• Anna (8/5): My stay was fun and cosy right next to Camden - The property was clean and comfortable, nothing to complain about, to be honest That there is no repection in the house, but the Wifi works at least

• Charlotte (7/5): Great location, ok if staying for night but wouldn’t stay again due to reasons explained. - It was very close to train station, and about 10 minute walk to things like camben market, two shops very close by, food places nearby etc. There was piece of wood in lounge sticking up with a rug over the top but when walking around without shoes, could feel it very uncomfortable. The dishwasher was sticking out of the unit, the sofa bed is very worn and hangs on a big slope so was very uncomfortable. There wasn’t a bin so was having to use plastic bags and wasn’t sure where to put them as no outside bin, bed was ok, tv remote volume button didn’t work so tele was very loud and couldn’t adjust, no tele in bedroom. Just could do with some work and modernising.

• Sandrine (5/5): - Sa situation à Camden Le matelas du canapé lit est à changer. Abîmé, sale et qui a un creux au milieu. Le minimum quand on loue un appartement ou une maison est que la literie soit bonne. La cabine de douche est à refaire car en mauvais état.
• Manigue (8/5): - I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the friendly and efficient staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

• joanne (1/5): Awful, Unsafe - do not stay here - nothing the entrance to the property was via basement steps - this was not highlighted on the property advert. The property is located in a busy area with lots of people passing etc, the main door is a sliding door which did not make access easy and I was not confident or comfortable with the security it offered. I did not want to leave the premises to get food as dreaded the thought of coming back as it got darker. Did not feel safe to stay there so my company made the decision to move me to a hotel. Contacted the host - they were very unhelpful. I would 100% not recommend this property particularly for solo travellers. I really wish I knew what the exterior was before booking as I would never have booked it. Please save your money and safety and do not stay here

• asdrago (10/5): Comfy stay in Camden Town - Great location, comfy apartment and very clean. I don't understand all the other reviews, if you have travelled in England this is one of the cleanest places! The entrance is downstairs, but this was clear when I made my reservation and caused no issue

• Mareva (8/5): - La literie de bonne qualité, les ventilateurs, le mobilier fonctionnel, l'emplacement central, la réactivité et la gentillesse de l'hôte. Logement confortable malgré sa petite superficie. Le quartier est animé mais l'appartement est assez calme (pas vraiment de nuisance sonore) L'appartement est en sous-sol et il n'y a pas d'autre fenêtre que la porte vitrée de l'entrée: c'est surprenant et ça mériterait d'être signalé dans l'annonce. Mais passé l'effet de surprise, cela ne nous a pas dérangé et manifestement, c'est très courant à Londres.

• Leanne (4/5): Disappointing - Location Basement flat, was not expecting this as the photos show a window in the living room, probably wouldn’t have booked if we knew it was a basement before hand.
• Richard (8/5): comfortable, convenient, great location - Camden Town is a great place to visit. I wish I'd had more time to explore. This was a basement flat, so there was no outlook. That did not really bother me because I just needed a place to crash. Being below street level was actually an advantage because it received none of the noise from the nearby pub.

• Terence (8/5): Very good - Location was great for me, close to where I was working and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and close to the tube . The apartment was clean and warm with good kitchen facilities comfy lounge and bedroom. The host communicated well with me and were helpful with a late change of dates, Thank you. The shower cubicle is small, so hard to move around but the water pressure is great and plenty of hot water. The apartment is next to a piano bar even though its in a basement so is the piano bar so at night you can hear the music and the audience, it did stop around 11 so for me not a problem for sleeping as I'm up late but could be a problem. Stairs are a bit steep and tight from the street with a suitcase.
• Phipps (9/5): Lovely little apartment, would very much recommend - Spotless clean property and very close to all amenities. Very good price. Also the office is over the road and staff were extremely helpful on the phone ( couldn’t find the property) Everything was great but both my friends struggled a little with the steps leading down to the property, they both have mobility issues but they managed anyway, we hardly spent any time there other than to sleep so they weren’t used that much.
• Sofia (1/5): Bad - The apartment was full of cockroaches. We discovered this the first night and the host didn't even bother to come and help us kill them, or at least check the situation. The next day they did the disinfestation but, still, this created a lot of discomfort for us.

• Martina (8/5): Very good - Super close to camden Market. Restaurants an transport few minutes away. Seemless from booking to entry . Good value . Lovely staff. Comfortable bed . Basement very quiet . Couldn't hear the road or anything when inside Great kitchen an all you would need in it . Would recommend it . No teaspoons . Could have had a few tea bags coffee / milk satchets etc for cuppa on arrival . Loved rugs but bit of a trip hazard by the door . Could hear walking above from 8 am . But not a deal breaker . Slightly more bijoux than on pics . Wouldnt say luxury but nice .
