• Linn (8/5): Rymlig lägenhet med sköna sängar och nära till allt - Fantastiskt läge i centrala Malaga, nära till både shopping, sevärdheter, restauranger samt hamnen och stranden. Riktigt rymlig lägenhet, bra sängar och ett utrustat kök. Vi promenerade överallt, allt vi önskade fanns mycket nära lägenheten. Renoveringsarbete utanför huset, startade tidigt vilket inte var optimalt. En del som använde porten och avspärrningarna för bygget till toalett så det luktade inte så kul vid entrén. Lite mysko lukt i trapphuset. Stod några säckar med tvätt utanför lägenhetsdörren några dagar som försvann efter tre dagar.

• Anna (5/5): Dirty apartment in the heart of Malaga - Location The apartment is quite big The apartment was dirty when we arrived. There was dust everywhere, the windows were very dirty, and the curtains looked like they had never been washed. They were completely gray. The shower did not drain, there was a broken window in the master bedroom, and a broken picture frame in the bathroom. The pillows were dirty too. There was also mold in the closet in the master bedroom. In addition, there is construction work in the building, and guests should be told about it. We will never stay here again.
• Maria Victoria Madonia (8/5): - La ubicacion es excelente, realmente comodo para moverse por Malaga, al lado del casco historico por lo que podes llegar a la entrada en coche. El piso es muy amplio. No se encontraba limpio y no funcionaba correctamente la lavadora, pero se le informo a la administradora y siempre predispuestos a resolverlo. Las toallas son pequeñas y viejas, podrian mejorar eso ya que no es demasiado el costo y hace al confort.
• Cassandra (10/5): This unit catered for every family, great beds, baby cots, great lounge room, excellent kitchen. The - Excellent location short walks to so many attractions, great restaurants and delightfully quite later at night. The old town is great and being opposite the port is a delight. Great views from windows. Communications about where the key was were lacking. Wasn't told and had no idea keys would be kept in thar metal box near the door and how to open it properly. The shower is too small. Turning around can and did turn the water off. I am size 14 to 16.
• Selina (6/5): This apartment is well located but needs some attention to detail - Communication was good. Apartment is in a great location, and is light and airy We all felt the property lacked a bit of TLC. Curtains need to be reattached to the rail, the architrave in the bathroom needs attention and the apartment could do with a lick of paint. Some condiments were available, but hadn’t been checked, as there were ants in the salt container. Bathroom needs some attention, there is an area full of cleaning materials which we all felt needed to be housed elsewhere or put behind a door, (not attractive to look at)and there is a broken window in the large bedroom. A tea towel would have been useful
• Giuseppe (7/5): Good apartment, location spot on in the centre of Malaga and close to the beach. - Location spot on, good communication with the host. Fully equipped. Cleanliness not up to standards. Some problems occurred but host didn’t react quick enough to sort it out.
• KOTB (5/5): Excellent location but the apartment needs maintenance and more work done. - We ONLY liked the location of the apartment and the location ALONE, it was excellent. You’ll enjoy being next to literally all the major touristic spots and central popular areas of malaga. 1) Not properly cleaned, we literally found a half-dead bug on our doorstep and a handful of fleas roaming about. There was also dust and dander all around. More of this mentioned below. 2) A section of the balcony window is shattered, and I know for a fact that the apartment staff is aware of this since it is conveniently hidden behind thick curtains. 3) The whole apartment could use a ton of maintenance. Some sections of the wall have holes and stains. A section of the bathrooms door frame hung a bit loose, and don’t EVEN get me started on the closet in the master bedroom. That closet is literally hotter in temperature compared to the rest of the room. It smells weird, and there is this black bug-like thing on the closets floor, we couldn’t really tell what that thing was, we aren’t really entirely sure if it even was a dead bug or something else. Finally we get to the part where they their window blinds malfunctioned. Only a section of their apartment window has working blinds, the blinds themselves don’t fully cover the entire apartment window. 4) I have my own reservations about the honesty of some people working in there. It would’ve been nice to have been informed beforehand of a power outage that allegedly caused the air conditioning in the twin bed room to not work. According to the person we talked with on WhatsApp, their idea was to fix their air conditioning before we got there, though that unfortunately did not happen because according to them, they’re experiencing difficulties with their insurance and their technician and what not. I HEAVILY doubt that it was their idea to fix it before we got there since the other reviewers of this apartment had mentioned the exact same issue with their air conditioning WEEKS before our arrival and they replied back to those previous guests the same exact excuse. I doubt their honesty when it came to this particular problem.

