We loved to have grocery stores and an Indian restaurant nearby. We stayed in the most basic room which had all we needed. We loved that there is a laundry room, a gym and a common area to cook and have dinner. The kitchen had only two small pans. It seems that people are keeping extra pans in their rooms or are stealing them. Maybe another system would be useful.

The Room: The most significant issue was the bathroom. The sliding toilet door was completely jammed and non-functional. Because it couldn't close, there was zero privacy; whenever my partner or I needed to use the facilities, the other person literally had to leave the entire hotel room. This is a basic fundamental of a hotel stay that was not met. Restaurant Service & Staff: Behavior: The service was deeply unsettling. The staff member on duty (a bearded gentleman) was incredibly rude and made me feel unwelcome. Most concerning were the subtle racist undertones in his behavior, specifically making disparaging comments about my accent. It is 2026; guests should be treated with basic respect regardless of where they are from. Dining time: The advertised information is misleading. Although the restaurant is listed as open until 00:00 on Fridays, I was denied food shortly after 10:00 PM. The staff member claimed he needed to clean the kitchen and refused to serve me. While I understand kitchen maintenance is necessary, the posted hours should reflect when service actually ends so guests can plan accordingly. The only saving grace is the location. It is easily accessible by train and situated fairly close to the main station, which makes commuting easy. Also, the apartment was clean.

Man ist nur mit einem Code ins Gebäude, in die Stockwerke und Zimmer gekommen. WLAN Schlüssel war am Empfang. Dumm nur, wenn man in der CH kein Internet hat und Internet benötigt um ins Gebäude zu kommen. Kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle war vorhanden, aber kein Geschirr bzz. Besteck. Kaffeeautomat und Wasserkocher waren vorhanden, aber weder Tee noch Kaffee. Da es aber sowieso keine Tassen gab, auch nicht in der Gemeinschaftsküche, ist das sowieso obsolet. Sollte man einmal im falschen Stockwerk aus dem Lift steigen und eine Etage im Treppenhaus gehen, steht man vor verschlossener Tür, die sich nicht öffnen lässt. Ausnahme ist das Stockwerk mit dem Zimmer.

Das Gebäude liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof und kann daher recht laut sein. Mich persönlich stört das jedoch nicht.

Der Anmeldevorgang ist umständlich und unbefriedigend, und die Parkplatzsituation ist trotz wiederholter Kontaktversuche frustrierend. Ich habe bezahlt, konnte aber nicht auf den Parkplatz gelangen.

Patrick (9/5): Tolles Ambiente mit Luft nachleben in Bezug auf Reinlichkeit - Das moderne Design, eine gute Location in der 7. Etage wo man gemütlich zusammen sitzen und auch mal ein Frühstück, oder auch Mittag oder Abendessen zu sich nehmen kann. Nette Bedienung die einem auch bei Fragen weiter hilft. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Leider waren Teppich und Boden nicht ganz sauber, es war sehr sandig. Es lagen noch Haare vom Vormieter auf dem Boden und im Bad. Im Bad, welches sehr schwarz gehalten ist, was ich optisch schön finde, gibt es einige Stockflecken. Also durch die Feuchtigkeit etwas Schimmel. Auch sehr viele mittlerweile braune Kalkrückstände, was leider unschön ist und wo durch warmes duschen auch Sporen von Schimmel eingeatmet werden können.

