• Tan (10/5): Excellent and calm stay - The room was absolutely clean. Stayed here twice and never have any check in problem. Free parking and easy to find parking lot. Security everywhere so never got lost. Staff were respectful with swift response.
• Pauline (3/5): Oke für 1-2 Nächte aber etwas zentraleres lohnt sich mehr und wem Hygiene wichtig ist sollte nicht hier her - War ganz in Ordnung Zuerst wurden mir 100€ mehr für das Zimmer abgebucht, welche ich immer noch nicht wiederbekommen habe. Das Bad ist sehr dreckig. Der Müll im Gemeinschaftsbad wurde innerhalb von einer Woche nie geleert und da man nichts in die Toilette werfen sollte, lag überall benutztes Toilettenpapier rum. Das Apartment liegt sehr außerhalb und es gibt nicht wirklich etwas in der Nähe. Um in die Innenstadt zu kommen muss man immer 20min Taxi fahren.

Chiamo la struttura, scrivo, mando e-mail: NESSUNA RISPOSTA PERVENUTA. Cerco a questo punto, dato che sembrava impossibile annullare, di chiedere le info per il check-in automatico: ancora una volta, NESSUNA RISPOSTA. Scopro che la cifra è il risultato di tantissimi costi aggiunti nascosti assurdi e, l'albergo, non è pervenuto. Temo per assurdo che tutte queste recensioni positive siano false (?). Contatto Booking per l'assistenza ma anche loro non sono riusciti a darmi una risposta. Sono senza parole, non mi è mai successo niente di simile. AGGIORNAMENTO: 1. Trovo estremamente spiacevole constatare che abbiate letto i miei messaggi senza MAI fornire alcuna risposta. Ho provato a contattarvi tramite Booking, WhatsApp e anche telefonicamente, senza ricevere alcun riscontro. Inoltre, quanto da voi affermato non corrisponde al vero: dispongo di tutti i messaggi come prova. Vi avevo segnalato di aver ricevuto un addebito significativamente superiore rispetto al prezzo della camera, dovuto alla presenza di costi nascosti molto elevati, e avevo chiesto se fosse possibile cancellare la prenotazione. Successivamente, compreso che la cancellazione non era possibile data la non-risposta, vi ho immediatamente richiesto almeno le informazioni necessarie per effettuare il check-in automatico, dato che sarei arrivata in tarda notte. Ormai avevo pagato questa cifra, tanto valeva utilizzare la stanza. Anche in questo caso, NON HO RICEVUTO ALCUNA RISPOSTA. 2. In realtà, ho letto dalle recensioni negative che altri utenti si sono lamentati di situazioni simili. Viaggio da 5 mesi e alloggio ogni sera in albergo e ostelli, non ho mai avuto esperienze negative, dunque se questo è il tentativo di farmi passare come una truffatrice, mi spiace, non è così. 3. In realtà il mio procedimento di segnalazione con Booking è tutt'ora aperto. Tutto. Sono rimasta da sola, di notte nel bel mezzo di Kuala. Esperienza negativa e anche pericolosa dato che sono una ragazza che sta viaggiando da sola. Nessun tipo di assistenza e/o risposta dall'albergo e nemmeno da Booking.

Located in a good area that so close to the train station, super convenient to go everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped either basic cooking tools and living hall is cozy and spacious. Very clean and safe and quiet.

• Vaughan (1/5): Overpriced - An okay location being near a train station though the accomodation was far away from any decent Metropolitan area so nowhere enjoyable to walk to. The gym had an erg but it was not maintained. I was charged more than three times the cost of the room in hidden fees. The cleaning fee was charged daily but the room wasn’t cleaned daily. I was staying in a single room but was charged the same as another guest in a queen room with ensuite. There was no toilet paper only bidet and a sign above the toilet saying 200 myr fine for flushing toilet paper. The accomodation was three separately rented rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. There were also two security cameras in the lounge. I expected a little more privacy. The balcony doesn’t face the twin towers but faces in the opposite direction. I could see the twin towers from a small window in my room but it wasn’t much of a view. There was no water filter unlike other accomodation I have stayed in. The kitchen seemed under equipped and the rubbish bin was out on the balcony. There was no A/C units in the lounge and the one in the bedroom was very loud that I could not sleep with it on. The train going past was even louder. At least it stopped between the hours of 12pm and 6am. I am not sure how you are meant to check-in when the key is in the room and I never met the owner. I followed another guest into the building. I had to barter checkout time. If a checkout time is posted it should be respected and I shouldn’t be messaged to feel hurried out of the building.

