• Steven (10/5): Stunning well equipped little flat.Nice and quiet! - This apartment including bathroom,seemed brand new. Pristine and spotlessly clean! Full size fridge freezer and washing machine appeared new. No microwave, but not really space for one to be fair. There is a toasted sandwich maker.Plenty of storage space! I was amazed to find an iron and an ironing board (for my shirts of course!) Massive TV and lightening fast broadband! A large balcony outside of the bedroom, lovely for having your meals on! A quiet neighbourhood, the double glazing keeps any street noise out! Excellent air con keeps the whole place very cool! Cooking equipment included, including cutlery and plates etc. There is an electric hob and grill. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. Could suit 2-4 adults as long as they all get on OK! Not in the centre but there are excellent bars and restaurants within a 15 minute walk (or get an Uber it’s quite cheap, about €8 into town as of June ‘25). Don’t mind the graffiti, it’s common in Athens everywhere you go and I felt very safe walking about the area. There are excellent local supermarkets nearby within a few minutes walk. No midnight madness from other residents! As I arrived quite late at the property the host kindly enquired after me and asked if I was OK! Also gave me some advice about getting to the place! I simply would not hesitate to use this place again! A toaster would be a great addition, plus a frying pan. There is no hook for the shower head, although I think that may be a water saving measure! To nitpick a bit, it’s not in the centre, but this is known before you book isn’t it? It’s
