L'équipe est réactive et a fait de son mieux Nous venons de la Suisse et connaissons le froid. Alors qu'en Espagne les climatiseurs sont réversible, après avoir payé et reçu l'information qu'en cas d'annulation on perdait la moitié de la somme, nous avons reçu un message nous informant si nous avons bien lu qu'il n'a pas de chauffage mais des petits radiateurs d'appoint. Sauf que l'hiver a été froid a Malaga et quand nous allumions les deux petits radiateurs pour 1 seule chambre et le salon cuisine, tout sautait. Le matin les téléphones n'avaient pas chargé, nous n'avons jamais eu aussi froid que ce séjour là, je suis tombée malade car il a fallu 4 jour pour obtenir 18 degrés dans l'appartement. Très important a signaler car, je pense que par grosses chaleurs, le problème est identique. C'est dommage car l'appartement est super. J'oublias, après avoir téléphoné plusieurs fois pour n'avoir pas de chaines, le troisième jour nous avons constaté que aucune des télécommandes n'avait de piles :-((( moi qui apprends l'espagnol.

Bij aankomt kun je je bagage op hun kantoor achterlaten en je wordt ontvangen met een drankje. De dames van het kantoor zijn heel vriendelijk en hebben ons goed geholpen!

• Margaret (9/5): Stunning apartment - Really beautiful apartment, perfectly located, and very tastefully done. It is on a busy square so it did get noisy with the windows open, however it was so nice I would definitely stay here again. We had asked for an early check in, and had been in touch with REMS all day, no effort was made to assist, as they only let us in after 18h00, an hour after we were legally allowed in.

• Dimitar (9/5): Superb - Very good and convenient location, high floor and good windows, which reduces significantly the usual Málaga noise. Everything inside was new and clean. The staff was very helpful and responsive, they even came and helped us get in in the middle of the night, because the electronic locks had an issue. On that note, make sure you take the time to collect real keys upon check in, just in case.
• Alison (8/5): Good location,comfortable and value for money - Brilliant location - near centre, lots going on; excellent supermarket just a stone's throw away and open till 9pm Our visit was in January and the weather was cold. The heating system produced hot air above head height which is inefficient and difficult to get ambient temp right. No guides/instructions on how all the electricals - washer/cooker/heating/hob work
