Eloy is a great host and sent us recommendations for restaurants etc Really liked the roof too terrace with pool. Very handy to Park Santa Catalina where all the buses go from for the old town and airport. There is also a great shopping centre at the port. Would definitely return . Everything was great.

• Kristine (10/5): Good value. 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station - Good size kitchen. Small but brand new "horno eletrico" Comfortable beds and overall pleasant apartment with great location. Compared to many other short-time rentals on La Isleta its good value for money. The terrazzo- peaceful. The apartment doesn't have much daylight, as it is located on the second floor (primero)

• karine (7/5): Séjour bien - Eloy est une personne très gentille et serviable, disponible tout au long de notre séjour, un vrai + Piscine agréable et grande avec transats sur la terrasse tout en haut de l’édifice (ouverture 10h à 20h) même si la vue des alentours n’est pas magnifique A 3min à pieds du parc Catalina et du parking sous-terrain où vous pouvez choisir un abonnement semaine pour 30€ Appartement sombre où vous devez allumer quasiment tout le temps la lumière et trop proche de l’immeuble d’en face avec vue plongeante chez les voisins, rendu très bruyant par les bars à proximité qui ferment tardivement le matin ! Odeur désagréable d’urine dans la salle de bain malgré l’intervention d’Eloy dès le lendemain de mon info pour mettre produit et désodorisant Matériel de cuisine très limité si vous souhaitez cuisiner sur place en famille

• Lilian (5/5): Good the bad and the ugly - Great location. Quiet the apartment was close to cafes restaurants and the beach We were the first to use this newly decorated apt. Disappointed you cannot be in the apt without lights on barely any natural light as the terrace has blinds to block out the apts opposite with rubbish on their balconies not nice to see. No oven only a stove top so we struggled cooking and ate out mostly as we had booked for 25 days.Lots of stuff shown in description not in the apt ie basic kitchenware no wine glasses no toiletries no dvd player and more.. Eloy the owner did say he's still working on things, but he did attend issues we had quickly. No way can you call the terrace an outside dining area We feel this apt was not ready to be let out. The upstairs pool area was really lovely the best thing about this place
