- Joanne (5/5): Premium price - Average experience - The location is the only positive. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but our experience here was genuinely disappointing. Check in was stated as 4pm, which is fine, however I politely asked in advance if it might be possible to access the apartment earlier. I was told we could go in as soon as the cleaners had finished after the 11am checkout. That didn’t happen. We were left waiting outside the building for hours, only to be told it was ready at exactly 4pm. What made this particularly frustrating is that the cleaning team had clearly finished well before then, they left the building before 2pm. It felt less like a logistical issue and more like a deliberate decision to make us wait, which set a poor tone from the start. For the price, €385 for one night, the overall experience didn’t match expectations. There wasn’t even a basic welcome touch like bottled water, the towels provided were small and low quality rather than proper bath towels, and we were only given one pillow each, which isn’t what you’d expect at this price point. Unfortunately, due to the service and overall experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again or recommend to anyone else. The REMS office team came across as mean girls on a power trip. Truly disappointing.

Communication from before we arrived throughout our stay was superb, the property itself was spacious and clean with all amenities available there was nothing additional we required would definitely recommend this apartment and book again.
