Τριγύρω από την ιδιοκτησία θα βρείτε μεγάλη ποικιλία από καταστήματα και εστιατόρια.Μεγάλο παράθυρο και μπαλκονόπορτα εξασφαλίζουν φως στο χώρο. Το διαμέρισμα είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες με άνετους χώρους εξοπλισμένους άρτια, τους οποίους βρήκαμε πολύ καθαρούς. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικότατος και με ενδιαφέρον ώστε να εξασφαλίσει την απροβλιμάτιστη διαμονή. Θα επέλεγα ξανά την ιδιοκτησία αυτή χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι ιδιαίτερα αρνητικό άξιο αναφοράς

• Nathan (9/5): Excellent - Excellent communication on the day of arrival. Clean and apartment is well take care for. You need to be aware to create the hot water well in advance. It is however clearly explained in the manual, which you will find on the table. So pay attention to this 😁

• Jasmina (10/5): Exceptional - We just spent two days in this apartment. All praise for the host—the communication was very easy, and the instructions were precise and detailed. Also, compliments on how well-equipped the apartment is. It is very nice, extremely clean, and well-maintained, with everything you need—even wine and a welcome package. The location is perfect, with a large supermarket across the street, and both the waterfront and the center of Glyfada are just a 3-minute walk away. We would gladly return here! If possible, we would rate it 11 out of 10!! -

• Nadine (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very well located and it is well prepared with all the amenities. It is very new, comfortable and the bathroom was the Cherry on top. The host is great and very helpful. He made sure to meet us during check in and check out to help us with our bags and give us all the relevant information regarding the apartment. He was also very responsive whenever we needed to inquire about something. Would definitely stay there again and recommend the place to friends and family.

• Helena (10/5): Beautiful Apartment in good Location - This Apartment has everything you need and is in a very good location in Glyfada. Near to the beaches and a lot of Cafés, Restaurants, Supermarket. You can take the X96 Bus directly from the airport and it takes about 40 Minutes. I am always happy to stay in one Apartment from Mr. Yiannis, σας ευχαριστώ πολύ 👍 Α Moscito Screen for the Window would be good

What makes this place special is the warmth of its owner. Mr Yiannis was there to welcome us at midnight and available at all times, providing everything we needed as well as very good suggestions for local entertainment, taxis etc. A true representative of Greek hospitality.

Located across the street from a major supermarket, and just a block away from the famous restaurants for which Glyfada is known. The host , Yiannis, met us and explained the apartment . He really made us feel welcome ! We will definitely come back. Nothing.

Shop just in front of the building. Great restaurants around. Super close to the beach. The flat had everything that we needed. You can cook in there, place something in the oven. Amazing size for the flat, amazing size for the bed. There is nothing bad we can say about our stay.

The living area was spacious and very clean. The area was a perfect distance from the beach and added quiet safe soundings make this a perfect get away. Happy to say there was a lift which was helpful with our extensive luggage and an outdoor area above from the street for privacy. The parking was just opposite alongside a supermarket for all needs during your stay. Would recommend to any couple and will be staying again in the near future. Thankyou for everything.

The AC’s system relationship to opening the window to get something from the balcony. I suggest having a timer of 1-2 minutes, if the window is not closed, then turn off the AC.

The Alfa market is right opposite the building. The welcome from the host was incredible. He welcomed us with such a warm welcome. He also offered us a bottle of white wine, fruits, water, coffee and made our stay very enjoyable. He was very easy to contact and he made sure that everything was doing well. Thank you we will be back for sure! NOTHING!
