• Sara (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel in Istanbul - I had a lovely stay at the Golden Arrow Hotel! The rooms were clean, and the terrace was especially lovely. It is located within walking distance of many attractions and the street itself is very charming with many restaurants. Breakfast is good, and the owners are very kind. They even let me store my bag over a weekend. Would stay again! Might be useful to add some shades or curtains to the windows, as the room gets bright early in the morning.
• JURGEN (7/5): Een leuk verblijf, al kan het met een klein beetje reparatie het nog veel beter worden - De spontaniteit van de host. De goeie ligging om alles te bezoeken als je een beetje mobiel bent. De krappe ruimte van de badkamer, de lavabo kraan kon je niet gebruiken omdat er meer water langt de fitting spuit dan dat er water uit de kraan komt. De gewone douchekop hetzelfde. Regendouche werkte naar behoren.

• ELENA (5/5): Buena ubicación, habitación muy pequeña. - Ubicación excelente, a 15 minutos como mucho de la plaza de Sultanameth, los desayunos bastante bien, desayuno turco con cafe turco o té. Variaba algo cada día, aunque la base era la misma (revuelto huevo, aceitunas, ensalada de tomate y pepino.. etc.). Se tomaba en el pequeño bar del alojamiento, digo pequeño porque solo tenia 2 mesas dentro y 4 fuera. El precio es muy económico y si solo lo quieres para dormir por la ubicación merece la pena. Si eres muy exigente este no es tu lugar. La habitación para 3 personas era demasiado pequeña, una cama de matrimonio y una pequeñita, el armario era muy muy pequeño, cabía la ropa como mucho de 2 personas, y casi no teníamos sitio para dejar maletas, calzado etc. El baño diminuto sin ventanas y con una ducha que se salía todo el agua. Había una especie de cocina con un frigorífico pequeño que perdía mucha agua y había que poner toallas o papel. Tuvimos que decirla a la encargada que limpiara porque durante 2 días no paso y 3 personas en una habitación generan suciedad.
• marie-ange (8/5): - L’hôtel est bien situé dans la vieille ville. L’acceuil est formidable aux petits soins. Farouk le propriétaire est très gentil et le personnel aussi. Petit déjeuner typique turc, très bien avant de partir en visite.
• Mo (4/5): - Ko sva prispela v sobo, sva opazila, da je na balkonu drugačen set za sedenje, kot je prikazan na sliki. Na balkonu je tudi stol z blazinami, ki so pokakane od ptčjih drekov, ki jih lastnik nastanitve ne čisti. Drugi dan v nastanitvi, je se lastnik odlocil, da bo na okna v najino sobo nalepik proszorno motno prevleko, takrat je tudi odstanil senčila. Senčila prvi dan na oknih niso zablokirala soncnih žarkov, tako da je zjutraj bilo takoj svetlo, hkrati pa so na balkonu tudi led luči, ki svetiho celo noč, tako da bres maske za spanje ne moreš v sobi spati. Ko so odsttanili sencila iz oken, je bila soba še bolj svetla. Opozarjam tudi, da je namestitev blizu restavracij z živo glasbo, ki je zelo glasna, tako da jo slišiš še do 1:00 zjutraj. Če zelite obiskati nastanitev, svetujem masko za spanje za oki in čepke za ušesa. Določene dneve tudi ni bilo tople vode v kopalnici, kar sklepam, da je posledica premajhnega kotlička za gretje vode. Vsako jutro sva za zajterk dobila drugo hrano, vendar je bil zajterk zelo majhen, kolicina hrane za dve osebi, je bila dovolj samo za eno osebo. Glede na vse naštete pomankljivosti ne bi nikomu priporočala te nastanitve. Sploh pa ni vredna denarja, ki sva ga plačala za njo.

The bathroom was dated, the shower worked well but the sink was leaking water on the floor. There was no window in the bathroom and a very bed smell was coming from the toilet at times.

