• clarisse (8/5): - L'emplacement est top, tout près du centre historique. On peut se déplacer à pieds très facilement. Une station de bus est sinon à proximité. Il Environnement calme. Petit frigo dans la chambre et le plateau d'accueil avec bouilloire et cafetière sont appréciables. Le très grand lit réduit considérablement l'espace de la chambre. Ensemble propre, mais la poussière s'était invitée sous le lit 😉 ! Un seul fauteuil pour 2.

• Jorge (3/5): Un espanto - Nada, entre otras cosas, no me avisaron que no era un hotel si no una habitación para mochileros y yo con 70 años no había estado nunca tan sumamente incómoda. La habitación estaba en un tercer piso sin ascensor, la escalera tenía unos escalones diminutivos en donde no te cabía el pie y tenías que subir y bajar de lado (eso sí, nos hemos puesto en forma), no tenía unos escalones diminutivos armario en dónde dejar la ropa y el baño era pequeñísimo, incomodisimo y sucio, en fin un espanto, ni volveré ni lo recomendaré. Por supuesto del personal no puedo decir nada, porque no vimos a nadie en los cuatro días de estancia, en los que por supuesto ni limpiaron la habitación ni hicieron la cama.. terrible

• Sarah (8/5): - Friendly cleaners and hosts who replied to all messages. Easy to get in and out. Coffee/tea facilities.. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Ceiling fan. Plugs near the beds, and enough of them. Good wifi. Smart TV (easy screencasting). Lovely location. Comfy bed. Clean and nice quality bedding/towels. Felt a bit warm, even in April, but the ceiling fan solved that. Very small room with only some hanging space. Bit dark in the hall where you open the lock box for the room key (had to use my phone torch to see the numbers The bathroom was a bit tired (clean and small, but basic). But for us, the lack of soundproofing was the only real negative, even though the hosts leave earplugs on the beds (and I think noise is mentioned in the description). You hear everyone coming in or out of the building; also people talking, walking and showering in adjacent rooms, so best for sound sleepers. Other than that, a good deal in central Bruges and happy to have stayed there.

• Martina (10/5): Amazing! - La realidad es que la habitación es muy cómoda de tamaño para lo que son las habitaciones en Europa. Sí claro hay que subir escaleras pero donde no?. Cada vez que necesite algo romy and travis no dudaron en ayudarme si bien nunca los vi fue como si lo hubiera hecho. La habitación tiene vistas increíbles a una hermosa iglesia en el frente, muy cerca de todo caminando jamás tome Uber ni taxi . La verdad no tengo nada malo para decir, me entregaron l habitación incluso antes sabiendo que estaba cansada de tan largo viaje. Para mí valió todo la pena. Gracias chicos! Quizás faltaría más limpieza.
• Abigail (7/5): Simple base for a short stay in Bruges, great location but don’t expect luxury! - Wonderful location, close to the heart of Bruges but in a quieter area with lovely views of the church. Set in a really nice old building. The entrance and small room felt a little run down, but it was what I expected for the price and a great place to explore Bruges from.

• Karlijn (8/5): Heerlijke kamer op een perfecte locatie - Het is een prachtige kamer op een perfecte locatie. Bed lag heerlijk en alles was goed schoon! Ook ontvang je veel leuke tips en informatie! Het was een beetje gehorig en de wc was een beetje krap. Maar je ontving bij aankomst oordoppen.

• Buse (5/5): Beklentisiz gelirseniz hayal kırıklığı olmaz :) - Şehir merkezine 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesinde.Bu çok güzel.Sessiz, sakin bir konumda. 1-Konaklama yaparken oda temizliği mevcut değil. 2-Oda biraz tozlu ve tavanda/duvarda ölmüş sivrisinek kalıntıları var. 3-Odaya ilk girişte bizi arı ve çok fazla sayıda sivrisinek karşıladı.Bu sebepten ötürü marketten bir böcek ilacı almak zorunda kaldık.Camlarda sineklik yok.Bu yüzden çok fazla sayıda sivrisinek var. 4-Tuvalet küçücük, kapıyı kapatamıyorsunuz.Kapıyı kapatsanız sığmıyorsunuz :) Sanırım her odanın tuvaleti birbirinden farklı. 5- Odada kötü bir koku mevcut.Yatak başındaki deri kumaş mı yoksa başka bir şey mi kokuyor anlamadık ama çok rahatsız ediyor. 6-Resepsiyon yok.Konaklama boyunca tek bir kişi ile karşılaşmadık.Bir problem olduğunda hızlı çözüm sağlanacağını düşünmüyoruz. 7-Asansör yok, valizlerinizi daracık, dik bir merdivenden taşımak zorundasınız.

• Maria Teresa (10/5): Ótimo lugar para ficar e apreciar Bruges - Facilidade no check-in e check-out. Fácil comunicação com os responsáveis. Quarto confortável e muito limpo, com frigobar, situado num prédio antigo e muito charmoso. Com certeza retornaria.
• Maura (7/5): - Posizione comoda per visitare Bruges, un po' di strada a piedi ma a noi piace camminare. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato due birre, cialde per il caffè, tisane, bottigliette d'acqua. Il letto è molto comodo e la stanza è arredata con gusto. Pulizia non impeccabile (polvere soprattutto sui muri) e soprattutto pochissimi punti di appoggio, in particolare in bagno dove era impossibile tenere a portata di mano le cose da usare quotidianamente.

