• joanne (5/5): - The apartment was very spacious There was no kettle when we arrived but one was supplied the following day, the hairdryer was pointless, the cooker took forever to heat up and the handle is loose on it, and take a guess what setting to cook things on as the symbols are missing, when you tried to use the microwave its balance and drops down on the cooker below, one huge pot to cook everything in, extra pots need to be added smaller ones preferably, the beds are uncountable and the double bed dips in the middle, the clothes airer is broken and had to buy our own pegs, the patio slabs are broken in 2 places, the garden is nice but dont expect any peace of an evening from 4-9.30 as the tennis courts are behind and very noisy, the pool is not heated as suggested. For a self catering apartment things need to be updated and maybe info on getting around the bus service isn't great guaza is the point to catch them .. as for a beach definitely not what we were expecting.

• BEGOÑA (8/5): - La amplitud del apartamento, la terraza, la zona de la piscina se veía muy bonita y confortable ( Pero no llegamos a disfrutarla). Que no hubiese cambio de toallas ( había que lavarlas a la mañana para así poder usarlas de noche y aún así, a veces no estaban bien secas). El secador no estaba en condiciones ( lo intenté usar una vez, ya no más, a los pocos segundos se calentaba y se paraba). También que no hubiese los productos necesarios de limpieza e higiene para la estancia. No me parece normal tener que comprar todo cuando pone que si tiene todo eso. En cuanto a la limpieza, después de ir a hacer una compra he fregado todos los suelos del piso dos veces (el agua del cubo quedaba color chocolate 😓).
• Salvatore (8/5): Ottimo complesso Complimenti - Tutto ottimo,mi avrebbe fatto piacere dí incontrare i proprietari,ma purtroppo non sono lì,però organizzano in modo ottimale per agire tutto in autonomia,la casa è in un complesso eccezionale da raggiungere in pochi minuti di auto tutto il centro sud di Tenerife… L’assicurazione anticovid e stata completamente inutile,infatti non la farò più….

• Luis (4/5): - Unacceptable condition of the apartment: cockroaches, ants, one of the two garden sun loungers with torn fabric, broken dishwasher, broken toilet lids, and one toilet leaking water. Bad smell in the fridge and washing machine detergent drawer dirty. The listing on Booking.com showed private parking, but none was provided, so we had to park on the street. Booking.com provided compensation to our wallet. Do not recommend.
