• Kristine (6/5): - Нормальная квартира. Есть всё необходимое. Прекрасное местоположение. Парковочное место, которое нам указали, было занято. Очень слышно всё, что происходит в общем коридоре, но если вы крепко спите, то это не мешает. Спальня без окна, было очень жарко.

• Casper (7/5): My review - The cleanliness and the size. The atmosphere of the apartment was nice and the proximity of the closest store was also great. The toilet had the flush button completely missing, also had some issues flushing. The tv also kept turning on and off for some reason through out the stay

• Janne (7/5): Hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe on hea - Rahulik ööbimine, sai sisse välja vajadusel käia. Parkimine maja ees. Ei olnud lärmakad naabreid. Tulles pidi ukse taga ootama, kuni keegi väljub, välisuksel võiks olla kood või midagi sellist. Vee surve on köögis ja wc väga nõrk.

• Damberga (6/5): - Netālu jūra, dušā labs spiediens. Ir mazā plītiņa, ledusskapis. Dzīvoklis nodzīvots. Dīvānā gultasveļas pārvalks viens bija balts, otrs vairs ne tik balts. Aizkari ar taukainiem pirkstu pleķiem, gulta čīkst katru reizi pakustoties. Tualetes podam izkritusi poga un ienākot dzīvoklī ir nepatīkama cigarešu smaka.

• Inna (6/5): - Расположение возле моря, супермаркет 2мин ,автоб остановка возле дома. Не было ванных принадлежностей(гель,мыло) можно было оставить соль перец сахар на кухне.Постель не пахла свежестью. Соотношение цена качество-соответствует.
• Natalie (7/5): - Celkem útulné, ložnice v pořádku, obyvak potřebuje nový - čistý gauč. Jinak lokalita super, personál přátelský. Nejsme nároční, ale na gauč se nám nechtělo sedat.. upatlané opěradlo, špinavý ubrus na jídelním stole, mohl by tam být přípravek na nádobí, koupelna nešla zamknout a fén by to chtělo výkonnější :)

Apartament nie powinien być w kategorii apartamenty, Wszędzie brudno , Pokój sypialny wbrew zdjęciom nie ma okien więc go nie wywietrzysz, opis niezgodny z rzeczywistością brak pralki brak szklanek ( na nasze zapytanie odopwiedziano nam że szklanki nie są wyposażeniem standartowym . Naprawdę w apartamencie nie powinno bys szjklanek.? Ilość sztućców i talerzy było na dwie maksymalnie osoby choć apartament był wynajęty na trzy. Aneks kuchenny to tara brudna maszynka elektryczna dwupalnikowa. W łazience woda ledwo schodziła a guzik do spłuczki się zacinał . Przestrzegam przed wynjmowaniem a już na pewno nie jako apartament, Mirek.

Kambaryje nėra lango!! TV neveikia. Žodžiu... labai blogai. Planavome apsistori dvi dienas, tačiau likome tik vienai. Šeimininkai sutiko kompensuoti dalį antros dienos viešnagės (30 Eur).

• Saadov (7/5): Good - Everything was otherwise good if a little dirty but it didn’t bother me. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to sit in the living room watching the TV. Toilet tank didn’t keep water so it was hard to flush but once I got it working I didn’t find any more problems. Nice stay for such a low price.
• Mariin (6/5): Good price, not the cleanest. - Easy check-in, though it was that easy, so anyone can basically get to the comlex. Cleaning standards aren't high. Pillowcase had a stain on it, as did the sheet. Bahtroom was a little worn, not thoroughly clean. Have low standards and all good.

The key is in secret location in the lobby so we had to wait for someone open the building door. If we’d arrive later in the night, we wouldn’t have get inside. During the early evening there were plenty of people coming and going. Also, please fix the radiator in the bedroom. It was too noisy for a quiet night.

• Md (1/5): Please do not book this property before you read my entire experience - Nothing The descriptions are wrong. The bedroom has no window, heating system was not working. The toilet flush was broken, cant use the toilet last night. Whole room was dirty, full of white hairs everywhere. The floor is uneven, i got hurt and my kid also slipped from the upper level. Not enough amnities in the kitchen or even in toilet. Not enough blankets provided, needed to ask for additional blanket the next day as the room was too cold. Tv waa not working. The parking space was occupied by someone else, couldn’t use the first day. I have never experienced such horrible accommodation in my entire 13years of travelling.

• Andrei (1/5): Never again ! The host is rude and simply doesn't care about any of the issues reported. - Reasonable location, free parking, free wi-fi. Sadly, the apartment is dirty and poorly maintained. Immediately after checking we noticed that the apartment was really dirty and not suitable for sleeping, even for 1 night. We contacted the host requesting a refund (in the first 10 minutes after checking in) as it would not be possible for us to remain in her apartment. When confronted, the host didn't even try to argue (giving the impression that she was kind of used to this kind of complaints) when I informed her about the filth we found in her apartment, she just said, quote, "ok, bye bye" and refused to reimburse the cost or to provide any solution. Besides being filthy, the property is also quite degraded and in a state of disrepair (relevant photos attached). I've attached several photos took inside the apartment, clearly indicating of the state the property was in at the time of our arrival. For the record, we've been using Booking.com for years and have never felt the need to contact customer support or the property owners until the day we checked into this apartment. Not all properties are perfect and I can understand that, but what we've seen at "Cozy apartment near the sea" in Tallinn, was just appalling.

• Alok (9/5): It was excellent just kitchen can be more equipped - The bus stop , supermarket are just 2 min walk. The connectivity to old town and city is excellent. Also there is a beach nearby with great walking trail . Though there was kitchenette but there was only one burner induction which was ok but can be improved .
