• Kawita (8/5): - Het appartement is heel ruim en netjes/ schoon! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De ligging van het appartement is heel centraal. Je kunt naar de meeste bezienswaardigheden lopen en anders de metro pakken, die ook heel dichtbij is. Ook veel goede restaurants in de buurt! In de avond en nacht zijn er veel mannen die 'rondhangen' en zwervers op straat. Maar, daarbij moet wel gezegd worden dat ze je wel met rust laten.

• Veronika Locane (1/5): I don't recommend staying there! I don't understand how there are good reviews there. - The most disgusting apartment I've ever stayed in. It was incredibly dirty inside, the walls were stained, the curtains and nightstands were dusty, and the blankets and pillows were stained white! Hair on the bed. Everything is broken and old. A very small, unpleasant area. Terrible unsanitary conditions! We didn't stay there and immediately left for another hotel! We asked for a refund, because by law, the apartment didn't correspond at all to what was advertised. The smell inside was terrible, and the walls were thin. Everyone was screaming. It was terrifying to go outside; there were only thieves around. I don't recommend staying there! I don't understand how there are good reviews there. The only good thing was the bathroom. You could live in it for 1,200 euros. :DDD

• KUTAY (8/5): - Daire şahane, çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Her anlamda konforlu ve kullanışlı. Konum itibariyle şehrin merkezine çok yakın ve gerçekten sıcak bir yuvayı yansıtıyor. Yalnız bir sabah duş almak için su yeterince ısınmadı. Serin suyla duş almam gerekti. Yine konum itibariyle bazı geceler sokakta çok fazla bağırış oldu. Gürültüden dolayı uykumuz kesildi.
• Magdalena (8/5): Miło spędzony czas - Lokalizacja, czystość, kontakt z właścicielem, WiFi darmowe, ciepło, klika działa, expres kuchenka sztućce wszystko w kuchni jest, w łazience też. Ręczniki dużo czyste. Jak na takie mieszkanko to przestronnie. Wybralalabym się tam drugi raz mimo małych niedogodnien Toster w dalszym ciągu nie działa chociaż jak się trzyma to zadziała :) nie działała klamka do drzwi w drugim pokoju zatrzasnęło nam to drzwi. Mąż zreperował działa w obie strony. Trochę Głośno , głośno w dzień ale w dzień to można to znieść jak ktoś tupie na górze biega waląc piętami w podłogę. To w nocy krzyki i imprezy a to tupanie bieganie cichnie koło 23. Może nie codziennie ale na 5 dni to 3 była impreza. Tak mieszkają głośni lokalni mieszkańcy i pewnie to stąd . Ściany są też cienkie ale to nie wina właścicieli.

• Oksana (9/5): Вишукана , чиста , оселя де все є ! - Чисто , стильно , все необхідне є . Вразило те , що в день нашого заїзду хозяін включив кондиціонер до нашого заїзду ! Це дрібниця , але було дуже приємно з жари зайти у чисту , прохолодну , затишну оселю Дуже гучно на вулиці ! І це не транспорт , а місцеві , які чи то гуляють , чи то працюють , але точно не дотримуються тиші 24/7

• Barbora (9/5): - Vsechno bylo dobré, ulice nebyla hlučná ani nebezpečná, apartmán čistý, odpovídal fotkám, pračka funkční. Ve vybavení byl i fén a žehlička na prádlo. 5m od vchodu do baráku kavárna s pekárnou, 20m potraviny. Od letiště 20minut taxikem, výborná poloha na procházení města bez nutnosti použití MHD, kousek i od přístavu.

• Elena (10/5): - Отдыхала со взрослой дочерью и сыном, находились в Барселоне неделю. Удобное расположение, близко к основным достопримечательностям и к пляжу . Почти везде ходили пешком. Прекрасная квартира, для Барселоны достаточно свежий ремонт . Уютно, чисто, есть некоторые бытовые недочеты , но это такие мелочи, если вы жили к примеру в отелях на Рамбле. Чистое постельное белье, достаточно полотенец и мест для хранения одежды , приятно что в ванной был гель для душа и шампунь, и даже запас туалетной бумаги на неделю. Есть посудомойка, стиральная машина, холодильник, кофемашина, чайник, микроволновка , утюг , сушилка для одежды, фен ( с диффузором , этот момент порадовал). Много посуды для приготовления еды. Бокалы, штопор - в общем ничего не пришлось покупать. Очень приятно, что хозяева позаботились и оставили минимальный набор на кухне, чай и кофе - на три дня нам хватила, соль, перец и литр вкусного оливкового масла. Мои дети сказали, что салаты получаются необычайно вкусные с этим маслом. Большие окна в пол с выходом на балкончики , их два, в квартире много света. Прекрасный вид из окна. Чистый подъезд и лифт. Из недочётов, подтекает бойлер, под ним стоит кастрюля, для сбора воды , но меня это вообще не волновало и не напрягало. Выливала раз в 3 дня и всё. В ванной холодный пол, хотелось бы постелить там пару ковриков. Слабые ручки на дверях, если аккуратно, то всё работает, но дёргать не рекомендую. Хороший обогреватель в спальне и кондиционер в гостиной. 👍 Все супер, благодарим за гостеприимство, нам было уютно и удобно по расположению.