Serhii (1/5): - Красивый интерьер комнаты Не рекомендую выбирать данные апартаменты в етом районе ни ети ни какие другии, так как в районе действуют мошенники евакуаторщики. Лично я столкнулся с ситуацией, я приехал и поставил авто на парковку апартаментов и пошол на рецепшен для регистрации, по возвращению через 15 мин моего авто не было на месте. Я пытался узнавать у других людей или они что-то видели, на что они мне указали что моё авто забрал евакуатор и он стоит за углом. В ходе вияснений у водителя евакуатора, почему он забрал мой автомобиль, он сказал что получил лишь распоряжение от своего начальника. На вопрос куда он дел мой автомобиль он отказался отвечать. Лишь после того как я заплачу ему 670 франков он отвезёт меня к машине. Так как кошелёк был в машине, под залог телефона он согласился поехать к стоянке где он спрятал мой авто, когда мы приехали, я увидел что моя машина стоит в 2 км от точки кражы в обычном дворе. На вопрос почему она не на спец площадке, он отказался сказать. Я понимаю что ето развод и сказал что не буду ему платить. Он вызвал полицию и начал меня обвинять в нападении на него. В итоге длительных переговоров с полицией я заплатил 200 евро, вернул свои вещи и авто. Как выяснилось немного позже, жертвой етих мошенников только в етот вечер стало более 10 человек. Они забирали только те машины которые были не на швейцарских номерах. Некоторых просто запугивали и угрожали полицией Я находился на месте парковки почти до утра и ни одна машина больше не была украдена за 4 часа. Полиция по факту мошенничества ничем не можем помочь.
Elvira (3/5): - Das Bett war sehr klein, aber bequem. Decke hab es nur eine. Die Kommunikation lief auf Englisch, obwohl ich im deutschsprachigen Raum unterwegs war. Das Zimmer ist vom Anbieter bei einem anderen Anbieter angemietet, das wird nirgends erwähnt, man steht vor der Unterkunft und diese heißt ganz anders. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, liegt direkt an einer Bahntrasse, die sehr laut ist. Die Start und Landebahn des Flughafens ist direkt über dem Gebäude. Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster das man öffnen kann. Es gab einen Teller, eine Gabel, zwei Tassen. Eine Küchenaustattung würde ich das nicht nennen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit das Geschirr abzuwaschen. Das Waschbecken ist so klein, dass es schwierig ist, sich dort die Zähne zu putzen. Das Zimmer war nur mäßig sauber. Insgesamt war das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ziemlich schlecht.
Stephanie (9/5): - Tolle Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung und zentraler Lage! Die Zimmer waren sehr gut isoliert, sodass man kaum Lärm vom Gang gehört hat und es gab eine solide Küchenausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Die Betten waren außerdem sehr gemütlich. Wir können Visionapartments weiter empfehlen!
Arber (3/5): Not worth it, at all. Misleading. - Got offered some discount on my parking spot. Which was overpriced anyhow. Suffocating room. Very late check-in and not a smooth process at all. A lot of missinformation provided which made the whole experience tiring. Missing shampoo in the room. A microwave that serves for nothing. Cutlery that cannot be used for anything. Receptionist not professional.. It gave me the feeling this is not a hotel nor an apartment, but charges you for a mixed experience of both but none of it lives up to expectations. Location is horrible. Very loud trains moving by, and airplane landing and take off could be heard all day all night due to close proximity with airport. Avoid.

Annonce précise kitchenette… mais là c’est juste pour augmenter le prix et dire qu’il y en a une … juste un frigo, micro-ondes pour cuisiner… Parking noté comme inclus dans l’annonce mais au moment d’arriver: 25.-/ jour à payer en plus. À ce prix là on a meilleur temps de loger à Zürich directement.

Diletta (8/5): Tutto sommato un bel soggiorno - Struttura molto moderna e pulita con tutto il necessario all’interno delle camere . Posizione top perché si ha accesso diretto alla stazione di Gattburg. La macchina del caffè non funzionava . Non li definirei piccoli appartamenti ma piuttosto camere . Da notare che la pulizia non è assolutamente giornaliera , quindi sarebbe il caso di non sporcare in generale e anche le asciugamani restano le stesse per giorni. Per me non è un gran problema perché sono ordinata e ho avuto tempo di pulire , ma per chi non ha tale possibilità potrebbe essere un problema se il soggiorno dura più giorni. Anche per la spazzatura , bisogna provvedere da soli.

currins (3/5): Decepcionante por el precio pagado. - Nada Llegamoy despues de conseguir que nos facilitasen el codigo de la habitacion, entramos y la habitacion estaba usada con las camas sin hacer y con el baño hecho un desastre. Por otra parte el ambiente de las personas que se alojaban era variopinto, desde personas que llegaban del aeropuerto por su cercania, hasta mujeres de una clasificacion dudosaporque parecia que tenian ese lugar como centro de citas.
