearly discarded rather than safely kept or returned, which caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

- Le Vi (9/5): - Spacious apartment with kitchen for 3 people. Very clean and comfortbale. It was a 15-20 min walk to the nearest station and to Shinsekai. Quiet more residential area but there is a convenience store within 5 mins. There were 2 stations within walking distance but it was a bit far if you are carrying heavy luggage.

- Andres Felipe (8/5): El alojamiento es bueno, el sector no tanto - Es muy limpio, tiene buenos acabados, es bonito y cómodo. El barrio dónde está ubicado es como una zona industrial, es aterrador salir de noche y no tiene estaciones muy cerca, siempre toca caminar un poco para llegar a una estación de metro. El personal de limpieza fue y nos tocó la puerta para que nos fuéramos y fueron algo rudos para sacarnos del hospedaje

The location is not so ideal as it's far from station. Please utilise the station imamiya instead of shin imamiya for smoother walk to the accomodation.

- M (9/5): - 浴室乾燥が利用出来たので、滞在中に服を洗って干すことが出来たので大変良かったです。お部屋も清潔でした。評価が高かったので、こちらのお部屋の宿泊を決めたのですが、正解でした。ありがとうございました。近くに河童ラーメンがあるので初日の夜に利用しました。美味しかったです。今宮の治安が心配でしたが、こちらの民泊がある場所は、ほぼ住宅街だったので安心して利用することが出来ました。 駅からはちょっと遠いです。でもコスパを考えると仕方ないかなとも思います。

- SI (10/5): 总之今后再去大阪还会选择的民宿。 - 房间很宽敞，空调、厨房、洗手间等设备一应俱全。电器都很新，有住家里的感觉。洗手间干湿分离，非常舒适，还有烤箱和微波炉，烘烤吐司或偶尔做饭也很方便。 如果一定有什么是需要改进的，厨房的切菜刀实在太钝了，可能是之前的住客使用太随意，刀刃甚至有点生锈，平底锅也被之前的住客使用不当，底部有严重的磨损。我觉得这并不是房东的问题，但下次换新的刀或煎锅时，或许房东可以写一些适当的使用提醒。

- Gessyca (7/5): Agréable séjour dans cet appartement - La proximité des transports, le logement était plutôt correct et notre hôte s'est montré disponible et accueillant. La difficulté à pouvoir accéder à l'intérieur de l'immeuble. Les explications n'étaient pas assez claires malheureusement et nous avons eu la chance de croiser des gens qui ont eu la gentillesse de nous aider afin de parvenir à l'intérieur de l'immeuble et trouver la fameuse boîte où se trouvait la clé. Le bruit des locataires au-dessus de notre appartement, que nous avons supporté plusieurs jours, pensant que cela ne durerait que 2jrs maximum, malheureusement au bout de près d'une semaine, nous avons dû faire intervenir le propriétaire pour lui signaler le tapage nocturne qui commençait vers 21H et ne cessait pas avant 2H30 du matin. Merci beaucoup à notre hôte qui a réglé le problème dès notre signalement. Le lendemain soir, le tapage nocturne était terminé. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

- Martina (8/5): - Ho trovato la casa molto pulita e ordinata, con tutto il necessario per poter stare comodamente. La cucina è un po' piccola ma non avendola mai usata non è stato un problema. Bagno invece molto spazioso. In quattro siamo stati un po' stretti per quanto riguarda le valigie (più per le due persone che hanno dovuto dormire nella zona living. Unica pecca dista 15 minuti dalla metro più collegata. Ma fattibili.
