• Gemma (10/5): - La atención por parte de quienes se encargan de atender a los clientes, y, el haber solucionado el problema con la persiana, que fueron rápidos y atentos. El apartamento está muy bien, y con plaza de parking!!! No hay mantel para la mesa ni trapo de cocina... o no me di cuenta de que debía llevarlo yo....

• Noelia (8/5): - El apartamento está bien en general, la relación calidad precio no está mal Cuando llegamos no había agua porque estaban haciendo mantenimiento, empezamos a colocar las cosas y la agenda nos dijo que no tendríamos agua hasta el día siguiente, la agencia nos ofreció otro apartamento, pero perdimos mucho tiempo, aunque no es culpa de ellos.

Además tuvimos un percance de madrugada con la tubería de la bañera que inundo todo el apartamento. Lo bueno que la atención del conserje fue muy buena en este percance

• Gema (3/5): NO MERECE LA PENA - La zona es tranquila Todo lleno de restos de anteriores inquilinos, pienso de perro y pelos de perro por las mesas. En la cocina utensilios de cocina sucios, los cajones rotos que se caían, tostadora oxidada y sucia; en la habitación principal las patas de la cama bailaban más que un señor en una berbena, con sábanas solo para la cama de matrimonio cuando había dos más, mosquitos y bichos por toda la casa y más suciedad; no tuvieron la decencia de dejar ni un rollo de papel del wc. Deberían de no poder alquilar los apartamentos en estas condiciones, es una vergüenza. ¿Y si hubiese tenido una reacción alérgica al perro que ha estado antes de estar yo? Es inadmisible
• Ruben (5/5): Buen apartamento, limpieza muy mal - El apartamento está muy bien tiene todo lo esencial para pasar una buena estancia.. bien ubicado muy cerca de la playa y las instalaciones de la urbanización están muy bien, la piscina lo mejor. La limpieza deja mucho que desear.. entiendo que si se permite ir con tu mascota cosa que me parece genial pero por la estancia te cobran un suplemento no me parece normal que el apartamento esté lleno de pelos de otros perros deberían de preocuparse más en dejar el apartamento limpio para cuando entre el siguiente inquilino y no es por falta de tiempo porque hasta las 5 de la tarde no puedes recoger las llaves y luego a la hora de irte a las 10 de la mañana tienes que dejar el apartamento entonces creo que tienen tiempo de sobra para dejarlo limpio en mi caso había muchísimos pelos negros de otro perro por toda la casa
• Sonia (5/5): La estancia fue buena por el viaje en si, pero no por el alojamiento - La cama era muy incomoda, colchón viejo de muelles. Había mobiliario defectuoso, tal como el armario de una de las habitaciones que no tenía puerta y el mueble del baño no cerraban bien los cajones. El apartamento no me lo dieron hasta las 17:00 horas y lo tuve que dejar a las 10 horas, por lo que son muchas horas de diferencia y no lo veo ni justo ni lógico. No volveré a ese apartamento.

Pero muyyyyy sucio , a tal punto que Tuvimos que comprar almohadas fundas de colchón sábanas , que las almohadas amarillentas a saber de que eran esas manchas Una de ellas la de la habitación de mis hijos hasta con manchas de sangre Colchones llenos de pelos de animales Los platos y vasos con restos Eso sí me abonaron la compra que hicimos de almohadas fundas de colchón LA ENCARGADA O LO QUE FUERA , EN NINGÚN MOMENTO DIO LA CARA. , NI PIDO DISCULPAS

• Bohdan (7/5): It's a good location, where you can stay for a week, but too expensive for provided quality. - The apartment was on the first floor, so it's quite easily accessible. For us IT IS a walking distance from the beach, unlike the indication of other visitors. It has small, but very cosy and pretty clean swimming pool within the building. The pool was sometimes crowdy but you can easily find time of the day when it's almost empty. Big supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. It has a closed parking (as most of the apartment buildings within Marina d'Or). Most of the facilities worked to acceptable level (airco, kitchen, tv, wi-fi). We had couple of facilities/furniture getting broken, but the host was very timely to respond on the request and was fixing everything within 2 - 3 hours of request. Also were kind to satisfy our other requests when we had such. Overall the place itself (Marina d'Or) is very lively and has a lot of restaurants and places for activities (the quality of them is left out from review). During our stay the sea was of very comfortable temperature (the kids loved to stay in the water for long periods). Most other reviews describe the problems that we also faced. Facilities are minimal and mostly of low quality: * Super old airco with broken element that sets the direction of wind, which sometimes does not turn on (but to be honest it does it job at cooling) * Washing machine that starts to jump over tiled floor when it enters the centrifuge mode. * Oven without oven dish. * Sliding doors that break. * Power sockets that fall off. * A lot of rusty elements. * Fridge full of snow. * Toilet that stops flushing after couple of usages. * etc. VERY bad sound isolation. Neighbours above us (russian speaking people) have twice left the dog in an empty apartment when going out in the evening (till like midnight), which was barking every 5 seconds for 3 hours and it felt like it's in the next room with open doors. Our kids couldn't get to sleep those days till they came back. Every flush in the toilet above is like a hurricane coming through your room. Neighbours or passing by cars with super loud music. And I could go on. So don't expect it to be a quiet stay, as I think no one in the building respects any privacy or any house rules. For a semi large car like SUV the parking might be a bit nervous as passages between the floors are super narrow. Multiple times I had to ask for assistance from kids to not scratch my car against the turns (though you get used to it after couple of times).
