- Gregory (10/5): Very comfortable, secure accommodation in a great location with fabulous public transport access. - Great location! This apartment is just a short walk from the Metro Station (Basilica San Paolo) which connects with Roma Termini (Central Station) and a host of attractions including the Colosseum. Other attractions are easily reached by changing lines at Termini. The station is also a stop on the Metromare (the urban train line that connects to Rome's seaside neighbourhood). It is just two stops on the Metro (or one on the Metromare) to the EUR (Europa) district of Rome (and the conference centre that was the site of a conference I attended). It is also just a sort walk to the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls (one of Rome's four major papal basilicas). It was a very easy transfer from the apartment to the airport by Metro and train. The hosts (Manuela and Riccardo) were extremely helpful and accommodating and made sure that we settled in and had everything that we needed. It was a very hot week in Rome and the air-conditioning was very effective! It was also nice to have a balcony. The apartment is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The nice kitchen and the fully automatic washing machine made our 8-night (combined business and leisure) stay very comfortable. Everything was as it was described in the Booking.com listing. It was all very much to our liking.
- John (10/5): Lovely apartment, close to Metro station. - This is a very comfortable apartment, spotlessly clean, with a good kitchen (with all the expected equipment) and a table, a good bathroom and a bedroom. The bed is very comfortable. And there is a washing machine, with a clothes airer for drying (and pegs). There is also a double sofa bed in an alcove off the kitchen. The apartment is close to Basilica San Paolo metro station, about 300 metres. There are good restaurants nearby, and an excellent breakfast cafe almost next door (Neroli). There is a good supermarket less than 100 metres away. There is no parking, other than on the street. We didn’t have a car, so we cannot give an assessment of the parking difficulty. The apartment hosts are excellent, very helpful - nothing is too much trouble. And they both speak good English. The apartment is not in the main tourist zone, but that is very easily accessible on the metro. Highly recommended. Nothing.

- Beka (10/5): The best apartment, the best hosts - My family and I are delighted 🤩 The apartment is very good. Clean, comfortable, very cute. The apartment has everything for a family. The apartment is in the best location, near St. Paul's Basilica, metro station. It is a very cozy area, quiet and beautiful. We have visited many countries, but I have never had such hosts. Manuela and Riccardo are the best, very warm and lovely, true Italians. They bought a baby carriage for my little son. I am very happy, we will come back to this apartment again❤️ There is nothing negative about this apartment
- Fuad (10/5): Exceptional - This is very nice, clean and comfortable appartment with all appliances that you might need for a family stay. Location is very close to St. Paolo metro station and you can easily reach the center, also there are supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants around 100m. The owner Manuela was just great during our stay in Rome, she helped us a lot on the arrival and was always online via whatsapp for any request. Everything was great

- Faruk (10/5): Exceptional - I was with my family on a trip to Rome (2 adults,2 kids) and we stayed 6 nights in this apartment. Location: It is outside Rome center but just next to Metro station Basilica S.Paulo so you can reach Colloseo in 4 stations and 10 minutes. Within 200m from apartment you can find everything you might need (supermarket, coffe shops, restaurants, bakery etc.) Apartment: Very clean and nice apartment on 1st floor of building with elevator. One king bed in separate bedroom and sofa bed in spacious dinning room/kichen. Full equiped kichen with all appliances. Great and very clean bathroom with nice shower and hot water. Air condition as well. High speed wi fi. Hosts: This is family owned apartment and they are all very very nice people. Communication was great all the time before we arrived. Upon our arrival they welcomed us, helped us with luggage and gave us all information we needed. They were always available on whats up for anything you might need. Highly recommended. Everything was great!
- מיכל (6/5): Great, except for the stink in the apartment - The location was fine, the price good, and the hosts very pleasant. The room was big, and we had a small kitchen with coffee, tea, and even complimentary snacks. There was a bad smell in the apartment, perhaps a problem with the sewage
- Hare (10/5): Very convenient location and clean and up to standards with personable owner. - Location was very close to the metro. Apt was inside a business type area where there were may pizzarias/sweet shops and a Tigre grocery store across the street. It was close to several places where you could eat such as a McDonalds, chinese, kebab diner, pizza,etc. Fresh vegetable markets were close also. Kitchen was simple yet contained most everything you needed to prepare simple meals; Contained a microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Owner left a few pods and instant coffee and two sweets and toasts and milk and water for convenience. No oven in kitchen and refrigerator was small with no freezer. No biggie, just would have been a wee bit more convenient.

- Branko (9/5): Great place to spend few days in Rome and enjoy Italian hospitality - Host was very nice and helpfull. He contacted us before arrival, and was there to wait for us and handle keys. Any request we had, he vas happy to help. Room was clean. WiFi high speed internet working perfectly. Location is good - very close to metro station, so travelling around Rome was easy. There is everything you need close to the appartment - supermarkets, nice Italian coffee shop with beatiful and friendly stuff and great cappucinno. What more can you ask :) Room had no balcony/terrace, which I would appreciate it had. I believe same host has another appartment with balcony, so if you can choose, maybe ask for "the other".
- Ryo (10/5): A cosy room - A cosy room for singles or couples, run by very friendly hosts. It's very clean and well equipped. The room is outside the tourist area. However, it is easy to get around as the metro station is only a few minutes walk away. Sometimes the bathroom drains would smell.
