• Fabrizio (9/5): - Ho dato 9 al posto di 10 solo perché (a mio avviso) mancano alcune cose, perché per il resto questo appartamento è più che perfetto. Spazioso, pulito, grande, nuovo, ben equipaggiato.. Insomma, ha tutto! Le uniche cose che mancano sono poche, ( e a mio parere non hanno dato problemi perché avevamo tutto noi). Ad esempio, potrebbe servire un piccolo asciugacapelli (che ci è stato comunque fornito da James 2 minuti dopo avergli scritto il messaggio, molto gentile), ed uno shampoo/sapone in bagno.. Una cosa che non capisco invecd, è che su booking c'è scritto "angolo cottura", ma di fornelli non ce ne sono. Ad ogni modo, James il proprietario ci ha chiesto se ne avevamo bisogno, ma noi avevamo il nostro fornello portatile e quindi zero problemi. James è stato molto gentile e disponibile e quando siamo arrivati era a casa e ci ha guidati lui per il checkin. Prezzo perfetto, dati i servizi offerti e la zona. Lo consiglio!🔝🔝
• Natalie (10/5): - Das Zimmer war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wenn wir mal etwas brauchten, wurde uns in Minuten schnelle geholfen. Das Zimmer war wahnsinnig gemütlich und hatte alles was man sich wünscht.
• Greg (7/5): Good Enough - - safe area with street parking - clean/new - great shower - full fridge - lots of natural light for basement - there isn’t a way to control the temp and upstairs was running ac so we were very cold (in August) - bed is hard and the sheet/duvet was folded in half across the middle so we had to make the bed in order to sleep - no spare blanket and limited towels - there wasn’t any sort of flat surface for eating/working unless requested but the living room was large enough that it would make more sense to only have 1 couch and then put a small table and chairs in as well - the lock on the door caused us a lot of trouble during our stay. The host was onsite and able to let us in and fix it on our arrival but it could have caused a lot of trouble and we weren’t able to lock it on our way out. - although it’s nice to actually have the option to run your water hotter (lots of places have the hot water maxed out at a lower temperature), the hot water here gets to scalding very quickly and could be dangerous. - normally we just drink tap water if we’re in Alberta but this water tasted very chlorinated so we had to go out and buy drinking water.
• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - The place was clean and I was provided with everything that I needed. It was also very quiet, I did not hear the owners upstairs. Google maps took me to a different house. Luckily the owner answered my message quickly to redirect me down the street.

• Trudy (7/5): Not as good as neighboring property - Good size and comfortable furniture. Easy check in. Quick response when messaging property. The chair in the bedroom is in the way. There is no room to get around the end of the bed; bruised shins, and legs. The sofa in front of the entrance makes it difficult to bring your things in. We did not get any face cloths and only one hand towel. We had to message the property for the access code when previously we were told we'd receive it on the morning of our booking.

• Christina (9/5): Would definitly stay here again. - I think there needs to be a better description of layout of house. We were told that the entrance was on the left side of the house and keys could be found on a post for the verandah. However, we saw nothing on the left side & thought maybe we had the wrong house. Just to be sure though hubby called the number we had been given & the owner came out and showed us where to go at the back of the house. Once we settled in we noticed that there was only one set of towels but that was quickly remedied when we let the owner know. The sitting room furniture, althougjh lovely was very uncomfortable. However the bed was super comfy & we slept well.

• Amanda (10/5): Excellent Private Suite - Great communication from host about everything. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was well stocked with small appliances, dishes and cutlery. On-street parking nearby and private access is clearly marked. Would absolutely stay again.

• Tracey (8/5): I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others! - Clean, spacious, high end finishes in the bathroom with a wonderful shower. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was perfect for simple dining. I found the air conditioning too cold for a basement, at times I was shivering even with extra layers of clothes. I would have preferred a top sheet on the bed between me and the comforter.

It was spacious and the temperature was comfortable The main door going into the unit was a patio sliding door. The parking was probably the worst thing about this unit. I guess if you had a small car it would be better.

• Liz (10/5): It has everything I needed and expected. - Location was great for me however you would definitely need a car to get there, get groceries, food etc. it’s a really nice residential area and feels very safe if you were a solo traveller.
• Helen (10/5): I highly recommend this property and give it a ten out of ten. - The accommodation was easy to find as was the lockbox. The apartment was spotless, the bed amazing and soo comfortable. I was only there overnight arriving around 10 p.m. and leaving 12 hours later. This accommodation would be suitable for a longer stay - great kitchen facilities, ironing board and iron, large TV, comfortable seating in living room. This was a great place to stay at a very reasonable cost. If I'd been staying longer might have enjoyed one or two table lamps in the living room. Not a major issue.

• Matthew (10/5): I was travelling for a bike race this was a perfect place to stay - Location was great. The neighbourhood was very quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean and in great condition. The shower was great. The kitchen had a small induction hot plate for cooking. There was a microwave and good size fridge all very clean. Close to many different fast food chains and restaurant options as well as a shoppers and save on foods close by.

• Alex (10/5): Exceptional - It was such a lovely place to stay. Really clean and comfy. Hosts were really communicative and thoughtful. One morning we woke up to snow and they had cleared all the snow from the entrance for us. Amazing!!! Nothing we didn't like!
