• Joseph (8/5): Comfortable, great location! - It’s a comfortable place which is well furnished and stocked with essential equipment. A/C blows strong and cold, the fridge is a welcome addition, balcony is great for later on in evening. Overall very happy with the place. Location ideal too, barely a minute from the beach and bars. Entrance a touch difficult to find. Dirty, funny-smelling public areas in building and lack of external lock did leave me feeling a touch concerned when we arrived but when we got to the apartment my worries were assuaged. Just needs a sprucing up in the public areas and possibly someone to look at the internal plumbing of the building itself (due to the smell). No plug for the bath.
• IOANNA (9/5): Very convenient location. Very clean - Location was very convenient. Host was very responsive. Studio was very clean A bit noisy from nearby bars. Could sleep with no problem though with the balcony doors closed. Would not recommend if you are afraid of birds althougj the host has done their best to keep them away
• Monireh (8/5): Alt var fantastisk. Njutit av sol och värme. - Bra läge, allt var inom räckhåll, nära stranden. Det var rent. Ägaren var vänlig och bjöd på färska frukter. Balkongen var fin men det gick inte använda den på grund av duvorna. Saknades mikrovågsugn. Problemet med duvor på balkongen.

• Zuzana (10/5): - Poloha bytu, pri příjezdu na nas čekala voda a vino v lednici a na stole ovoce. Být byl čistý a postele jsou pohodlné. Záchod trvá hrozně dlouho než se po splachnutibnapusti voda.
• Jekaterina (9/5): - Good apartments right by the sea. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the beach. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s convenient that there is a bathtub. There are many places nearby to eat and drink. On Fridays and Saturdays, you can enjoy a variety of music that’s perfectly audible from the balcony; the bars close around 2 AM, so you can still get enough sleep (on weekdays they close around 11 PM). The host is friendly and always available. Parking is also within walking distance (2–3€ per day). You need some time to get used to the mattress on the bed.

• marius (10/5): Wow .super preț, super poziție - Totul este super, e poziția buna ,aproape de plajă, locația e utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie. Seara se mai aude muzica de la localurile din zona
• Anastasiya (10/5): Рекомендую. - Отличные чистые апартаменты с идеальным расположением. Близко к пляжу и достопримечательностям. Действительно есть все необходимое: от подсолнечного масла до шампуня, пляжных полотенец. Большая терраса с шикарным видом на закат. Хозяин всегда на связи. Очень медленно набирается вода в бачок в туалете. Громкая музыка из бара напротив (но нам это не мешало).
• Marianne (9/5): Heerlijk geslapen, in centrum. - Prima kamer, zeer complete keuken! Stevig matras. Extra dekens aanwezig, goede douche. Nabij restaurants en shops. Parkeren 🅿️ betaald, even zoeken in omgeving. Voorportaal oogt wat minder, appartement is echter luxe!

• Dana (10/5): Beautiful and clean apartment - The apartment is beautiful, with huge glass doors to the balcony that let in lots of light, with good black out curtains. Extremely clean, which made the stay very pleasant. The owners were super nice and responsive. The kitchen very well equipped and clean. Highly recommend. You can hear the music from the bar downstairs with the balcony doors open, but when they are closed the noise is muffled and very quiet.

• Christoph (10/5): Great place, nice and attentive host - I’d book again! - The location is great, directly at Finikoudes Beach (1 min walk). Everything you need is close (Bars, Restaurants, mini market, ATM, ice cream, municipal parking, shops). Apartment was very clean and everything was working. Power adapters provided, good WiFi, amenities (shower gel, shampoo, soap, cleaning utensils, kitchen inventory, towels, …) provided. Great balcony. Building has an elevator. The water pressure was a bit low but enough to get everything done (we use too much water in my country 🙈).
• Ecaterina (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at Sea-side Studio! The location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the beach and right in the center, making everything easily accessible. The flat was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the host was excellent, Max was responsive and very helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

• Daniel (10/5): Nice apartment in Larnaca! - The apartment is great, just a few meters from the beach. Close to the church, a short walk from the shop and there are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. One room, but spacious. It is equipped with everything you need for a few days, including beach towels. The kitchen has all the equipment. A spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sunset over Larnaca. The apartment was clean, the host takes good care of it. There are bars in the street, but you can hear a little music only on Fridays and Saturdays. It's not a bad thing. The building is not fully maintained, there is a bit of a mess on the stairs 🙂 the elevator is old, but don't let that put you off. This apartment is great! Anyone who wants will always find something they don't like. I personally would like to return to this apartment again 🙂
