• yasmin (5/5): Run down apt in an awesome location - The location is GREAT. The size and floor plan were good and the place was clean. It is run down and due for repairs. Cabinets and doors didn’t work properly. Furniture is old and run down. The worst part is that the second floor toilet was broke. I had to use buckets of water to discharge it.

• Rachael (3/5): - Location Shower pressure poor in lower bathroom and shower temp was poor. Appt looked more tired and dated in real life compared to pictures . Furniture needs updating in appt and on terrace. Need more comfy seating in living room. Just 1 sofa and 2 upright wicker chairs. After a long day walking in Rome there should be better seating for all guests. Damp stains on walls. wifi very very poor. Lift hit and miss 6 fights to climb!

• Anna (10/5): Lovely apartment in perfect location and staff was exceptional with all requests made. - Location was excellent. The apartment was clean and lovely. We really loved having upstairs terrace access. No issues except some problem getting enough hot water to downstairs bathroom.
• Marlies (4/5): Leider nicht so gut , wie erwartet. - Die Spülmaschine konnte nicht benutzt werden - sie war eingepackt. Der Wasserkocher hat nicht funktioniert. Eine Dusche hat nicht funktioniert ( Wasserdruck )und zusätzlich oft kaltes Wasser . Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war nicht zufriedenstellend.
• Daniela Pecc. (7/5): Bella Trastevere - La posizione,la possibilità di avere due bagni,cucinotto piccolo ma ben attrezzato ( caffè,the,zucchero,sale,olio..) e la terrazza. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo lavoro di manutenzione ( rubinetti bagno,terrazza) ed ha un divano letto poco stabile per persone adulte .

• Catalina (4/5): Servizio pessimo, senza acqua calda, lo scarico del bagno non funzionante, bollitore rotto - Location e basta. Il bollitore era rotto, non funzionava, il bagno non c'era lo scarico operativo, uno schifo, non c'era Aqua calda in nessuno dei due bagni , ho chiamato e mi hanno detto che non potevano sistemare ne portami un bollitore al primo giorno ne sistemare il bagno. Ho dovuto aspettare al secondo giorno il intervento. Il letto in sala uno schifo, duro come pietra e senza una luce piccola . La verità per il prezio mai più.
• Sherri (4/5): Dissappointing. - The location was great. Lot's of shops and restaurants within walking distance. On a positive note, the location was great and beds were more comfortable than we expected. Downside: The place really needed a sprucing up. It looked like it had not been painted in years. For the price, and by the pictures shown in the listing, we expected more. In addition, the water pressure and water temperature were a challenge. If you wanted warm/hot water (when showering), you could have that, but with very little water pressure. As the temperature was adjusted to cold, the pressure improved. You couldn't have a warm shower with decent water pressure in either of the bathrooms. It was a warm night, and we tried using the a/c with almost no improvement in the temperature of the room. Even running it all night and with the door closed (and bathroom door closed too), it didn't help. Very disappointed in this place. Would not stay here again.
• Andrew (6/5): Disappointing. Great location but the property doesn’t match. - The location is great. All the major Roman sites are walkable and Trastevere is a lovely place for food in the evening, a great vibe Property has a nice terrace to listen to the city. No hot water for the best part of 2 days, WiFi not working at the start of our stay, still waiting for a replacement kettle that we reported at the start of our stay. Awkward layout, but that’s Rome I guess. Decor needs updating at this price point.

• sara (6/5): - Soverommet i øverste etasje var helt ok, badet i øverste etasje svært slitent. Ikke mulig å ta en ordentlig dusj der da ingen dusjvegg/forheng. Veldig lite varmtvann i leiligheten, ikke nok slik at alle fikk varmtvann i dusjen (vi var 4 voksne). Ellers super beliggenhet og fin takterasse. Soverom og bad i hovedetasje var fint.

• Gina (10/5): Fabuloso - El departamento es hermoso y súper funcional. Está equipado con absolutamente todo, lavavajillas, lavarropas, vajilla completa, cafetera, ollas, microondas, pava eléctrica, freezer. La terraza preciosa. Fue muy simple encontrarlo y entrar, está todo súper bien explicado. La ubicación es espectacular, a una cuadra te tomas cole o tren y en menos de 10 minutos estás en el centro histórico. Son súper atentos y están pendientes a lo que necesites. Volveríamos sin dudarlo, nos hubiera gustado estar más días! Súper recomendado.

• Madeleinemk (6/5): Great location, disappointing accomodation - Unfortunately the photos appeared to have been taken quite some time ago. The apartment did not have the sophisticated modern vibe indicated. It's was very tired; the sofa needs replacing and the plumbing in the 1st floor bathroom needs updating. The toilet flush was very tricky and the bath had a hand shower with no screen. While one can understand compromises in an traditional building, due to the structural age, there are things that could be done to make guests feel welcome, eg, replace/mend broken furniture on the terrace, more comfortable furniture in the lounge etc. The apartment is 6 flights of stairs up on the third floor and the lift only goes to the second. After the first day, the lift stopped working, or we lost the knack. When it seemed to work again, it had a mind of its own. We had to drag our cases all the way down on our last morning. We've stayed in a number of places with booking.com and this was by far the most disappointing. Fortunately the area of Trastevere is a great one to stay in. Another plus was the taxi organised by the accommodation to take us back to the airport whuch was on time and efficient although my attempts to confirm the booking during our stay were ignored. This experience will make me very wary of taking at face value information provided by booking.com in future. We we were a party of 4 adults, all experienced travellers

• Christina (6/5): Fine - Location was good, hosts responses very quickly! The beds were very uncomfortable. The upstairs bedroom was very cold and the upstairs bathroom was very dated. The shower was useless and the water did not stay hot at all.
