- Aaron (9/5): Excellent stay. Villa was clean and tidy. - The location close by to family and the fact the private swimming pool was right outside our front door! Could have been 2 extra bath towels but it was a minor as we just bought some from the local market cheap enough.
- Karin (5/5): Eigentlich schöne Unterkunft, wenn sie sauber wäre - Die Lage, für La Marina Urbanisation. Schöne großzügige Trasse, mit Blick auf den schön angelegten Innenhof. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen: Supermarkt, diverse Restaurants, Banken Das Bett/die Matratze Extra Dusche + Toilette beim Schlafzimmer (1.Stock) Modernisierte schöne Bäder. Sie war nicht gereinigt. Alte Urinflecken und diverse unterschiedliche Haare unter der Toilettenbrille auf der Toilette in beiden Bädern. Nur angebrochenes Toilettenpapier. Mehr nicht. Keine Reinigungsartikel im Haus, mussten von uns gekauft werden, um die Toiletten zu reinigen. Nach meiner Meldung, bekam ich die Telefonnummer von der Reinigungskraft. Im 1. Step hat sich der Eigentümer nicht gekümmert, sondern hat es an mich abgegeben. Danach bekam der Eigentümer auch Fotos… Freitag eingezogen, Sonntag kam die Putzfrau, und hat nicht alles abgestritten und nicht nachgesteuert. Wir reden hier nicht über Flecken auf dem Boden -Starker Kloake-Geruch im Bad(Erdgeschoss) - soll laut Eigentümer aber ein Problem in der Straße sein. -Kühlschrank nicht ganz ok -Brotkrümel im Toaster und Backofen. -Nur kleine Töpfe. -Haare auf dem Tresen, sowieso überall. -Chips-Reste auf dem Sofa. -Der Eigentümer hat sich mit einer kostenlosen Verlängerungsnacht entschuldigt, was keinen Sinn macht, wenn man abfliegt. Eine Erstattung wurde abgelehnt und mir genervt angeboten, das Haus zu verlassen oder sein Angebot anzunehmen. Schade, da es sonst eine schöne Unterkunft ist.
