• Kay (10/5): Stylish apartment space in groovy Rusafa area! - F-A-B! Fabio lives up to his name, as does the apartment he hosts in the buzzy and cool Rusafa area of Valencia. It’s a stylish bijou space that’s cleverly designed to meet all guests’ needs. The property is on the ground floor with its own entrance door. Immediately on entering there is a seating area with a dining table. Beyond that on the left is the kitchen space and then a very smart shower room. To the right are three steps that lead to a mezzanine bed area. Fabio is as bubbly as the welcome bottle he leaves in the fridge! He goes the extra distance to ensure your stay is the best it can be. He has several recommendations for restaurants. If you like to plan in advance, ask for these before you travel so you can reserve ahead. A good value, sparkling clean and well presented, compact apartment with a very friendly and helpful host.

• Isabel (8/5): Sitio perfecto para un fin de semana en Valencia. - Es un sitio perfecto para un fin de semana con amigos o en pareja. Las camas son muy cómodas y está en pleno centro de Ruzafa. No hay ventanas que se puedan abrir al exterior.
• Santiago (9/5): Estancia muy confortable y recomendable. - Sin lugar a dudas un acogedor apartamento con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días en Valencia. Tanto Fabio como Filippo, sus anfitriones, estuvieron de 10 para asegurarnos que nuestra estancia en la ciudad fuera inmejorable. Al estar cerca de una zona con mucho ambiente para salir a cenar/comer, es complicado encontrar aparcamiento.

Quiero dar las gracias a Aura por su excelente atención e interés por nuestra comodidad. Gracias por tu puntualidad y hacerlo todo tan fácil. Sin duda este es mi alojamiento para futuras ocasiones en Valencia. El alojamiento está a 5 minutos de Ruzafa, un barrio con más historia de la ciudad, conectado con transporte público y con facilidad aparcamiento. Muchas gracias! Sin inconvenientes.

• Zoë (10/5): Great appartement, nice neighbourhood - Amazing appartement with everything you need to have a good stay! The place is very modern and clean. It is a great location in a nice neighbourhood and the city center is easy to get to. Fabio is a great host with lots of tips for a great time in Valencia. Should we visit Valencia again, this is the place where we would stay. The bed is sleightly smaller than we're used to, but we still slept perfectly fine.

• valentine (9/5): Très bon séjour à Valence - Super emplacement, proche du centre à pied. Pratique avec la clim et super hôte Fabio. Manque de fenêtre pour aérer, un peu de bruit le matin vu que dans une rue passante.
