MarkB91 (9/5): Very high quality apartment with amazing views - Excellent apartment, we had number 14, which was located on the top floor, which is the only apartment on this level, very spacious, modern facilities, clean, and amazing view from the balcony, where you can see the slopes, we could even see the fireworks being launched during a special event in all its glory. Receptionists were very friendly and accommodating, we had some issues with parking upon arrival but it was promptly sorted. Breakfast was amazing, very high quality, you could ask the chef to prepare you different styles of eggs to your liking, lots of breakfast options with enough variety for a week-long stay. Sauna facilities were very modern and nice to have; the only small downside is that they're open until 8 PM. It would've been nice if they were open a bit longer. All in all, we had a very good time at this location and an amazing ski holiday. No microwave in the apartment, which would've been nice, especially for us travelling with our (almost) 2 year old daughter. The apartment itself is superb, but the location to the ski lifts is a bit tricky; it's a 15-20 minute walk, which isn't too bad, but it's primarily uphill which can be difficult for some, we always took the car as this was a lot more convinient with our daughter, but keep in mind that you'll have to pay €7 each day for parking in Fiss at the 'Tallstation'. A shuttle service would be a great addition.

Artem (3/5): Disappointing Experience at Fiss Suites by ALPS RESORTS - Our stay at Fiss Suites by ALPS RESORTS was far from what we expected, given the high price and promising advertisements. Unfortunately, several issues made our stay stressful and disappointing: Leak in the Bathroom: Shortly after arriving, we noticed a significant leak in the bathroom, which caused a mess and added unnecessary inconvenience to our trip. Door Blocked from the Inside: The door to one of the rooms became blocked from the inside, leaving us unable to open it. This incident caused a lot of stress, especially as it happened in the evening, and we had to wait for assistance. Non-Functional Sauna: One of the key amenities we were looking forward to—the sauna—was not working on a couple of days. This was particularly disappointing as it was a major selling point of the property. Overall, it felt like the apartment wasn’t ready for guests. The lack of preparation and maintenance gave the impression that the property was rushed into service without ensuring everything was in working order. For the price and expectations set by the listing, these issues were unacceptable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