• Cecile (9/5): Une belle semaine de découverte - Le logement est bien situé, dans un quartier très vivant et agréable, pas très loin des lieux touristiques; le personnel est adorable: toujours souriant, disponible et très accueillant.
• Michal (9/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—within walking distance of many great restaurants and close to the main attractions, which made exploring the area very convenient. There’s also a metro line just around the corner, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were always polite, friendly, and helpful, which really added to the overall positive experience. The room itself was nice and comfortable, although the bathroom was quite small. The only downside was that our room, located on the first floor above the restaurant and facing the street, could be noisy. This may not be an issue for rooms on higher floors, but if you're a light sleeper, we’d recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, it’s a great hotel offering very good value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

• Edina (10/5): Tiszta, szép, tágas és jól felszerelt szoba, remek elhelyezkedés, kedves személyzet - A szállás nagyon jó helyen volt, főleg gyalogosan könnyen megközelíthető, közelben két villamos is. A tulaj nagyon kedves, barátságos, mindig segítőkész és mosolygós volt. Imádtuk a hotelt! Első napokban a reggelit kicsit keveselltük 3 főre, de kérésünkre később erre jobban figyeltek. Azt mondták reggelihez csak tea jár, mert szerettünk volna kávézni is, amire van lehetőség, de felár ellenében. Egyébként minden nagyon finom volt, innen is köszönjük.

Per salire alle camere c’è una scala a chiocciola molto stretta e senza protezione

• Alexander Diaz Rayo (10/5): Recomendado - Llegamos a las 2 am y el propietario nos estaba esperando muy amablemente. La habitación era muy amplía para tres personas, con cocineta y nevera pequeña, camas cómodas y limpias. El desayuno es muy completo. Está en un sector muy encantador, con varios restaurantes. Queda a 15 minutos caminando de los sitios turísticos. Todo estuvo bien.

To oszklona weranda z roletami dzień-noc przez które wszystko widać, krzywymi meblami i zniszczoną armaturą. Spałem tylko jedną noc i zmieniłem hotel. Nigdy więcej! Odradzam zdecydowanie.

• Petra (7/5): Za ty peníze pohodové ubytování. - Klidná lokalita, kde nejezdí auta a nejsou slyšet tolik ani mešity. Malý pokoj se třemi postelemi, ale za účelem vyspání to stačí. Pokoj nám každý den uklidili. V koupelně není žádné aktivní odvětrávání, takže všechna vlhkost jde do pokoje. Zástěna sprchového koutu krátka, takže při sprchování namočíte celou koupelnu, ale to jsou vše detaily, které nejsou důležité. Snídaně strohá, každý den to samé, 3 vajíčka pro 3 lidi, chléb, sýr, olivy, čaj či kafe. Snídá se v malinkém prostoru. Jelikož byla zima, chtěli jsme si zavřít dveře, ale paní je pořád otvírala, takže celou snídani mrznete. Do centra musíte vždy ma kopec, k mostům přes kopec, příště bych volila ubytování spíše na druhé straně.

Teraslı son odada kaldık, manzara oda kadar güzeldi, temizdi ve ihtiyacımız olan her şeye sahipti. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve boldu. Kendimizi rahat hissediyoruz. Sahibi her zaman çok sıcakkanlı ve misafirperverdi, çok mutlu ayrıldık. Teşekkür ederiz ve bir gün geri dönmeyi umuyoruz! Akciğerleriniz iyi değilse, son odayı önermiyoruz🤣

• Okckool (6/5): Expérience globalement très moyenne et en décalage avec la note élevée, je ne peux pas recommander - Très bon emplacement dans un quartier animé et agréable. Chambre cosy et bien décorée. Accueil du patron particulièrement chaleureux, toujours de bonne humeur, offrant volontiers café ou thé. Petit déjeuner loin des standards habituels : pas de pain ni de beurre malgré notre demande, café peu agréable, service peu attentif à nos goûts. Climatisation et douche défaillantes pendant la majeure partie du séjour, isolation phonique insuffisante et salle de bain très exiguë, sans tablette pour poser ses affaires, sans chauffage.