• Monica (10/5): Fabulous weekend in a fabulous apartment! - Airy and spacious apartment in a fabulous central location. The lounge has 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows overlooking gardens and Malaga Musuem. 2 good sized bedrooms and a very adequate kitchen (we only made cups of tea!) Bathroom small but provided everything you needed. Malaga at Christmas is one of my favourite places and this apartment helped make it even better! No complaints from us and will book again! The bathroom door sticks (minor irritation) and there's a smell on the ground floor, (not the apartment owners fault)

We got taxi from the airport in the price, host was waiting for us at the facility... Apartment is very large, comfort and bright. We would definitely stay there again.
• Robert (9/5): Superb - The apartment was excellent. Amazing panoramic view of the park and streets by the Cathedral. Very spacious and the air con and window shutters were excellent for the few days when it was 35 degrees plus outside. Every need was catered to; iron, ironing board, toaster, kettle, spacious fridge and even a parasol. Communication with the property managers/owners was great. Gus met us at the door to hand over the keys and give us a run down of the place. The only issue we had was the shower door was a bit unstable at times. Beyond that I couldn't fault the property at all. Amazing value for money. The overall experience was great!

• Anton (9/5): Very good apartment with nice view - The location is amazing, the heart of the old center—very quiet too. The view is perfect onto the marina and the park. The living room is very pleasant. The apartment number that you're given is hard to correlate with a different from what is written on the intercom which is a bit confusing 😅 The shower cabin is very small. The door to one of the bedrooms was broken and impossible to close fully.

• John (10/5): Really enjoyable stay and would recommend it as a base in Malaga - The flat is spacious and airy with views over a small park towards the harbour. I appreciated the good levels of lighting, as I have difficulty reading in low light. It is very central but not near any noisy nightclubs or bars and I slept well although useful to have ear plugs if you are sensitive to city noises The bathroom is quite away from the bedroom if you need to get up in the night. Some of the items look a little tired, such as the broken picture on the bathroom wall
• Lenka (10/5): Fantastic apartment in Malaga - Very spacious apartment with everything that you need. 2 big bedrooms and even bigger living room with great views!!! Kitchen is fully equiped including washing machine which is handy if you are staying a bit longer. Fantastic location at the heart of the city few steps away from the Malaga cathedral and main sites. Beach is about 15 minutes walk. Maria was very friendly and helpfull. We enjoyed our stay very much. Malaga is great place for holiday. We hope to come back in a future.

Light, airy apartment, very well equipped and comfortable with a great view. Only a really minor issue: a washing machine was provided but no means of hanging clothes out to dry (that I could find).

A spacious apartment full of sun (from which you can protect yourself with curtains, which is not necessary in January, but is probably necessary in summer), with a wonderful view of the greenery of the nearby park. All attractions within walking distance. A great place to explore Malaga. I recommend!
• Stephan (8/5): Fantastic location at the heart of Malaga. - The location is perfect. The clear views from the living room on the 3rd floor in 2 directions, facing the south, is great. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds are great. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is rather spacious. It could use a bit of routine maintenance and some details. Nothing serious, but the curtain rail was loose, the shower sink was a bit clogged. The toilet had some minor flushing issues. The cupboards in the kitchen can use a screwdriver for some help. At 160 euro per night, it could all be a bit more sturdy and less "IKEA". Communication via the booking app was quick, but a bit confusing as there was no one to meet us at the apartment. The welcome was very minimal. It felt more like AirBnB than Booking.com (where a reception or dedicated support is more standard). An additional cleaning half-way our 5 day stay would have been nice. I also live in a big city, but the windows when closed let a lot of noise through from the street. You could clearly hear the conversations at night from the square nearby (and the cleaning and delivery trucks).

• Diana (10/5): Nice and spacious apartment next to the cathedral in Malaga - Spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the city, right next to the cathedral. Communication was easy and the host provided us with information about the apartment, city sightseeing places and good restaurants. Our stay was very pleasant. Everything was great. Could be easier to keep the apartment clean while visiting with vacuum cleaner. There were cleaning utilities, but it took a long time. It's just a suggestion.
• Peter (9/5): Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly be happy to stay in this apartment again. - Comfortable, well appointed and spacious - for the two of us. Situated in the city centre overlooking the Paseo del Parque and therefore ideal for access to shops, restaurants, buses, museums and historic sites. It is also close to the lively and spectacular Puerto de Malaga and beaches. Malaga is a wonderful city with lots for everyone. Bathroom quite small and might have been a difficulty if we had been a group rather than just two people. Street below quite noisy in mornings due to vans etc unloading goods. Delivery vans not allowed in the historic centre.

We enjoyed walking along the shore and relax by the water. Having a view of a park added natural beauty and tranquillity to our living space. It provided a refreshing environment that can be visually pleasing from the balcony at the apartment. An apartment with a view of the park provided a joy of natural light and fresh air.
• Bijan (9/5): Enjoyable, safe stay.host is very helpful and great communication - Excellent location( basically can’t be better than this )! close to everything walking distance.very safe area. Spacious , pleasant clean apartment with lots of natural light and decorated tastefully. Nice kitchen with everything you might need. we didn’t cook though. The host was very responsive and organized check in was quite easy. they actually gave us the apartment earlier than 3 pm which was very helpful for us. the host even sent us a general info and suggestions about the area and restaurants and things to do which was quite appreciated. all was good :) The only Suggestion is that it would be great to have couple of more pillows and blankets. probably a new set of towels is a good idea. No parking is available , which is quite normal for the location of downtown, but there is a public parking close by that was very helpful. we had no problem.
