• Elena (9/5): Perfecta ubicación - La ubicación es perfecta, con toda la restauración que ofrece Palermo Soho. Agustin estaba esperándonos y fue muy hospitalario. Lo único que diría es que hay mucho ruido de la calle. Nosotros dormimos con tapones.

• Mia Zanetti (9/5): Hospedagem perfeita em Palermo Soho! - A localização é perfeita, tem tudo próximo (mercado/farmácia/restaurantes) e o apartamento estava muito limpo, com tudo o que precisamos. O anfitrião nos encontrou para entregar as chaves e foi muito atencioso por todo o período da nossa estadia, inclusive dando dicas de locais e passeios. Achamos a ducha do chuveiro um pouco fraca e também faltou um exaustor no banheiro que não tem janela.

Barulho SEVERO pois fica ao lado de uma grande avenida e as portas e janelas NÃO tem BLOQUEIO SONORO , e além disso no andar existe moradores que criam cachorros que perturbam bastante até tarde da noite. As camas são muitos pequenas e as roupas de cama de qualidade que deixa a desejar.

There’s a grocery store right across the street, and other markets very close as well. Everything we needed including a nice sun area on roof with small pool. And a great shower! All amenities, well stocked. Super comfortable. Nice little balcony that provided a gorgeous sunset sky. Augustin our host was wonderful. Met us there on arrival. Gave us great recommendations for places to eat out. All spot on! Always responded to my messages quickly. La vista su Buenos Aires dalla terrazza è semplicemente spettacolare, perfetta per godersi tramonti da sogno. L’host, Agustin, è stato sempre disponibile e gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta e a consigliare ottimi posti dove mangiare. Direi tutto top! Sicuramente tornerò e lo consiglio vivamente. Het appartement is fijn, goed uitgerust en is van alles voorzien, en dan ook nog eens op een goede locatie! Het is erg gehorig dus wij sliepen elke dag met oordoppen. Iets om rekening mee te houden.

O Agustín é um anfitrião sensacional, muito atencioso e prestativo, disposto a ajudar na resolução de qualquer problema, além de ter indicações espetaculares sobre restaurantes e bares. A localização do prédio é maravilhosa, perto de mercados, cafeterias, restaurantes, lojas e parques. Dá pra visitar tudo a pé. Foi tudo maravilhoso. Como o prédio fica quase na esquina com uma avenida um pouco mais movimentada (Avenida Raúl Scalabrini Ortiz), pode ser que o som dos carros incomode alguém, mas o barulho é totalmente suportável, não nos atrapalhou em nada, principalmente mantendo a porta da varanda fechada.

• Melissa (9/5): Loved the place just wish we could pay by card - The check in was easy! The host met us at the front and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was spotless and so well decorated. The host was so kind with lots of recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the area. My favorite part was the area the apartment is in! It’s right by so many cute cafes, restaurants and shops. It felt so safe even at night. You have to pay in cash with no option for credit or debit card. He accepts both Argentinian pesos and USD, but as we have been traveling for about a month we did not have enough cash left. He also takes the blue dollar Argentinian rate so if you get money out of an ATM the place will be much more expensive (you have to go to western union). He also charges the VAT fee so it was another $30 in addition to the booking cost.
• Laura (9/5): Superb - Our host was awesome. Very welcoming. He gave us excellent dinner recommendations and was easy to communicate with. The place was incredibly clean and well stocked with toiletries. Palmero neighborhood was super fun to walk around and visit cafés and shops. We had to pay in cash, which we were not aware of until a couple days before our stay, and since we had already been travelling around in Argentina for a few weeks it became a hassle to try and get more money.
• Anahi (10/5): It was a great find in the heart of Palermo! - A very nice and cozy apartment in a great location. The owner Agustin, waited for us to handle the keys and gave a tour of the apartment amenities and gifted us with a nice bottle of wine. Also, gave us hints about neighborhood places to go. The Palermo SoHo neighborhood where the apartment is located is central and trendy. The building is in a very good condition and front door security is very good as well. We will certainly will go back. Fortunately nothing to report on this respect
• Alexis (10/5): Nice stay in Soho Palermo. - The location is very close by a lot of restaurants, so that was a +. everything was clean, our host was always very helpful. We loved the property. To be honest everything was perfect in the property, probably the street noise was the only little issue. But very bearable.