Dejé dinero en las maletas, y de un día para otro, desapareció. Lo comuniqué al dueño del hotel, y me prometió revisarlo. Pero nada más. Perdí mi dinero y la confianza en esta ciudad. Es una lástima que el personal de limpieza, o quien tenga acceso a las habitaciones, robe a las personas que estén alojadas. Imposible aconsejar este " hotel "

• Natalia_Filatova (4/5): Не понравилось совсем - Расположение, приветливый персонал Это не отель 4 звезды, оказалось это апартаменты. Завтраки внизу в кафе, если всё занято внутри (а там посадочных мест 3-4, для всех желающих, мимо проходящих), то садят на улице, там холодно и не уютно. Завтраки жирные, много масла. В комнате очень холодно, обогрев кондиционером не спасал ситуацию, в санузел зайти было невозможно, потому что там температура как на улице. Воды горячей хватило на одного человека и то, голову помыть не удалось. В комнате не очень чисто и совсем не уютно. Сняли другой отель и переехали на следующий день, жаль потраченных и невозвратных денег.

• Beatrice (7/5): Quartiere molto caratteristico ✨ - La struttura è in una zona piena di ristorantini con musicisti che si fermano a suonare e cantare proprio in mezzo ai tavoli il che crea un atmosfera davvero speciale. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione semplice ma piacevole. Purtroppo la camera non era molto pulita e la stanza era più piccola rispetto alle foto. Dietro al letto era pieno di polvere e sembrava fossero state fatte delle pulizie molto superficiali.

• Preeyanut (10/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Das Frühstück schmeckt sehr gut und gibt viele Auswahl. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nichts alles okay.
• Dennis (6/5): Mehr Schatten als Sonne. - Die Lage war perfekt. Mitten im Geschehen. Dazu die Metrostation Kumkapi nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Ganz nett ist die eigene Terrasse oben in der Suite. Das Bett war nicht bequem. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Draußen ist es sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht. Unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitbringen. Die Armaturen im Bad sind teils verrostet. Sieht also nicht schön aus. In der Dusche dauert es ganz schön lange bis mal warmes Wasser kommt. In der Suite in der obersten Etage kann es aktuell nachts und morgens ganz schön kalt werden. Kalte Luft zieht in die Suite rein, vor allem von der Zugangstür her. Die Klimaanlage, mit der auch die Temperatur geregelt werden kann, funktionierte nicht. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr eng. Sturzgefahr. Beschwerlich seinen schweren Koffer dort hoch und runter zu tragen. Das Frühstücksangebot habe ich mir einmal morgens angeschaut, fand ich ganz ehrlich nicht gut.

• Costanza (8/5): alloggio carino in una posizione ottima - lo staff molto gentile, ospitale, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. la posizione ottima davvero, in un quartiere pieno di luci colorate e ristoranti e a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram e dal centro dove ci sono le moschee più famose. stanza fornita di tv smart quindi con Netflix (per me importante perché devo guardare qualche serie tv prima di dormire :D) Avevamo prenotato il trasferimento dall'aeroporto all'hotel ma ci hanno lasciati a piedi... e abbiamo dovuto girare coi trolley cambiando tre metro... non il massimo... però poi si sono scusati e fatti perdonare offrendoci cibo e bevande tipiche. La stanza un po' piccola e poco curata rispetto a quanto mi aspettavo. bagno minuscolo

• Justyna (10/5): Fantastic! - Staff were extremely helpful and kind! Hussein was very helpful throughout my whole stay, felt safe and comfortable all the way as a solo female traveler. Property was charming, romantic vibe decor. Loved the lights, the moonlight visible from my bedroom! the kebabs were delicious, as was the breakfast! Definitely try traditional Turkish breakfast. Wish I stayed longer! It is nearby a vibrant restaurant area, so be sure to get some earplugs if you’re an early sleeper like me. I’m talking 9:30-10pm that’s my bedtime !