• Viktoriia (8/5): Ми насолоджувались Барселоною в комфортній квартирі, що знаходиться в самому центрі цього неймовірного міста - Помешкання дуже чисте та доглянуте. Свіжий ремонт в ванній кімнаті та гарний душ. Ми оцінили комфорт перебування. Додаткова плата у розмірі 300 євро на всяк випадок якщо щось буде пошкоджено.

• Petr (9/5): - Perfektně vybavený, čistý apartmán, který vypadá stejně jako na fotkách. Příjemné jsou postele a vše je v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra, metra, na pláž na různé restaurace a další atrakce Barcelony. Pokud náhodou budete potřebovat nonstop lékárna je za rohem. S cenou srovnatelnou za ubytováním na okraji města, případně v uvedené kvalitě za výrazně vyšší cenu. O něco hlučnější ulice s více méně Arabskou komunitou a slyšitelné zvuky z chodby. Obojí se dá předpokládat tím že se jedná o ulici přímo u centra. Pokud se ale za celý den utaháte jako my tak vás to vůbec nebude trápit. I přes uvdené jsme se v dané lokalitě cítili bezpečně.

• Stanisław (10/5): - Apartament znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko Rambli i placu Katalońskiego. Do morza i Barcelonety też jest stosunkowo niedaleko. Ulica, przy której się znajduje jest nieco gwarna, ale w granicach wytrzymałości. Mieszkanie ma wszystkie konieczne dogodności, powiedziałby nawet, że jest luksusowe.

• NATALIA (9/5): Tutto soddisfacente! - L'appartamento era bellissimo, posizione comoda per poter raggiungere la spiaggia. Ovviamente essendo in centro di città di notte è rumoroso, ma questo non ci ha dato fastidio. Se dovessi tornare in Barcellona, sceglierei ancora questo posto. Il frigorifero è molto piccolo, puoi metterci poco roba.

Very clean, air-conditioned and with all the necessary amenities such as iron, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules, etc. It is a little noisy, but not unbearable, it is still a central part of the city. The proximity to major attractions, as well as to the metro station is an exceptional advantage. We are also very pleased with the assistance of the accommodation agency. Extremely kind people. They react immediately in case of need.

• Giancarlo (8/5): Bel appartement idéalement situé. - Bien rénové et équipé. Canapé lit assez grand pour deux grands enfants. Cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain très jolie et fonctionnelle. Grand lit dans la chambre à coucher. Situation idéale, métro à portée de main! Grand lit de la chambre pas des plus confortables. Les chambres ne peuvent pas correctement s’obscurcir la nuit. Le voisinage peut être bruyant. En effet, tous les appartements de l’immeuble sont loués pour de brèves périodes à des touristes!
• Madeleine (9/5): Superb - The apartment was centrally located - only a few minutes walk from Liceu Metro station. It was also recently refurbished and has a beautiful, stylish bathroom. We had a lovely, comfortable stay. We only received instructions how to get into the apartment a couple of hours before arriving there and received an incorrect code for the door.

The location of the apartment is good, everything is within walking distance. at night it was noisy, people walk all night, everything is very audible. The alley where the apartment is located is very scary at night, a lot of different people, it is better not to go at night, during the day everything is fine.
• Radostina (10/5): Exceptional - We had an absolutely brilliant stay ( three of us- me, my sister and 10yrs old niece). The apartment is well connected, minutes away from metro stations and La Rambla, impeccably clean, comfortable, well stocked, smooth check-in and check-out procedures, no issue during the stay - everything we could've asked for and more! • Romina (1/5): Bad - The bed!!! It felt down as I sit on it, we had to wait for someone to fix it but it has nothing to fix, it was for throwing in the trash,
• Maisejanok (1/5): Not Recommended! - The registration process is extremely long and inconvenient. They require you to provide all your passport details and then pay a €300 deposit in case of damages. On top of that, you have to bring the payment to a completely different location, which takes 1.5 hours – very inconvenient. They should be the ones coming to the place, not forcing guests to go to their office. But the worst part is the complete lack of reliability and support. On the third day, they changed the entrance code to the building and did not inform us. We couldn’t reach them on the main phone number, and no one answered the emergency number or called us back. As a result, we were left standing outside at night in the cold, unable to enter our apartment. To this day, they have not contacted or responded to us, which is shocking. The only positive aspect is that the location is close to the metro and the main street. However, the fact that they changed the entrance code without informing us and never got back to us is truly astonishing. If you want to risk being locked out on the street in a rough neighborhood, go ahead and book here. Maximum stress and total disappointment!

• Crawford (10/5): fantastic stay - very easy and open communication with the host. Straightforward instructions on how to enter and leave the apartment. facilities were great. Little touches like bin bags. washing up liquid, dishcloths, salt, pepper, olive to cook and water left in the fridge. Toilet rolls and plenty towels. Very, very clean. Bedlinen immaculate. Location was 10/10!!! . fabulous bakery opposite and well stocked wine shop. Supermarkets along the street aswell. we asked for a balcony which wasn't big enough to sit on but great to stand and watch the world go by!! If we go to Barce again I would definitely use this apartment. I would highly recommend to say here. Because your in the centre of town it was noisy at night. It did calm down after 11. but I sleep with earplugs in so it didn't annoy me at all. But it might some people. Also we did have trouble with the WiFi the first couple of days. I messaged the owners who replied straightaway and said they were trying to sort it. And later that day it was sorted and fine for the rest of the visit.