Wanted to extend for a month for my father in law but they got other bookings already. Location so good with all restaurants amd convenience stores nearby, just downstairs. The price was also good considered end of December while facilities were good and adequate for him. The staff also friendly, no restrictions at all, free to use swimming pool and gym. Highly recommended!
• Mirkoyuhuan (1/5): Avoid this place - Nothing to like Long list. - The place is much more expensive than what you can get elsewhere. You can get an entire studio in a better location for the same price. - Here you are just booking 1 room in an apartment, and besides your little small room it feels like you have no privacy at all. Random people can enter the house at any time. Apartment doors can be unlocked. - Camera pointing at you in the living room at all times. Living room with no TV or AC. - Ants literally everywhere - Noise: Subway passes right besides you, prepare being woken up at 6am, if you are able to sleep - Bedroom AC noisy. And also for 1 week you have an AC allowance of 40kW. You use 8Kw for 8 hours of sleep at 22 C. Not gonna last a whole week. And they even tell you that well everything else like fans and gas you can use how much you want. But not AC. They have 3 AC meter counters at the entrance, 1 for each room. Never seen something like this. - Place is much older than what the photos show - A million rules for a very low level place Trust me, don't book here, book elsewhere, much better at the same or better price.

Complained after charging for cleaning was not worth the value i paid for at signature hotel (the best with daily housekeeping and much less). Disappointed with cost at condo cf with hotel service all inclusive. Will never book into share apartment or condo. Not clean after other guests used facilities. I don’t cook when on holiday just kettle for hot drinks. Signature hotel has all facilities and daily housekeeping change of towels. Not daily housekeeping esp after guest left.

• Rayhane (10/5): Wonderful - The location. Very convenient to travel with red train station. Also bus stop is available with 2-3 minutes walking distance. Plus there is a 24 hour convenience shop. The room was equipped with daily necessities.

Distancia larga del centro, no se ven la torres es mentira, te vas a dejar en taxis para verlas unos 10€ por viaje en bolt, para eso coge algo que cuesta 5€ mas en el centro, ademas hay un ruido muy fuerte todo el dia esto esta al lado de una estacion de tren y da todo el eco de la avenida que esta al lado tambien no podia ni hablar por telefono! Had to sneak behind residents to enter the building through the automated door. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable. 2- host charged RM 100 deposit from me, while charged RM 50 deposit from another guest. 3- windows old and not tight. couldn’t sleep due to the noise from the main road and trains. 4- host attitude extremely unprofessional. Kept writing to me back and forth arguing over RM 100 deposit, which made my trip unpleasant. I was asked multiple times to leave the property and had to remind her that I have a paid confirmed booking. Felt scary 😦 5- a surveillance camera installed inside the apartment. The host asked me many times to inform other guests to close the door for example or ask them to leave. Very embarrassing and conformational. 6- toilet cleanliness. 7- high floor in high rise building. if you don’t like heights. Floor 19

The place didn't have any soup or shower gel to take showers and had to ask for another towel although I booked for 2 people he didn't prepare really bad service. Later I got another towel.they charge you for air conditioning so guys be careful !!oh they are so generous they give you 30 KW per week if you staying 1 day or 2 you are fine.really bad experience.and it's not cheap either I paid 257.89 plus taxes and they took 29 RM from the deposit for the air conditioner so total around 286 approximately.you could get in kl sentral something nice with these price oh and 24 hour free charge air conditioner.and also one of the light wasn't even working.

• Georg (7/5): Nice apartment about 30 minutes from the center for an ok price. - Nice view, spacious and comfortable shared living room, responsive host, clear instructions and smooth check in, clean apartment. Missing some utensils - very limited tableware and cooking stuff, not even mugs for drinking coffee. General maintenance of the apartment could be slightly more up to speed.