• Mari Carmen (7/5): Buena ubicación y buen desayuno - El desayuno es turco y cambia cada 3 días más o menos. Está muy rico, pero no hay dulce. Es servido en mesa, no buffet. Cada día toca lo que toca, no te dan a elegir. Únicamente eliges si quieres té o café, la comida que incluye el desayuno no (a no ser que lo pagues aparte, lógicamente, entonces eliges lo que quieras). El desayuno es en la terracita del bar, que está en la calle, muy cuca, con unas 5 mesas únicamente. La ubicación es muy buena. Aunque está a unos 25 minutos andando de los principales monumentos de la ciudad, se encuentra en una calle animadísima, llenita de restaurantes para turistas. La habitación triple (la 3) es muy bonita, de tamaño estupendo, aunque el baño es minúsculo. La habitación del ático (la 4), es muy pequeña, el baño minúsculo también y tiene una terraza que está muy apañada. Desde allí, a la derecha se ve un poco el mar y los barcos, a la izquierda la calle de restaurantes y enfrente, bastante pegado, hay las habitaciones de un hotel. Uno de los chicos, cuando nos fuimos, nos ayudó con el taxista que nos venía a recoger al hotel, llamándole por teléfono para quedar en un punto de una calle anexa. Para los taxis es complicado llegar hasta allí, no sé si por la calle o por el hotel que es cafetería y se lían. En ningún sitio pone la palabra "Hotel". No hay ningún cartel que lo indique. Más que un hotel en sí, es como un bar con habitaciones. Hay 4 plantas, con 1 habitación por planta. No hay ascensor y la escalera es de caracol sin barandilla, bastante peligrosa yendo cargado con maleta. El chico que te recibe te ayuda a subir el equipaje el día de llegada, pero no a bajarlo el día que te vas. No piden ninguna documentación el día que llegas, para hacer el check in. El desayuno es a las 9h. Entre que te sientas, te lo preparan, etc son las 9h y pico. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta si se quiere ir pronto a visitar algún monumento para evitar las enormes colas. Yo les pedí si se podía desayunar 1 hora antes y me dijeron que no. Los baños de las habitaciones son muy, muy pequeños. Falta un buen mantenimiento en las instalaciones. Se cae la cortina y ahí se queda, el grifo de la ducha está a punto de soltarse y así se queda, las puertas están todas hinchadas del agua que cae y así se quedan, etc etc. La limpieza está normal, pero no mires rincones.

• Matteo.1978 (9/5): Un ottimo soggiorno ad Istanbul! - Posizione ottima: un quarto a piedi da Sultanahmet e vicinissima a molti ristoranti (però da sconsigliare in quanto eccessivamente turistici). Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Camera comoda per tre persone e pulita, solo il bagno era molto piccolo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

• Natalia (8/5): Miło, wygodnie, ale do poprawy - -wygodny materac -wielkość pokoju -w lodówce było kilka opakowań z wodą -czyste ręczniki -syte śniadania (plus i minus) - dobre, ale nigdzie nie było napisane że dostajesz odgornie śniadanie, nie masz wyboru (wzięli pod uwagę to gdy napisałam, że jestem wegetarianka - nie dostawałam mięsa na talerzu) -bardzo miły personel, kontaktowy Booking wylicza ocenę na 8, ja jednak dałabym 7. -śniadania powtarzalne - na 4 dni mieliśmy 2x takie same śniadania, piątego nie jedliśmy ponieważ jechaliśmy wcześnie na lotnisko, uważam że powinna być karta z 4-5 śniadaniami do wyboru dla gości hotelowych. Kawa bardzo niesmaczna, ale mogliśmy wybrać świeży sok z pomarańczy i korzystaliśmy z tego przez resztę dni. -łaźnienka mała i niestety pod prysznicem jest grzyb, z akcesoriów do mycia nie było żelu pod prysznic, tylko szampon. Rano czuć w łazience zapachy śniadania. -brak żelazka (wydaje mi się że jest napisane w udogodnieniach że jest dostępne, dopiero po napisaniu wiadomości je dostałam - szybka reakcja) -polecam wziąć stopery, okolica jest imprezowo-jedzeniowa i czasem było głośno do bardzo pozna
• Алла Олександрівна (9/5): - Готель розташований в чудовому місці, відчувається турецький колорит. До визначних пам'яток можна прогулятися пішки. Персонал привітний. Заселення можливе в будь-який час доби. Сніданки були смачні, особливо омлет з овочами. Дуже брудні рушники, постільна білизна та покривала. В душовій була пліснява та не дуже чисто.
