• Claudia (10/5): Espectacular - El apto es precioso, moderno y funcional. Tiene todo lo necesario. La terraza es un plus. De día y de noche, muy disfrutable y con una vista privilegiada. Decorada con muy buen gusto y practicidad. La ubicación inmejorable....todo a poca distancia como para conocer y disfrutar de la ciudad a pie. Rodeado de lugares gastronómicos y comerciales. El sistema de ingreso remoto es destacable también. Nada...todo perfecto.
• Christian (10/5): Perfekte Terrasse, perfekte Lage, perfekte Wohnung in der Altstadt! - Tolle, charmante Wohnung mit origineller, erhöhter Bettnische, riesiger sonniger Terrasse mit Blick auf Fussgängerzone und Kathedrale, mitten in der Altstadt. Gut eingerichtete Küche mit Espresso-Maschine und Entsafter etc. Waschmaschine & Geschirrspühler. Wir parkten 6 Tage mit Telpark-App (Vorabbuchung) im Axtoxa-Parkhaus ausserhalb der Umweltschutzzone, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss), total 100 EUR, d.h. 16 EUR pro Tag, inkl. Hinaus- und Hineinfahren (zB für Tagesausflug nach Bilbao). Tolles Frühstück im nahen Old Town Coffee.

• Maciej (10/5): Top of the top - Check in process is one of the best I ever experienced - you get very detailed info, they even send you an instruction video on how to access the apartment. You also get access to a website where you can open doors remotely. The terrace is superb. The apartment is well equipped.

• Scott (10/5): Fantastic central San Sebastián apartment: spacious, spotless, huge terrace with epic views (rain aside 😂), perfect for - The property was perfect for my week in San Sebastián. It was clean, spacious and convenient. The terrace area was big and great views, pity about the rain 😂 The kitchen are was ideal for preparing food for the meals we ate in the apartment. We stayed as a couple during the marathon and it was close to everywhere we wanted to get to. Nothing.

Difficult to climb those little stairs to sleep in basically a mattress on the floor, although the bed was very comfortable and sheets and blankets very good quality

• Mike (10/5): San Sebastian is an amazing city break - The property is right in the heart of town with bars and cafes on the doorstep, and yet very quiet and peaceful at same time. We really enjoyed being in a short walking distance of the main beaches, and close to all transportation With so much to do and see in the city and the Region, then going home was really hard!!

The location was perfect for us walking distance to the main areas, but also with lovely restaurants and bars close buy. Would defiantly recommend a stay here, and hopefully we will return one day. No tea or coffee in the room to get you started.

• Emma (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. We stayed during the winter so sadly didn't make the most of the roof terrace but if you're visiting in the summer, I doubt you would be able to find better! The view across the roofs of San Sebastian is beautiful. Location is amazing and we were able to just walk everywhere. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else apart from here when I next return to San Sebastian. Nothing!

The unit was very clean, and staff at the office were helpful in letting us leave our luggage for collection. The loft bed was a little annoying.

• Rob (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the centre of San Sebastian - Very nice apartment with attention to detail and well equipped. The terrace is very large and is wonderful for breakfast and drinks. Apartment is located in the center close to the beach, shops and delicious restaurants. In short, a dream location. Communication with the owner is excellent. Everything was perfect.
• David (8/5): Very relaxing except for minor issues. - Very good location, beautiful large terrace with great views. Very clean. And there was a lift. The bedroom was a small mezzanine that required a very difficult ladder to get to, the mattress was comfortable but on the floor and only two pillows supplied. No tea or coffee was supplied, no washing powder was supplied, only one bin bag, two rolls of toilet paper supplied for a 5 day stay. No English TV and could not get Euro Cup football or Wimbledon tennis. Kettle was not working and TV remote needed a battery.

• James (7/5): Good - Brilliant location. Really loved the terrace which is on 2 sides of this corner apartment. Good quality appliances. No corkscrew! Really annoying and loses a star for this (try buying a corkscrew in San Sebastian on Sunday evening!). Very little storage space for clothes etc - not suitable for stays longer than 3 nights.
• Rochelle (10/5): Beyond amazing - Brilliant accommodation & position. Amazing space & spectacular terrace. The only thing I would suggest is they supply at least a small amount coffee/tea/sugar/milk. At least a starter pack. Plus place requires a wine bottle opener!
• Karen (9/5): Superb - We really enjoyed our stay! Great little flat in a perfect location. The loft bed requires climbing a shott ladder but presented no problem for us. It was compact but very functional. Beautiful terrace ... just wish the sun had shone more so we could have enjoyed it out there! My only suggestion would be salt snd pepper and a little olive oil for cooking. Otherwise, it was fabulous.
• John (10/5): Sweet flat with a huge terrace and great view. - We liked the location/neighborhood. We got a warm/informative welcome and quick response to questions, etc. The flat had a huge wraparound terrace with table & chairs, recliners & table, and a wonderful view of the cathedral and neighborhood below. Though small, the unit had everything you need set up in an efficient layout. We had a very pleasant sojourn in our home away from home. We totally enjoyed our stay. No complaints.
• Amalia (8/5): Our stay at Always Easy I Suite Terraza was comfortable & delightful, featuring a beautiful terrace. - Collection of Keys: The process to obtain the property keys was straightforward, as all details were sent via email. However, initially understanding the code for the door was a challenge. Fortunately, the on-site assistance from Khalil was extremely helpful, as he personally explained the use of the facilities. First Impressions: Upon arrival, we encountered a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the apartment, which was attributed to its lack of ventilation before our stay. This issue required us to air out the apartment by opening all windows and doors, a minor inconvenience mitigated by Khalil's prompt and useful support in getting the AC and heater up and running.

• Lee (5/5): Good location but uncomfortable sleeping on a mezzanine. - Nice bars and restaurants very close, terrace is lovely No bedroom just a mattress on a mezzanine, we asked to move as we felt it would be uncomfortable and unsafe. The only other solution they suggested was to pay an extra 540 euros over Christmas, so we stayed. A welcome pack, extra towels and more than two toilet rolls would also improve the experience.

• Graham (10/5): Really good location, with a nice vibe to the eating and drinking places close by. - The terrace was a particularly nice feature with plenty of space for a breakfast table, 4 chairs and 2 sun beds. The apartment was immaculate and very comfy throughout.

• Angela (10/5): Brilliant! And we got our daily steps in too. :-) - the apartment was exactly as described. BUT more importantly we were advised approx 5 days before our visit that the lift in the building would be out of order for the duration of our stay and we were given other options to choose HOWEVER we wanted to keep the great roof terrace which meant we had a lot of stairs to get our luggage up. the staff from the office at Always Easy were so kind and helpful throughout all of this discussion and even met us at the building to take my suitcase up to the apartment. above and beyond what was required. THANK YOU MIKEL. and thanks to Amaia for her prompt responses to my many questions .
