• Karen (9/5): - The apartment is in a fresh new building in an older quiet residential neighborhood. Parking in a covered underground garage was a HUGE plus! It was comfortable stay that we enjoyed. Ilgi is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. The apartment has a few things that need minor fixes, and a few extra supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen would be helpful. No reason not to stay here...this apartment was a quiet reprieve for us!

Apartament duży, dobre meble, komfortowy, nowy. Bezpłatny parking podziemny. Dwie łazienki! Mała uwaga co do czystości, ale czy to ze względu na moją pedantyczną naturę, czy faktycznie - nie wiem. 😁 Dla mnie zbyt miękkie materace, ale co kto lubi.

• Lauma (10/5): Superb stay - The style and how everything was thought about. We had a fantastic time. The location was close to town, had a lift so my disabled sister was very happy. The host was very helpful and friendly, we loved it here. Everything was absolutelly amazing.

È molto pulito, dotato di ogni cosa, e si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo a tanti ristoranti e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla famosa Piazza Skanderbeg. Igli, il proprietario, è molto gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Raccomando sicuramente il New Bazar Apartment ai miei amici! 🔝😃 Nulla
• Helen (8/5): Gute Wohnung für ein Städtetrip nach Tirana! - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral hat einen eigenen Parkplatz und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Für drei Tage Tirana mit Kind perfekt. Der Inhaber ist superfreundlich und reagiert sofort. Die Betten waren mir persönlich etwas zu weich und die Bettwäsche war leider aus polyester und teilweise abgenutzt. Wenn die ausgetauscht werden würde wäre es ne 10/10. ist aber auch jammern auf hohem Niveau.

• Jo (7/5): - Great location, undercover parking, owner is nice and overall a good unit. The property description is not correct. We had a group of five, there were only three beds and one person had to sleep in lounge on a mattress. The unit requires more cutlery and cups.
• Ngaire (9/5): Loved the location! - The apartment location within the Old Town is fabulous! Our host was helpful and responsive and gave us lots of great tips on things to do and places to eat. The kitchen is well stocked and the refrigerator is full size. You can hear the crowds in the squares below and I enjoyed that atmosphere. There is way too much furniture is this small space and that makes it difficult to find a spot to store our suitcases and event to use the dining table when we had 2 visitors. There are 3 flights of skinny stairs to get suitcases up - which would be difficult for anyone elderly or physically impaired.
• Peter (10/5): Great apartment and great location - This is a new property and is very secure. There is a lift, so it doesn't matter what floor you are on. There are a bakery and supermarket in the same street which is convenient. It is a very short walk to the New Bazaar which has plenty of restaurant options. Certainly not a criticism. A toaster for travelers to make breakfast would be easier than using the grill on the oven and a safety deposit box (even though the building and apartment both have triple deadlock doors) would be small. improvements.
• Dom V (10/5): Logement récent, bien situé et agréable. - Propriétaire sympathique qui parle bien Français, avec qui nous avons bien discuté de la vie en Albanie, de la ville de Tirana ... une rencontre agréable. Le logement est bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied de la belle place Skanderbeg. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et adapté pour deux couples comme nous l'étions. Le parking privé en sous-sol est un atout important. Un supermarché et une boulangerie dans la rue à deux minutes à pied. Rien.

• Thom (9/5): Nice place - Good instructions to check in, easy to follow even at 2 in the morning. The place is big and well equipped, good to have 2 bathrooms. It’s quiet, so you can sleep well. Although it’s not totally central, the neighbourhood is really nice and a great introduction to Albania, and the centre is an easy walk away. Recommended. The wardrobes are full of bedding, which makes storing things tricky. The second bathroom has nowhere to hang towels, a bit irritating. Very soft beds in the second bedroom.

• Aurelija (8/5): Good for one night stay - Good location, very easy to contact the host as they used WhatsApp. Almost all needed facilities and amenities, good balance between price and quality. Some issues with getting the key. Both ACs use the same remote so it took a while to figure out, not enough trashcans for a family of 5, some furniture was a little bit broken and old. Good place for a one night stay.

Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass der Betreiber mich kurz nach dem Buchen kontaktiert hat und mir per Maps den genauen Standort zugl. Bilder und Videos gesendet hat. Wir sind nachts angereist, daher problemlos gefunden. Die Matratzen waren schon etwas durch aber noch ok.

• Taulant (10/5): New apartment, clean, good location and exceptional host. - The apartment was in a good location near the centre just a short walking distance from all amenities, Toptani shopping centre, Tirana’s Castle, entertainment, clubs and restaurants. The host Igli was very polite, friendly and very helpful. He gave us clear instructions how to enter at the property as it was a self-service where you get the keys from e secure locker which was installed at the trunk of the tree in front of the building. The property was exceptionally clean, modern, designed with contemporary style and our stay was very comfortable and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely re-visit again in the future.

Great pizza and coffee close by, as well as an old school barber (recommended for a straight shave). Modern Comforts: The apartment itself sports a modern minimalist style that feels both luxurious and homey. Everything feels brand new and thoughtfully designed. From the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious living areas, every detail caters to comfort and convenience. Netflix provided! Amenities Galore: Free WiFi, secure parking, air conditioning in every room made my stay hassle-free. The presence of private parking in such a central location is a massive plus, ensuring safety and ease of access to your vehicle. Cleanliness & Comfort: The cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable. Each room, especially the bathrooms with their bidets, showcases a commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. The beds were comfortable, offering a restful sleep with the city's gentle hum as a backdrop. Value for Money: For what you get, the price feels like a steal. The quality of accommodation, combined with its location and services, provides exceptional value. It's not just about staying in Tirana; it's about experiencing it like a local but with luxury. Staff & Service: Although it's an apartment, the service feels like that of a high-end hotel. Igli and his wife were friendly, helpful, and added a personal touch to the stay. They went out of their way to help me get my car fixed in town!

Apartment itself is modern and has a washing machine and space on a small balcony to hang Missing a few amenities from kitchen so if you plan to cook you may struggle. Stove and oven, dishwater etc are all modern and work well though - just a small improvement

Right in the heart of the New Bazaar only few minutes walk from the main square of Tirana and with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It is close to shops and the main attractions of the city. All these places are accessible by walking or by taking the bus. The apartment was very clean and tidy upon our arrival and the host was very friendly and easy to reach out in order to communicate. Throughout our stay there we felt welcomed and safe.
