• Sebastián (7/5): Agradable y preciso. - El desayuno bueno sobre todo para engañar el estómago, céntrico, buen internet, cumple con lo que yo esperaba del lugar en general. Los baños no se cerraban bien las puertas, el agua costaba regularla para que no saliera hirviendo o congelada, y creo que al menos unas de las piezas más chicas debería tener una cama matrimonial.

• Gretchen (9/5): So hospitable and relaxing!! - I stayed in a double twin bed room and it was quite spacious and was very comfortable!! Breakfast was very good and was set out at a time most convenient for me which was very nice! The staff were very communicative and super hospitable, they even let me store my bags after I checked out with no issue. Would 100% recommend!! Bathrooms weren’t attached to this room but were just right down the hall and were very clean!

• Andrew (5/5): Hôtel vieillot - La gentillesse de la hôte et les petits déjeuners Bonjour nous sommes restés une nuit. L hôtel est vraiment vieillot. Les chambres sont grandes et donc difficile à chauffer. La salle de bain est minuscule mais il y a de l’eau chaude. Le petit déjeuner était très sympa et l hôte très accueillant. Les chambres donnent dans le couloir de l entrée et ne sont pas insonorisés. Je n’ai pas réussi à mettre un avis sur booking alors que j’ai réservé par eux. Les avis sont vraiment sur coté par rapport aux conforts.

• Sara (2/5): Nie wieder - Obwohl wir der Unterkunft unsere Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt haben, mussten wir 20 Minuten im Regen warten, bis endlich jemand kam und uns aufgesperrt hat. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und das Frühstück ähnelt einem Hungermal. Jeder kriegt, wenn der Inhaber sich nicht verzählt, 2 Scheiben weißen Toast und 50 ml von Saft, Yoghurt und Milch. Es ist extrem hellhörig. Der Inhaber wohnt über den Zimmern und man hört nicht nur jeden Schritt, sondern er telefoniert auch gerne jeden Abend bis nachts lautstark in der Küche.

• Francisco (2/5): Mala disposición y cobros extras - Que acepta mascotas En Booking me cobraba un precio, luego al llegar en horas de la madrugada, por ser fuera de la hora de checkin me cobran casi el doble, en ninguna parte aparece que cobran extras, la atención del recepcionista muy mala, poquísima ayuda, estábamos con muchas maletas y veníamos agotados, el recién se despertaba, nos culpaba por la hora de llegada y nos cobra el doble. La habitación muy pequeña, no tenía toallas. El desayuno muy deficiente, el recepcionista escuchaba música en sus audífonos y poco servicial mientras tomábamos desayuno. No fue una buena experiencia

• Pam_Pam (1/5): - Limpeza estava ok e é uma boa localização As instalações estão velhas e decadentes. O quarto não tinha uma boa iluminação. Apenas tem um black out como cortina, não tem privacidade nenhuma. A janela da para um pátio em obras. A casa de banho faz muito barulho. E se quiser descansar, não venha definitivamente para aqui, pois há muito barulho (tavam a aspirar às 23h). A porta deixa passar a luz do corredor. E o pequeno almoço é péssimo.

• Eve (10/5): Charming, comfortable, amazing hosts - Less like being a guest in a hotel and more like being a guest in a private house with the best host ever. The hotel is a huge house with loads of charm, the room was big, high ceilings, really comfortable beds and a lovely en suite with a great shower. The owner could not do enough for us and even though there was a significant language barrier we somehow managed to communicate. 2 enthusiastic dogs greeted our arrival but didn’t bother us after. Overall such an enjoyable stay The breakfast wasn’t great but considering everything else and the great price I think it’s a fabulous hotel

• Niko (10/5): - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, es war sauber und das Frühstück war gut. Wir konnten sogar morgens um drei vor einer Tour schon frühstücken und uns wurde alles bereitgestellt. Die Lage ist auch top. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und einfach toll. Danke 😊. Die Hunde sind auch süß. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Una semana antes me contacte directamente con los propietarios (la hija) para comentarles que necesitaba habitación con baño privado porq iba con una menor . Me confirmó cambio y aumento de tarifa . Ambas cosas dije que si (tengo chats). Llegamos después de 8 horas de manejo, no habían hecho ese cambio, su hermana y papá desconocieron el número y a la persona (por suerte escribí y contesto, demostrándoles que mentian) Además ese celular se publica en booking. Conclusión: nos echaron . Lo que vi, horrible !! Porque tanta puntuación, ni idea......

Breakfast was very good, as were the facilities: hot showers, warm rooms, and very comfy beds. The place is also very well located, so I could walk everywhere from there (close to tour agencies, restaurants, monuments, etc.). If I come back to Punta Arenas, I’ll definitely stay here again 😊 All was great
• Maria Alejandra (9/5): Nice place in Punta Arenas - It’s located close to the main attractions, many restaurants and coffee shops near by. The bedroom was clean and beds were comfortable. We could use the kitchen for cooking and storing our food. The staff was super friendly. They allowed us to keep our stuff in the hostal after check out. The owner picked us up at the airport and even drove us to the supermarket to buy food. He gave us nice suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The owner was always available at any time, even very late at night I was able reach him. The WiFi worked in the rooms. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Based on the reviews I was expecting something else. Not too many options of fruits, drinks, bread etc. Everything was pre-packed in very small containers that were less than one portion for a person.

• Anshul (10/5): Amazing hosts, great accommodation - Amazing hosts, one of the best. They helped us so much. The place is cozy and comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Bathrooms are also quite good. We felt like living with family. They also helped us get airport transfer. They also saved breakfast for us when we came back from the Penguin tour. Later in the week, even when we were not staying with them, they allowed us to camp at their place for a couple of hours to wait for the airport taxi. The warmth we felt was incredible. Thanks for making the stay memorable for us. Nothing
