Entramos no quarto limpo, mas não há troca e roupa de cama nem retirada de lixo porque é Airbnb. Mas, gostei . Do banheiro, pois no primeiro dia tomei banho e água vazou pelo corredor e tive que secar tudo e nao usar chuveiro no dia seguinte, até consertarem. O que ocorreu rapidamente.z

MERCEDES (6/5): No tuvimos una buena experiencia. - La ubicación, las amenidades, las albercas para niños y el acceso a la playa estuvieron muy bien. Lo malo es que la habitación estaba en muy malas condiciones, la cama tenía dos almohadas en muy mal estado, el colchón está muy viejo y apenas le ponen el cubre colchón y una sábana encima, la colcha estaba muy vieja. El baño está en muy mal estado, todo se ve viejo y con sarro. Esperaba algo en mejor estado por el precio que se pagó.

Annars hade vi inte fått tillgång till kodlåset till lägenheten. Lite svårt att hitta då det inte har rätt namn. Krångligt att få tillgång till kodlås. Massa känslig personlig information behövde lämnas i förväg. Samt att de tog extra betalt innan överlämning samt tog en stor deposit. Vore önskvärt att lösa allt och betala allt via bookings.com vilket är det man vill när man reser. Onödigt dyr städavgift.

Al no tener personal presencial se manejan todo virtual. Uno busca descansar y tener la mente en blanco y al menos a mi me pareció muy excesivo.

Nancy (9/5): Comfortable accommodations in a great location - The size of the room is quite large. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase. Jorge was very accommodating. When the room was too warm; he was able to help me cool it off. There was only one towel for the shower and with my long hair I was not able to towel dry it. There was one beach towel and it did not dry overnight. Neighbors were very noisy.

If you want you can pay for a day pass to have access to all the facilities. The instructions were clear but it takes quite some time to read all however the hosts were very responsive except after the check out. Isso é falta grave de transparência. O local é vendido como “resort”, mas não oferece nada disso. O hotel ao lado não reconhece os hóspedes dessas unidades, e somos abordados o tempo todo para comprar day pass de 1.700 pesos. A experiência é confusa, desagradável e totalmente diferente do anunciado. O apartamento está em péssimo estado, com manutenção precária. Cobram até por toalha de piscina e os itens da geladeira têm preços abusivos. A estadia não corresponde ao anúncio e considero que o anúncio induz o consumidor ao erro. Martin (9/5): - The room is large and clean, and the bathroom is also clean, modern, and has a large shower. There is a small fridge and an electric tea pot provided. It was quiet in the condo, good for sleeping. The compound includes two swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs and is also on the beach which is beautiful. There is a water play area for small children. We found all of this excellent. Communication with management of condo was likewise excellent. The condo is at an all-inclusive resort, so as we were not part of that package, we had no food or drink at the resort. Not being able to access any of the restaurants without buying into the package made things a bit awkward, but can be worked around. There are some snacks and drinks in condo one can purchase, but the price is 8-10 times what one would pay at the store. There is a mall directly across street with numerous restaurants and a grocery store app. a kilometer away, all of which is detailed in info. given by condo.

Alfredo (10/5): Excelente Anfitriones!!! - Lo que más nos gustó fue la empatía de Jorge y Nancy nuestros anfitriones, nos solucionaron un tema de tarjeta que realmente pensé que no lo harían sin embargo siempre estuvieron al pendiente la habitación un lujo realmente tal cual lo detallan, volvería siempre, totalmente recomendable!!! No hubo nada que no nos gustara!!
Marsela (7/5): - So, las instalaciones de la alberca y la playa muy bien, la ubicación es muy buena por que puedes ir cerca al Oxxo al seven, y a la isla Falta de agua caliente en la regadera, y no limpiaron el cuarto
James (3/5): Not worth the few bucks you save. - Picked for location and was next to beach and shopping. This was true. Bed small and backwards wider than long and its the hardest bed I have ever experienced.Took the sheets of to check that it was actually a mattress. 74" length 78" width. Over 6 ft tall will have to sleep sideways. AC didn't work backup AC didn't work. Too much space taken up in room with things they're trying to sell you. There is a mini fridge as advertised but it's full of things they're trying to sell you jam-packed . Cheapest towels you could buy warn old . 1 bath towel. This one is most important. They don't tell you the actual name of where you're staying at " condos at the beach". I understand the name being opaque pre-booking. The name of the place is Park Royal but they don't tell you that they just give you an address. Airport transfers could not find the place because they never heard of it because after you get your room assignment they don't tell you the actual name of the place. You're going to figure it out when you get there. Why don't they just tell you the name of the place? Was in the middle of the night with driver trying to find it. Furniture was literally children's rooms furniture. Bathroom tile is 3/16 inch above hall floor. I hope my toe nail grows back. Checkout was hassle. Charged for makeup on face towel no problem but they could buy 10 of those towels for that money. Bring towels. They offer service to have room picked up for $40. For the stay? No per day. A housekeeper in Cancun gets paid $2 an hour. The lighting is bright white florescent task lighting.

Roxane (7/5): - L'hôtel est très bien placé, l'accès direct à la plage est génial. De l'autre côté de la rue se trouve une zone shopping et restaurant très appréciable. La chambre est propre et simple. La piscine pour enfants est géniale. Il y a aussi une piscine pour adultes uniquement. Les formalités pour entrer dans l'appartement une fois la réservation faite sont très lourdes, un questionnaire rigide jusqu'à devoir donner son heure de départ avant même d'être arrivé. Peu chaleureux c'est dommage. L'annonce de la chambre indique qu'il y a 2 restaurants mais seules les personnes qui ont souscrit la formule all inclusive peuvent en profiter.

