• Meik (1/5): Lost in Space - nie wieder, keine Option! - Achtung falsche Leistungsbeschreibung. Lediglich die Lage ist positiv hervorzuheben. Betten sind nicht frisch bezogen und bereits benutzt. Stinken noch Zigarettenrauch. Rollläden - auch im Schlafzimmer - gehen nicht runter. Keine Handtücher. Wohnung war nicht sauber. Terrasse gleicht Ablageraum. Bezug war erst ab 16:30 Uhr möglich, nach mehrfacher Rückfrage und warten vor dem Objekt. Küche fällt auseinander. Ekelige alte Lappen lagen im Schrank. Kein Personal greifbar - nur WhatsApp Kanal. Keine Besserung am während des Aufenthaltes, keine Regulierung auch nicht nach Einschaltung von Booking.com.

• Mammana (3/5): Bella location e struttura, pessimo servizio solo via chat di bassissimo livello. Peccato - La posizione è stupenda l’appartamento signorile e ampio. Silenzioso e vivibile Chi gestisce questa struttura non è presente fisicamente. El momento di difficoltà (siamo rimasti chiusi fuori al ceck in e sono riuscito ad entrare non di certo grazie al gestore). La cucina aveva una lavastoviglie piena di piatti sporchi, i letti senza lenzuola e la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Inoltre ho pagato la tassa di soggiorno due volte e non mi è stata rimborsata.
• Michele (6/5): Cercate un'altro appartamento: questo era (forse) bello molto tempo fa... - L'appartamento gode di una posizione veramente eccezionale: a pochi passi dal Circo Massimo e dal centro città, in un contesto residenziale molto tranquillo e con costruzioni di pregio e piacevoli da vedere. Anche la vista di cui si gode dalla bella terrazza e' meritevole, avvalorata a sua volta dalla posizione dell'appartamento. Anche gli spazi a disposizione erano piu' che sufficienti, forse non per 6 persone come dichiarato, ma sicuramente per 4. A svilire tutti gli aspetti positivi dell'appartamento una serie nutrita di inefficienze e di trascuratezze che non mi ci faranno tornare mai piu': procedura di check-in macchinosa e disponibile solamente tramite messaggistica Whatsapp, senza alcuna possibilità di contatto telefonico. Il link fornito per fare il check-in non funziona: errore 404 (pagina mancante !). Quando vorrete fare il check-in, vi verrà richiesto (sempre e solo tramite Whatsapp) di pagare la tassa di soggiorno tramite bonifico bancario e di inviare copia PRIMA che vi vengano inviate le istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento (sapendolo lo si poteva fare per tempo e non in mezzo alla strada...) L'appartamento ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori: l'arredamento appariscente e vistoso, lascia subito il posto al degrado con cui NON viene mantenuto: tappeti arrotolati in un angolo della stanza, aspirapolvere dimenticato in bella mostra vicino al tavolo da pranzo, armadi delle stanze con le porte bloccate a metà ed inutilizzabili, bagno con una vasca Jacuzzi fatiscente degli anni '80, armadio delle pulizie aperto, con le lenzuola di chi ha soggiornato prima di noi ammassate alla rinfusa, lenzuola contate ed insufficienti (se siamo 2 ospiti, dobbiamo per forza dormire in un letto matrimoniale ? Tra l'altro, nemmeno preparato ?), terrazza priva della copertura ben evidenziata in foto, con bicchieri di plastica usati sparsi negli angoli e posacenere pieni di sigarette altrui. Pulizia INESISTENTE: una vera indecenza. Per non parlare del cancello pedonale, che viene aperto ogni volta da remoto quando suonate il campanello. Ma se la serratura non funziona, com'e' successo a noi, restate fuori di casa, senza i vostri vestiti per ore, fino a che qualcuno non legge il vostro messaggio. E poi, con messaggini, tenta di aiutarvi alla meno peggio. Un appartamento da dimenticare.

• Nicholas (9/5): Great location and great apartment. - I like everything about the property. The location was incredible. Short walk to two different metro stations and bus access. Also was close to various interesting landmarks and restaurants. Would definitely rent there again. Got off to a bad start on arrival. Requested ahead of time if we could early checkin before 3pm even if it was just to drop off bags as we arrived to Rome in morning. Was told that they would try their best but cleaners would go after 10AM. Cleaners only arrived at 3:30 and did not let us even leave bags. Left us sitting outside the building with our bags until after 4pm until l insisted to the management company that checkin time on reservation indicated 3pm. We sat on balcony until cleaning was completed about 5:30. Had l not insisted we would have left outside on street with our bags until then. Other than that it was a great stay and l thoroughly enjoyed the apartment.
• Tom (1/5): Shitful - Position The property was filthy. Sheets were not clean. There were no towels. We asked for them to bring us towels but that did not happen. All plates and utensils were dirty. It is not worth the money we paid for. Do not stay here. Warning you before you book. And they told us if we give them a good rating. They would refund our cleaning fee 😡😡😡😡😡

• Jürgen (10/5): perfect place in a great location - The apartment is amzing! Lots of space, a huge beautiful terrace, and so beautifully decorated with all love for detail. The owner has real taste and she is a very easy goung person.
• Anthony (10/5): I hope I can stay here again. - Home was absolutely amazing, and the value was unmatched from comparable places. The home was almost perfect. Couldn't get the jets to work in the bathtub but not a big deal for us.
• Wayne (5/5): Good location, but we can do better with a more updated apartment in a truly fantastic neighborhood - Location is optimal, decks were nice but no pads for the outdoor furniture and it fact the overhead was falling apart. The apartment is a little beat especially in the kitchen. Not much in terms of pans, cookware for prepare any sort of meals. No power in the kitchen to run the coffee pot. The shower is ancient and if you have any balance issues, be careful getting and out of the shower. Shower hardware is old and needs replacing.
• Ovidiu (1/5): Bad - Location One of the bedrooms was discussing. There was a bad smell inside. We could not use that room. We let the apartment manager know, and he said that will address it with the cleaning crew. No imediat action was taken. We were forced to sleep on the living room couch. The other issue was with the keys. There are three doors to enter the property. The street gate and two more doors. They forgot to leave us the keys for those doors. We had to always call in to get the doors open but many times nobody would answer so we had to call the manager on Whatsup. He would not always answer so we would have to wait on the street for him to answer. Very frustrating experience. This apartment is not managed by a local host. Nobody really to help you if you have any immediate issues. DO NOT recommend this apartment.

• George (8/5): Amazing rooftop apartment with lots of character - The apartment is amazing. Lots of character, lots of space. Quiet area. Great roof terrace. Nice views. Very comfortable beds. Atmospheric lighting. Good comms from the host. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there's no lift... nothing to be done about that and it's the price for having an amazing roof terrace and great views. The second bedroom wasn't made up. We searched for extra bedding and messaged the host. Eventually they told us where the key was to the staff cupboard. The electrics need attention. The aircon in one bedroom wasn't working (the fuse had tripped and wouldn't reset), and the kitchen fuse also tripped when we tried to use the grill.

Great location near Aventino attractions and not far from the metro. Nice villa neighborhood No drinks or snacks at the property, communication with some delays

• Felicity (10/5): Home from home with a Rome twist - Home from home! Large 2 bed apartment. Plenty of space beautiful balcony’s and terrace, cooking facilities, very relaxing! Right next to the Aventine Keyhole, 15 min walk to pyramid and Roman Baths, 15 min walk to coliseum, near a main train station metro and bus routes, perfect location to explore. Great communication from hosts. I recommend this property. Can’t fault it
