• KEITH (10/5): Excellent, highly recommended - Although we only stayed one night it was really good and would definitely visit again . Ideally suited for locality , the hotel was lovely, modern ,very clean and tidy. We had something to eat on site for convenience, which was excellent and good value . The staff were excellent too , nothing was too much trouble and the catering staff were really friendly and cooked our meals perfectly. I would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation Nothing

• Webster (10/5): Excellent - highly recommend. - The hotel was extremely clean, it looked brand new. The bed was very comfy and the location was perfect for us. We would have liked to eat breakfast at the hotel, but it wasn't open during the usual opening times.

• Michelle Efres (9/5): Great stay - We liked everything. Was very clean and the rooms very confortable. The staff very helpfull and nice. Special mention to Sam at breakfast, his service and attitude were outstanding. We did not like that breakfast was only for 2 people and we had a room for 4 adults. The reservation indicated breakfast included. This should have been noted in the hotel specifications or details in booking to know in advance it was only going to be for 2 per room.
• Sylvia (10/5): - Hotel is new and clean. It would be nice if EVEN provide free shuttle to/from Disney Parks. There are no retail or restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel has very limited choices and the food is very expensive. It should have more choices, better tasting and cheaper.

• Mary Beth (9/5): Very nice location. We only needed a place to stay before leaving for a cruise from Port Canaveral. - We ate dinner there upon arrival and breakfast the next morning. Both meals were very good. Good value for breakfast (it was included). My only negative to offer... we arrived in Terminal C and when I called for the free shuttle to the hotel I was told we had to get the shuttle in Terminal A. My husband has mobility issues so we couldn't get to Terminal A easily so we had to take an uber. Didn't realize I was going to get this question. It was the free shuttle which you could only access in Terminal A. Read my comment above.

• Daniel (9/5): I found overall facility and staff pleasant. - Nice facility, great shower and bathroom as I booked handicap room. Given my height and handicap the one flaw was the bed. It was so low to the ground I struggled to get out of bec.

• Rachel (7/5): Clean, cute, and comfy - Very clean, very cute, fast check in and check out. I did not get a chance to use it but the little gym was adorable. WE did not get a chance to use the breakfast because we had an early flight and breakfast did not start until 6:30am, which is my own fault for not checking. The coffee was good. I could hear loud cars all night. The area was also sketchy, but I wanted to be near the airport so neither of these are the hotels fault. This is just knit picking.

We arrived after 9pm and checked out at 4am so wasn't in hotel long enough, maybe the having to pay for a full night stay when I wasn't in hotel for 24 hours.

• Chalton (9/5): - It is clean and nice hotel. Is a nice place but they ask for a deposit. That is strange and after few day's you will received back you deposit. It is not said by booking, when you at hotel they ask for.

• Kathryn (9/5): Fantastic location and beautiful room - The room was perfect. Two large beds, beautifully clean. So close to the airport (10 minutes free shuttle) but you do hear the planes so bear that in mind. Comfortable pillows and bed, big walk-in shower too. Hotel staff were so helpful and kind. Couldn't do more for you! The yoga equipment in the room was a great touch! The restaurant menu was very limited. They also had no bacon during my stay and they couldn't accommodate for my dairy intolerance. (Couldn't remove cheese from a wrap) I can see why guests get food via Uber now.