JOAO (6/5): Custo x benefício bom, ótima localização e ruim de processos. - Como era apenas uma noite para aguardarmos o voo no dia seguinte, gostei da localização. Checkin extremamente burocrático e confuso, faltou gentileza por parte de uma das pessoas com quem interagimos.
Wendy (4/5): Nooit meer,zelfs niet voor 1 nacht! - Locatie Dicht bij luchthaven Jonge man die werkte in lobby om bagage weg te zetten terwijl we wachtten op de kamer Kamer, vochtig, hard matras, zoon van 15 jaar moest op opblaasbaar matras slapen GEEN internet, probleem gemeld, wisten ervan maar daar stopte het ook Vroege check out 11u Als je geen dure dagpass kocht, geen mogelijkheid tot ontbijt en restaurants in de buurt openen pas om 11u Check in/lobby heel druk + wanordelijk,alles wordt online geregeld dus moet een ramp zijn voor oudere mensen! Prijs aangegeven op booking komt niet overeen met actuele prijs!
Shani (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Cancun! The place was big, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was super nice and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We truly wish we had booked more nights—it was that good! We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! Totally value for money! Everything was perfect

Jesus (10/5): Excellent value for your money - The property is perfectly located within a beach resort that offers all the amenities, making it an ideal choice for families. The beach is amazing, the pools are very nice and they offer activities for children and adults. Be aware that the condo doesn’t include the resort’s all-inclusive options, these must be paid for separately, and the cost can add up quickly. You can buy and bring your own stuff though.
Ashley (10/5): Great family spot - Has 3 pools adult , family and kid pool with water slides. A Mayan ruin, also beach front . The host was excellent and had great communication skills. There are lots of things accessible across the street such as movie theater and pharmacy. You can opt in for the all inclusive package which we did . We had an excellent stay for our 3 days two nights. And would definitely recommend to friends and family. We also used the transportation recommended by host which was good as well.
Amanda (8/5): Great price and plan to stay again! - Great location! Right across from the mall, could jump on the bus easily! The hotel had 3 pools, lots of beach chairs, plenty of spots to refill your water bottle and a little store to buy things. I had a king bed and really like that there was also a comfortable chair to relax on and two smaller chairs with a little side table. Previous comments said the resort was aging and I could tell but that doesn’t affect your stay! I had to contact the owner for two small issues and they were prompt to reply! Super busy, lots of kids, little noise control between the units- you can hear everything going on in the hallways and rooms around you! They provide a few snacks and drinks in the room but for a charge- I do think waters should be included.
Leah (7/5): Very good stay - We had a deluxe room and this was a great size! Nice and big and the bed was really comfortable. Extra bonus of the smart tv. Everything cleaned and well maintained. The resort was nice but there aren’t many options for food opposite the resort, the shopping centre has basic chain restaurants. Location was great - only a bus ride from Cancun centre, the bus is cheap and the stop outside the apartment. The host is really responsive. The only issue we had was with the resort - beds are reserved all day with no one sitting on them and there aren’t many to begin with in comparison to the amount of people staying. We would have liked to have paid for all inclusive but felt this was an expensive daily charge. We are good customers and although it was great the communication with the owner we sometimes felt this was too much in the lead up to the stay.

Vikki (5/5): Pay more, stay somewhere else. - Good location It smells! It is apparently something they put in the air conditioning unit but it takes your breath away & chokes you. They also have an inclusive package at the resort that you can buy separately as this apartment is an Airbnb. You must buy the inclusive package for all people staying in the apartment so if you are traveling with adult children or friends & you want to do different things on different days you can’t buy the package. You cannot buy drinks at the bar if you do not have the inclusive package, they will not even give you a water! You cannot use the laundry service which was an additional cost anyway as it is Airbnb. You are treated pretty badly if you do not purchase the all inclusive armband. All inclusive is not something common in Australia so was very new to us, we were happy to purchase at $120US a day but as we were traveling with adult children we wanted to do different things it didn’t really work out for us. E.g my husband and I did a 13 hour day trip so where not in the resort from 7am to 8pm, our adult children were unable to purchase the all inclusive wristbands for the day & have a resort day as you had to buy for every person in the room regardless of if you wet there or not. Considering it is a self contained apartment the facilities were not that great.
Haim (1/5): Bad - The hot tub doesn’t work!! and very dirty ! No washing machine although in the reservations says I will getting. All the ceiling in the living room are crumbling.
Roger (3/5): Overvalued and underperforming - Location,access to pool and beach This was only a hotel room ,not a condo. Dishes had to be washed in the bathroom. Stained towels needed to be changed at request and we received.. stained towels. Pkus a noticeable warnibg that if we stain or rip the towels we would be fined. We asked for a 3rd bed and were offered an inflatable mattress...only to find out it was deflating because it had a hole. We were told the "deflatable" mattress was "new" and no effort to do anything. As a result pretty much sleeping on the floor. A room in need of at least a makeover. Not recommendable at all

Anastasia (10/5): Great value! - The location was perfect, it was also located on an all inclusive resort. You can get an all inclusive pass by day, which we thought was a good value instead of just buying all days. The owner is very responsive especially if there is an issue. The room was a bit outdated, but it really wasn't an issue for us since we spent a lot of our time at the pool or the beach.
Rebecca (1/5): RUN AWAY FAST. DO NOT STAY HERE. - Nothing. Room was unsanitary and not as described. Room was unsanitary and not as described. The "2nd" bedroom is a part of the living room sectioned off with a curtain. There were blood and semen stains everywhere. Holes in the curtains, the bed was hard as concrete. Rust on the washer and in the shower area. Door knob was not correctly installed and very wobbly. Chairs were severly cracked. Outlets without face covers. We had a 1 year old with us, so not only was everything disgusting it was also unsafe. I should have read the reviews more closely. They are all bad. Do not stay here!
