• Line (9/5): Séjour très agréable ! - Proximité des restaurants L’espace à l’intérieur de l’appartement L’environnement (paysages, jardins, …)☺️ Ameublements assez « vieillot » La piscine est agréable, mais les chaises longues ne sont pas propres et la musique en tout temps, un peu dérangeant!

Dispone de todo lo necesario para poder sentirse uno agusto durante las vacaciones. La urbanización esta muy bien y muy cuidada. Zona de piscina con bar para poder picar algo o comer. A 2 pasos del mar. Dispone de 1 plaza de parking reservada

• Martina (10/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Im Februar hatten wir auf dem Balkon Sonne von ca. 10 bis 15 h. Wenn man sich auf dem Balkon nach rechts beugt, hat man auch Meerblick. Bei 14 Tagen Aufenthalt waren wir für Waschmaschine und auch Trockner dankbar. Lage ca. 200 m zum Meer. Die Anlage liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, die zum Meer führen und mit dem Transponder kann man sie von beiden Seiten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Die Klimaanlage ist leider nicht für jeden Raum einzeln zu justieren, so dass es in den Schlafzimmern entweder zu kalt, aber auch schnell zu warm wird.
• Beata (9/5): Super - Właściciel bardzo pomocy i szybki w kontakcie. Obiekt jest położony na fajnym osiedlu, blisko plaży. Jest bardzo czysty, w pełni wyposażony, z miejscem parkingowym co jest oszczędnością. Wygodne łóżka, czyste ręczniki, pełna zastawa stołowa. To co jest zależne od właściciela w pełni na plus. Obiekt jest położony dość daleko od centrum marbelli. Trzeba jechać około 15/20 minut autem. Cena oczywiście to rekompensuje ale jeżeli ktoś chce poimprezować w centrum musi liczyć się z uberem;)

• Tom (10/5): Beautiful apartment, excellent host … - Very smooth check in with access codes etc sent across in good time prior to us arriving. The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, well presented and very comfortable! We have two young children (5 and 9) and we enjoyed staying there so much the previous year that we stayed again this year! Thank you also to our host who checked in with us multiple times to see we had everything we needed. We will likely stay again in the future! Until next time… Nothing could have been improved !
• Andrew (10/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds and very nice furnishings. Excellent location for beach, bars and restaurants. Keycode entry so no need to meet a host which we like. Highly recommend.

• Tomas (9/5): Nice place - Nice place not far from the Nikki Beach. Seaside resort with its own swimming pool good for swimming. Nice apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces (also quite well equipped kitchen and living room). Good parking. Nikki Beach is quite a loudly place with unnecessary music. In the larger bedroom it was not possible to open the window to the small terrace.

• James (10/5): Top Reccomendation for Marbella - My parents have been coming to this complex for 25 years but tried this apartment this year for first time. It was amazing. Easy access as they are both late 70s, extremely clean, comfortable beds and big kitchen with everything you need. 30 seconds to beach. Would 100% recommend. The host was available at any time if needed. You can also play tennis or Padel in Rafa Nadel Academy next door. Can’t think of anything.
• Catrinel (10/5): Perfect accommodation! - The apartment is lovely. Makes you feel like it's your home. 😊. It's spacious and has a very nice terrace Location is perfect, close to the beach. Close to supermarket and a couple of restaurants. Also, if you rent a car you can easily go to Malaga or Marbella. The host helped us with everything it was needed, very polite. He also send us recommendations with links with restaurants and places we can visit There is nothing to say :)

I recommend not sharing personal contacts to avoid unpleasantness and possible sexist messages. In the case of women. It happened to us and it spoiled our memories of this accommodation.

Pool (chilly at first dip as end of season) was lovely, pool bar with food was great. Helpful and responsive contact, we arrived at 3 am and could call the host for help to locate. The tennis club op post I’ve was undergoing renovation - this was noisy each day. Appreciate this was outside of the apartments control

As if it was your own place 🥹. Alex the owner was super caring about our arrival and how we felt. He had everything organized for us and our comfort. We arrived almost at midnight and he made sure to stay awake until our arrival! 10/10 , my mother in law, Husband and I recommend this amazing place ❤️ Nothing!

• Maria (10/5): Perfect beach apartment for a family - The apartment was perfect for a family of four. It was extremely convenient to have a parking space in a secure spot within the gates of the property. We also loved how close the beach was, it was a 3 minute walk down to the soft sand beach and chiringuito. The apartment has everything you need, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, A/C and beautiful balcony to enjoy the nice weather. There was a pipe/sewer smell that would appear after using the showers. You can hear the techno music from Nikki beach everyday from 12 to 7:30 pm.

The host was very nice and he started conversations with us days before we arrived. • Inna (10/5): Absolutely wonderful - This place is an absolute gem. The apartment is very well maintained and easily the best equipped holiday home i have ever been too. It is spacious, clean, with a beautiful terrace, comfy mattress with soft bed linen. Close to the beach, and is in a wonderful complex with a little lake, waterfall and beautiful gardens. There is a huge pool with a bar inside the complex and even a big pool for kids. Alex was an amazing host, always responsive and ready to help. Don’t miss this place if it is free 🙂 Nothing at all, everything was great

Out hosts sent us a wealth of information so that we could find the complex, the apartment and the parking really easily. Loving the turtles in the ponds around the complex too. Ants seem to get in everywhere despite our hosts valiant attempt to stop them!

Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Helpful owners. Helpful security staff in the apartments area. Air condition in all rooms. If you have a car you can do nice trips to Malaga, Gibraltar, Granada etc.

• Sorin (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing: close to the sea side, restaurants and also shops (for families with kids). This property offers all you need: swimming pools, bar and resto. Also the property is well maintained and very clean. The apartment that we got was number 28 (second floor) was in a good state. Some of the appliances were a bit old but still in a good condition. The admin of this apartment was very helpful and quick responder to all our questions/demands. Access for the first time can be a bit challenging, but after that you get used. Overall a good experience.
• Priya (10/5): Exceptional - From the start of booking our stay the owners of the apartment were brilliant with communicating and responding. They even had the cleaning company come earlier so we could check in earlier and communicated this to us. This apartment was one of the best places we have stayed, it was beautiful and had unique decor and extremely well equipped. There was not one thing that we did not have especially as we packed light. The patio has an amazing view getting sun all day and the view of the sea and the sound of the sea and birds was so pleasant and tranquil. My husband was working and I would sit on the patio and write. This apartment is perfectly located close to the beach, and close to restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again. I thank the owners for making our trip so pleasant and for being so welcoming. And they were very speedy with their responses.
• Artiom (10/5): Amazing quiet location while all the food and entertainment is just at the doorstep! - The apartment is extremely spacious and cosy. Located at the first line from the sea, in a quiet, green area. Immaculately clean. Great sleep as the windows overlook a secluded inner yard. Choice or restaurants and supermarkets are at the doorstep. Tennis court and a Nikki Beach Club are just a few steps away. Loved the long walks along the sea. Definitely coming back to this place! n/a
