- Jess (9/5): Superb - Excellent location and size. 2 big balconies with exceptional views. Needs a big clean and update. Walls were very dirty, microwave that didn't work with a spare unplugged on the bench and bathroom taps and handles loose.
- David (7/5): Nice place but for the price I expected it would expect the appliances to be maintained and the cleaning to be done to a - Perfect location and fantastic outlook over Surfers Paradise towards Spit. Close to everything you would need for an enjoyable family holiday. Public transport a short walk away. Built in Microwave oven didn’t work. No bag in vacuum cleaner so it was clogged up, place was being painted and painters had tape everywhere and had cleaned brushes in kitchen sink and left a mess. Painters showed up during rental without prior warning and were refused access. Found rubbish left down back of couch and surfaces had not been cleaned properly, had to go and buy glass cleaner to clean glass table tops and kitchen splash back.