• Jessica (6/5): Comfortable short stay in a quiet location. - Nice quiet location, but still a walkable distance to centre of Bruges. No radiator in the bathroom meant it was freezing cold. Coffee machine didn’t work and property wasn’t as clean as we would have liked.

• Paoline (4/5): Très décevant et très limite niveau propreté et vétusté. - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, situé dans une rue calme, facile d’accès, à 10 min à pied du centre. La télé à disposition dans la chambre est appréciable, lit et oreillers confortables. Isolation thermique et phonique déplorables et catastrophiques. Il y a de la condensation dans la salle de bain, des traces de moisissures sur les murs et de l’eau qui coule depuis la fenêtre. Impossible de faire sécher les serviettes et les vêtements sentent du coup l’humidité ! On entend les voisins discuter (et plus…) depuis la chambre. L’isolation des murs est plus fine qu’une simple feuille de papier. Propreté générale de la chambre laisse clairement à désirer.

• Donna (9/5): We loved our stay and Bruges is beautiful. If I stayed again it would be at the corner house as it’s nearer to the centr - The room had everything needed for our stay. Parking was a plus for us. It was just a little bit far from the centre for me. But doable at a slow pace.

• Laura (9/5): Great location and space for a couples trip. - The location was great, the room was comfortable and warm. I loved that they gave us beer, water and coffee capsules. The only thing is that would have liked the room to be a bit bigger and a clearer place to leave the luggage before check in/ after check out. The area under the stairs was not available. There was a bit of dust over the kettle and coffee maker too.

• Pilar (7/5): Sitio acogedor y excelente ubicación. - Desde que llegamos todo fueron facilidades. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la cafetera y nos lo solucionaron al momento. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer el casco histórico de la ciudad. Otra cosa a resaltar es el agua de la ducha. Agua muy caliente y con fuerza. A la entrada en la habitación olía un poco a cerrado. Olor a cañerías que desapareció a las pocas horas.

• ENDRE (5/5): - The location was great. The host was courteous although communication is through the app only, even if the fire alarm goes off.... The walls are paper thin, one can hear even minor noises in the hallway and especially in the adjacent rooms. It was way overpriced however that may have been because of another big event being in town during our stay....

• Carlota (6/5): Bien - La cama era muy cómoda, te dejaban un par de aguas, cerveza y chocolatinas y tenía cafetera y plancha para la ropa. La ventana de la habitación daba a una iglesia y las vistas al despertarse eran preciosa, estábamos en un barrio muy tranquilo y a unos 10 minutos caminando de la plaza central. La comunicación con los chicos fue muy buena y muy atentos en todo momento. Habitación muy pequeña y había mucha humedad, sino cerrabas la puerta del baño olía mucho a cañerías en la habitación y el olor era molesto. A pesar de ir a finales de septiembre hacía mucha calor en la habitación pero tenían dos ventiladores para solventarlo.

• Emiliano (10/5): Really good stay in Bruges - We had a wonderful stay in Bruges! The check-in process was smooth and very well organized, all the details provided beforehand were super clear, which made our arrival stress free. We had ordered the breakfast box in advance via email, and it was delivered in the morning right to our hotel room door. It was nicely prepared and fresh. The cleaning was excellent. Everything was spotless and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended for anyone visiting Bruges!

• HeatherMc99 (9/5): Great base for a holiday. - Just big enough to store your stuff and be a base for a holiday. Nice and cozy and close to the Markt without being overrun with tourists Lots of flies and mosquitos but likely due to it being summer. Wasn't clear that there was a fridge in the room so we didn't find it till the morning we were leaving - so a wee list of what's available in the room would have been great. They also seem to host a class in the afternoon where there was lots of loud banging sounds but wasn't too bad as only lasted a short while.

• Marine (6/5): Assez bon rapport qualité / prix mais des services essentiels à améliorer. - L’emplacement , quartier calme et sécurisé, proche du centre. Décoration de la chambre. La chambre était poussiéreuse lors de notre arrivée et les toilettes pas vraiment propres, l’évier bouché les 3 premiers jours. Peu de papier toilette à disposition pour un séjour relativement long et pas de réassort de gel douche. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas. Il n’y a pas d’interlocuteur à l’accueil.

• Sauër (8/5): Erg tevreden. - Locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van de mooie binnenstad, maar er net buiten. Het verblijf was cozy en zag er goed uit. Erg geschikt voor een lekkere overnachting, maar een beetje krap om te verblijven gedurende dag, gelukkig maakte dat voor ons niets uit, want we waren toch de hele dag in de stad. We hebben de verhuurders niet gezien, maar wel contact gehad via de app en daar waren ze heel aardig en gaven goede tips voor ons bezoek als we daar om vroegen. De badkamer had niet hele goede ventilatie en het rook dan ook een beetje muffig.

• Deryn (10/5): Comfortable, clean and great location. - Great location, big comfy bed with clean bedding, room had everything needed. It was quite warm during our stay so the two big windows and ceiling fan were wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. The shower was quite small and the doors didn't seal properly so the floor got a bit wet, but this didn't detract from the wonderful stay we had and how nice the room was.
• Alicia (8/5): Cozy room next to center - It's a nice and cozy room, well located next to the old town center. The fan on the roof helped to sleep in the hot nights. The team was lovely and helpful, creating a chat for me (Google directed me to the wrong place) making sure I would reach the right place. The walls are a bit thin... so you can hear your neighbors. Luckily, earplugs were provided.
