• Kathleen1968 (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Brigita, die mit vielen Tipps aufwartete. Das Appartement entspricht genau den Fotos. Die Lage ist hervorragend durch die unmittelbar vor dem Haus befindliche Bushaltestelle. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist ein Segen in Dubrovnik. Klare Empfehlung!

• Rob (10/5): Perfecte locatie , super fijn appartement. - Perfecte locatie - bakker op 50 meter - supermarkt (ook met een bakker) op 5 minuten lopen - airport bus stopt voor de deur €10 per rit - een paar buslijnen voor de deur om naar old town te gaan. In zomerseizoen tot rond 1:00 ‘s nachts - appartement is schoon , groot en comfortabel. De buurt is erg veilig en appartement en gebouw geven je een veilig gevoel. - super stil. Je hoort niets van de straat - met Dubrovnik pas kun je gratis gebruik maken van het stadsvervoer. Alles was goed

Perfect location with buses and airport shuttle outside - Perfect location, local bus stop and airport shuttle service stop directly outside apartment building which was very convenient. The property is completely newly build and furnished elegantly,perfect for family of 4 members, good location with very lively and safe neighborhood. Everything was good

• Philippa (10/5): Great location and host - The property was in a fantastic location, with a bus stop right outside which had a direct route to the Pile Gate. It also had a bakery which was handy for breakfast as well as a short walk to a supermarket for essentials. The property was very well cleaned and also has washing machine facilities and a small clothes dryer outside which was great for us as a family. The host was wonderful and met us very late after a delayed flight to let us into the car park. We loved our stay here and would stay again. The view is of other properties and so there was little privacy as there was no netting at the bedroom window. Also the living room curtains need to be bigger to fully block out the light in the mornings, it was was ok but our children slept on the sofa bed and so we would have liked if the curtains fit the window.

We were shown a photo of the black City Hotel in front and told that was the building. It would have been very easy if we had been told that, and had a photo of the actual building we were situated in. It caused a lot of confusion.

Every detail in this spotlessly clean apartment seemed to have been designed with care, from the chic, colorful touches to the full suite of appliances—washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more. It truly felt like stepping into a high-end, impeccably maintained home. The location could not be more convenient. Situated with the bus and taxi stations right outside, and the main port within walking distance, transportation was a breeze. We appreciated the ease of reaching Dubrovnik’s famous Old Town via a short Uber or taxi ride. A major highlight was the included parking space—a rare find in Dubrovnik and a huge benefit for us. The apartment’s manager, Brigita, was wonderful, enhancing our stay with a warm welcome and valuable local tips. Her responsiveness and the delightful local cookies on arrival were the icing on the cake. Initially, my wife was hesitant because the apartment had few if any reviews, but it turns out we were among the first guests, which explained the pristine condition and lack of feedback. This only made our experience feel even more exclusive and special. As a couple, this property not only met but exceeded our expectations, making it one of the most memorable places we’ve stayed. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik, whether for its style, convenience, or exceptional management. We loved it.
