• Tomás (1/5): Si vuelvo a copacabana no usaré booking - La ubicación La heladera rota, esperar un tecnico por 3 horas, aire acondicionado roto, golpes de construcción a las 8 am no respetando el descanso, el anfitrión le importa solo cobrar nada de los huespedes. La verdad vayan a hotel en copacabana asi se evitan este tipo de lugares y booking ni se hace responsable si el lugar te lo entregan roto

• Lori (7/5): Great location but tired - We were pleasantly surprised that there were three bedrooms and that we didn't need to use the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is in a great location to experience Rio and there are a number of small restaurants right in the neighbourhood that we were able to enjoy. There is also a beer and liquor store across the street. The apartment has a nicely equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Getting the key from the security guard was something that was not communicated properly. Also, there is only one key so sharing with a family of 6 was a problem. We ended up leaving the key in the mail box so that we could each come and go as we pleased. One of the big issues was that there was no way to lock the room when you are in the apartment. So, the apartment was open all night long. I contacted the owner to ask about this and they never replied. Also, the apartment needs a full update - new paint, take the wallpaper out of the bathroom as it is falling off and moldy, the wall in the living room had a large damaged spot, the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen need to be replaced. The ceiling fans in two rooms didn't work. One of the rooms on the street side had street light entering from 10 pm on, some blackout curtains would be a good investment.
• Ubiraci Francisco de Moraes (8/5): Muito bom - A localização é muito boa, próxima de vasto comércios e a poucos minutos a pé da praia de Copacabana. A hospedagem foi tranquila, sem nenhum problema. O anfitrião foi bem flexível no check-in antecipado. O apartamento é amplo e bem equipado. Embora confortável o apartamento precisa de algumas reformas, principalmente no banheiro, tomadas e algumas cadeiras que estavam com o pé frouxo.

• Matias (7/5): - el asensor andaba mal y el conserje duerme de noche, cuesta tiempo que te abra la puerta del edificio, fuera de eso, todo excelente, recomendable!!
