• Sean (1/5): It seems like a good deal but not worth it. - Nothing. The refrigerator was broken on arrival and it took the managers 9 days to replace it. They refused to refund me and allow me to rebook during the ordeal. Additionally, the shower door was broken, the shower controls were broken, the walls were dirty, the vents were covered in dust, a rotting bag of onions was left in the cupboard, the throw blankets and pillows were unwashed and smelled, there was animal feces strewn in the communal walkway, and garbage strewn in front of the property where homeless people often congregated. It was also the most uncomfortable couch and mattress I have ever used in my life.
• Fabiana (1/5): I didn’t stay there. Not a chance. - Nothing Everything. It was dirty, smashed bugs on the shutters, toilet was tied with a rag, AC vent was never cleaned, what triggered my asthma. The pedestrian gate doesn’t close, making it unsafe. Lots of junk on the sidewalk. I was there for less than an hour. I had to find somewhere else to stay. Very unhealthy and unsafe to stay.
• Ana Maria (4/5): Great location, honestly, one of the only good things about this place. To start, the apartment was extremely dirty. You - location was the only positive thing everything was dirty and smelled bad

• Darcy (8/5): Great area, safe to walk around at night, good neighbors and easily accessible shops for basic needs - The location was excellent, "Koreatown"/East Hollywood is a really nice area. There is a 24/7 gas station a 1 min walk away, and a 7/11 one or two blocks away. Dispensaries are also nearby if thats your thing :) The ONLY problem we had is that the fridge does not refrigerate properly, I believe it has to be defrosted as the vent has frozen over that delivers cold air to fridge from the freezer. I'm sure they will have this fixed by the next guest so don't let that discourage you.

• Brandy (3/5): Not nearly as nice as appears on site! - Space. Unit was dirty!! Very few necessities as advertised...ex... hair dryer didn't work. Ceiling leak in bedroom....had to clean up. When requesting some sort of compensation... owner just brushed me off.
